Hace quince días en el podcast “el Arte de vivir” de nuestra comunidad @holos-lotus iniciamos un ciclo sobre la energía vital, lo unimos a la iniciativa Activar la Energía Vital //Initiative. Activate Life Energy para dar entrada a este conocimiento-práctica que nos conduce a mantener nuestro equilibrio interno y potenciar nuestro bienestar integral.
Anoche, 9 de noviembre, tuvimos nuestro segundo encuentro para profundizar sobre este nutritivo tema, el programa llevó por nombre Hablemos de los Chakras en El Arte de Vivir en un conversatorio donde los amigos que nos acompañan, con sus participaciones, aportan y estimulan una sana discusión que nos nutre y nos hace crecer. Para todos los presentes, gracias, gracias.
El Aura
@miriannalis vinculando lo trabajado en el primer encuentro, la energía vital, con el tema de los chakras nos conversó sobre el aura, describiéndola como ese campo de energético o electromagnético que nos rodea y que son como varios cuerpos adyacentes a nuestro cuerpo físico, son las capas aureas que lo conforman, todas interconectadas formando una sola masa y, a su vez, cada una se encuentra conectada a las funciones de los chakras , entonces tenemos una capa áurica conectada a lo emocional, a la voluntad, a lo espiritual y así sucesivamente, es importante conocer esto porque en función a ello podemos realizar ejercicios para activarlas.
El aura, al igual que el cuerpo físico es susceptible a los pensamientos, emociones y las diversas situaciones que se nos presentan en la vida por lo que puede ser afectada de manera positiva o negativa haciendo que nuestra energía vital se eleve o descienda, opacando o potenciando su luz.

Con ella nos fue orientando para comprender como el aura y los chakras se relacionan formando a nuestro alrededor como capas interconectadas que activan la energía encontrando que el chakra inferior (número 1, color rojo) nos une a la fuerza de la tierra, en un ejercicio de visualización podemos ver, sentir, experimentar como del chakra salen raíces que bajan hasta nuestros pies y se interconectan con la tierra, cuando sientes que estas conectado con la madre tierra permites que su energía y fuerza comience a circular por todo tu cuerpo.
De igual manera en el último punto ( chakra 7, ubicado en la coronilla, color morado, luz blanca) nos conecta con la fuerza del universo, con lo superior, con lo espiritual al conectarnos con esta fuerza permitimos que nos nutra esa energía.
Es un ejercicio base que se llama conexión cielo-tierra al realizarlo nutrimos las diferentes capas áuricas y los chakras. La energía circula por nuestro cuerpo por tres canales: un canal central que se extiende a lo largo de la columna vertebral, y uno cada lado.
Lo más importante de toda esta información es que mientras mi cuerpo energético este más fortalecido y este vibrando en una frecuencia vibracional más alta, las probabilidades de que entren energías negativas de baja frecuencia, de baja vibración son menores. Ellas pueden llegar pero si estas fortalecido no te hacen nada o eres capaz de repelerlas.
Cuando el aura esta lesionada y estamos expuestos a las energías de de baja vibra estas pasan a nosotros, sintiéndonos pesados, y somos más propensos a conectamos con situaciones negativas, por lo que es importante que internalicemos que nuestro campo energético esta allí para protegernos de energías negativas.
Los Chakras
Con esta valiosa información fuimos dando entrada al contenido de los chakras, definiéndolos como los puntos de energía vital que tenemos en nuestro cuerpo, la palabra viene del sáncrito y significa circulo y con él el movimiento, entendiéndolo también como la rueda de la vida, como un todo que somos en un ciclo infinito de energía en movimiento.
Este movimiento de los chakras es en espiral, lo que va generando la vibración que se distribuye por nuestro cuerpo manteniendo el equilibrio en todo lo que somos como seres: el cuerpo, la mente, lo espiritual y emocional.
Los chakras se encuentran relacionados con lo existente: el color, los sonidos, los elementos: tierra, agua, aire y fuego y a través de los conductos naturales del cuerpo físico, de lo que nos habló @miriannalis, la energía que producen se expanden a los distintos órganos.
Los chakras se encuentran divididos en tres grandes grupos: inferior, intermedio y superior correspondiendo respectivamente a los fisiológico, lo personal y lo espiritual. Vamos a verlo en la lámina:
Como podemos observar es todo un campo de energía en cuya interrelación positiva encontramos salud física, mental y espiritual. Ahora bien, estos puntos en ocasiones se encuentran obstruidos y es cuando escuchamos frases como: abrir los chakras.
¿Qué significa abrir los chakras?
De manera indistinta se usan las expresiones: abrir, desbloquear o equilibrar los chakras y la idea central es que cuando estos se encuentran bloqueados sentimos falta de energía, nos cuesta concentrarnos, podemos tener problemas para conciliar el sueño o tener un sueño reparador, podemos sentir que las ideas no fluyen con facilidad y que la creatividad se queda como dormida, tendemos a cultivar sentimientos de impotencia y, en general, sentimos que tenemos la vibra baja.
Entonces abrir los chakras, desbloquearlos o equilibrarlos es liberar la energía vital para que fluya libremente por nuestro cuerpo y mente llevándonos a un mayor bienestar.
Un regalo
Y es acá donde apareció nuestra invitada especial @jaineth a quien habíamos invitado pero no se encontraba segura de poder asistir, así que fue una grata sorpresa que llegara al programa. Veamos que nos trajo @jaineth.
Después de una pregunta contextualizada nos responde: mi curiosidad por saber que había más allá nace en la niñez tal vez a los 10 años, tuve la oportunidad de conocer el manejo de la energía de la mano de una amiga de mi mamá que me enseñó unos ejercicios. Curiosidad e interés que se mantuvo en la adolescencia y de hecho estudié filosofía.
Ya de mujer fui investigando y llegué primero a taoísmo y posteriormente descubrí la corriente filosófica de la India, el budismo, etc. También de adulta me inicié en el Reiki de la luz y el sonido y allí estudiamos los chakras desde el punto de vista hindú como los siete centros energéticos principales. Yo trabajo el Reiki, sobre todo para tratar temas emocionales, enfocado en los siete chakras, me parece que es lo más expedito, central, para que la persona pueda sentir como la energía se mueve y se libera en su cuerpo.
Para ilustrar la idea nos invitó a imaginar un ventilador que por su parte de adelante echa aire y al pasar el tiempo en su parte de atrás se ensucia, se llena como de una pelusa, con los chakras pasa exactamente igual. El chakra suelta “aire” (metafóricamente) y por detrás cuando se llena de pelusa se tapa. Lo interesante es conocer ¿Qué es lo que produce esa pelusa? Y eso es lo que traigo hoy, pero sobre todo en la parte emocional.
Para ello nos propuso una reflexión guiada o meditación consciente para experimentar esta consciencia. Con una maestría, nos llevó a un nivel de relajación para posteriormente guiarnos en una visualización llena de colores, movimientos, sensaciones donde fue presentando en cada estación (chakras) dos grande preguntas, las cuales no reteníamos la idea era darle respuestas y soltarlas para continuar con la visualización. Cerrando el ejercicio con la afirmación de que en cada pregunta esta tu respuesta, que las respuestas están dentro de nosotros.
En lo personal me pareció un ejercicio muy revelador que en medio de esa paz interior las respuestas afloraban de inmediato y literalmente era como quitarte capas y pesos de encima. Maravillosa experiencia. Gracias, gracias @jaineth.
Ya para cerrar nos hablo de la iniciativa Acto de agradecimiento y Reconocimiento / act of appreciation and recognition que recientemente publicó en la comunidad para celebrar su reincorporación a la plataforma después de una ausencia por asuntos personales.
Nos señala que la iniciativa se encuentra alineada con la experiencia de tener consciencia ¿consciencia de qué? De sí mismo. La intención es llevar a la reflexión el movimiento consciente y las estrategias de liderazgo, uniéndolas en una la praxis, es decir, que puedas vivir, que puedas tener la experiencia, el instante de tener una sensación en tu cuerpo, que aun cuando no la podamos definir, nos conectamos con eso y lo sentimos.
Entonces amigos nuestros la invitación es a entrar a la iniciativa y experimentar esta experiencia de consciencia que nos propone @jaineth.

With it she was guiding us to understand how the aura and the chakras are related forming around us as interconnected layers that activate the energy finding that the lower chakra (number 1, red color) unites us to the force of the earth, in a visualization exercise we can see, feel, experience how the chakra roots go down to our feet and interconnect with the earth, when you feel that you are connected with mother earth you allow her energy and strength begins to circulate throughout your body.
In the same way in the last point (chakra 7, located in the crown of the head, purple color, white light) connects us with the force of the universe, with the superior, with the spiritual, when we connect with this force we allow that energy to nourish us.
It is a basic exercise called sky-earth connection, when we perform it we nourish the different auric layers and the chakras. The energy circulates through our body through three channels: a central channel that extends along the spine, and one on each side.
The most important of all this information is that the more my energetic body is strengthened and is vibrating at a higher vibrational frequency, the less likely it is that low frequency, low vibrational negative energies will enter. They can come in but if you are strengthened they do not do anything to you or you are able to repel them.
When the aura is injured and we are exposed to low vibrational energies they pass to us, feeling heavy, and we are more likely to connect with negative situations, so it is important that we internalize that our energy field is there to protect us from negative energies.
The Chakras

So opening the chakras, unblocking or balancing them is releasing vital energy to flow freely through our body and mind leading us to greater well-being.

And this is where our special guest @jaineth appeared, whom we had invited but she was not sure she could attend, so it was a pleasant surprise that she came to the program. Let's see what @jaineth brought us.
After a contextualized question she answers: my curiosity to know what was beyond was born in my childhood, maybe when I was 10 years old, I had the opportunity to learn about energy management from a friend of my mom's who taught me some exercises. Curiosity and interest that remained in adolescence and in fact I studied philosophy.
As a woman I began to investigate and I first came to Taoism and later discovered the philosophical current of India, Buddhism, etc.. Also as an adult I was initiated in the Reiki of light and sound and there we studied the chakras from the Hindu point of view as the seven main energy centers. I work with Reiki, especially to treat emotional issues, focused on the seven chakras, it seems to me that it is the most expeditious, central, so that the person can feel how the energy moves and is released in your body.
To illustrate the idea, he invited us to imagine a fan that blows air from the front and as time goes by, the back of the fan gets dirty, it fills up like a lint, with the chakras it is exactly the same. The chakra releases "air" (metaphorically) and from behind when it fills with lint it gets covered. The interesting thing is to know what produces that fluff, and that is what I bring today, but especially in the emotional part.
For this he proposed a guided reflection or conscious meditation to experience this awareness. With a mastery, he took us to a level of relaxation to later guide us in a visualization full of colors, movements, sensations where he was presenting in each station (chakras) two big questions, which we did not retain the idea was to give answers and release them to continue with the visualization. Closing the exercise with the affirmation that in each question is your answer, that the answers are within us.
Personally I found it a very revealing exercise that in the midst of that inner peace the answers surfaced immediately and it was literally like taking layers and weights off your shoulders. Wonderful experience. Thank you, thank you @jaineth.
