I took a deep breath and then I got relaxed. This allow me to have some feelings and thoughts about my family, including living persons and ancestors.
This was an interesting exercise proposed by @tibaire. Here is my experience.

When I got relaxed, some words came to my mind related to negative feelings, mostly painful situations and behaviors. It's like a feeling of many unresolved things, many patterns that need to be broken.
Despite all of these, I accept my family members as they are. I let them go to make their life, but I also accept that I need to work on my personal growth, even if that means to take distance and set clear limits.
I also felt that some of my unknown ancestors had to deal with suffering. Even though it was a hard feeling, it was helpful to realize this. Sometimes painful feelings are hard to accept, but is necessary to process these emotions, by the way is not an easy task!
Maybe my ancestors lived very hard situations in a context very different than mine. Probably the wanted to achieve many goals that I already accomplished. Probably there are generational issues that need to be resolved.
Anyway, I know they are part of my family, I accept them and I let my feelings go. They lived their life and now I take control of my life.
Nevertheless, this is easier said than done. I've been working for long time on changing beliefs and behaviors to learn to resolve my own problems more effectively and to make things happen, assisted by therapy and counseling. This process has been difficult but rewarding.
During this process, I realized the importance of the family relationships, and their impact in the well being of their members. This is very useful to manage my relationships and understand some of my behaviors and the origin of limiting beliefs.
Excluded persons of my family
I realized that many persons has been excluded. When I got relaxed, I thought on them, they deserved to be part of the family. At first is hard to accept this. I just took another deep breath and accept them.
A work in progress
My ancestors are part of my being, but I still feel that I need to work on letting them go. Along the way things will unfold, for now I just work on my personal well being.
My previous experience to discover my genealogical tree
I heard about family constellations before. I also did some reading on the transgenerational topic, including authors like Bert Hellinger and Anne Ancelin Schützenberger, who have different points of view. This inspired me to do a genealogical research, not from a psychological perspective but rather as a historical research.
This project led me to know about Familysearch.com which is an online database of birth certificates, marriages, etc. of people who have passed away. It was funny to see that documentation of some ancestors were easy to find, while others are still a mistery.
Final thoughts
I accept that I have an inheritance from my ancestors, both biologically and psychologically, probably there is another dimension of unknown inheritance. Nevertheless, I think is important to have an equilibrium between the past and the present, because some old memories should be taken carefully with the assistance of the appropiate therapyst.
On the other hand, it still resonates me the words of Anne Ancelin Schützenberger when she said that psychogenealogy is not a panacea but could be a complementary therapy.

Respiré hondo y me relajé. Esto me permitió tener algunos sentimientos y pensamientos sobre mi familia, incluidas las personas vivas y los antepasados.
Este fue un ejercicio interesante propuesto por @tibaire . Aquí esta mi experiencia.
Cuando me relajé, me vinieron a la mente algunas palabras relacionadas con sentimientos negativos, sobre todo situaciones y comportamientos dolorosos. Es como una sensación de que hay muchas cosas sin resolver, muchos patrones que hay que romper.
A pesar de todo, acepto a los miembros de mi familia tal y como son. Los dejo ir para que hagan su vida, pero también acepto que necesito trabajar en mi crecimiento personal, aunque eso signifique tomar distancia y poner límites claros.
También sentí que algunos de mis antepasados desconocidos tuvieron que lidiar con el sufrimiento. Aunque fue un sentimiento duro, me ayudó darme cuenta de ello. A veces los sentimientos dolorosos son difíciles de aceptar, pero es necesario procesar estas emociones, que por cierto, no es una tarea fácil!
Quizás mis antepasados vivieron situaciones muy duras en un contexto muy diferente al mío. Probablemente ellos quisieron alcanzar muchas metas que yo ya logré. Probablemente hay cuestiones generacionales que necesitan ser resueltas.
De todos modos, sé que son parte de mi familia, los acepto y dejo que mis sentimientos se vayan. Ellos vivieron su vida y ahora yo tomo las riendas de mi propia vida.
Sin embargo, es más fácil decirlo que hacerlo. Llevo mucho tiempo trabajando en el cambio de creencias y comportamientos para aprender a resolver mis propios problemas de forma más eficaz y hacer que las cosas sucedan, con la ayuda de terapia y asesoramiento. Este proceso ha sido difícil pero gratificante.
Durante este proceso, me di cuenta de la importancia de las relaciones familiares, y su impacto en el bienestar de sus miembros. Esto es muy útil para gestionar mis relaciones y comprender algunos de mis comportamientos y el origen de creencias limitantes.
Personas excluidas de mi familia
Me di cuenta de que muchas personas habían sido excluidas. Cuando me relajé, pensé en ellos, que merecían formar parte de la familia. Al principio me costó aceptarlo. Respiré hondo otra vez y los acepté.
Un trabajo en curso
Mis antepasados forman parte de mi ser, pero aún siento que tengo que trabajar para dejarlos ir. A lo largo del camino las cosas se descubrirán, por ahora sólo trabajo en mi bienestar personal.
Mi experiencia previa para descubrir mi árbol genealógico
Ya había oído hablar de las constelaciones familiares. También hice algunas lecturas sobre el tema transgeneracional, incluyendo autores como Bert Hellinger y Anne Ancelin Schützenberger, quienes tienen puntos de vista diferentes. Esto me inspiró para hacer una investigación genealógica, no desde una perspectiva psicológica, más bien como una investigación histórica.
Este proyecto me llevó a conocer Familysearch.com, que es una base de datos en línea de partidas de nacimiento, matrimonios, etc. de personas ya fallecidas. Fue curioso ver que la documentación de algunos antepasados era fácil de encontrar, mientras que otros siguen siendo un misterio.
Pensamientos finales
Acepto que tengo una herencia de mis antepasados, tanto biológica como psicológica, probablemente haya otra dimensión de herencia desconocida. Sin embargo, creo que es importante mantener un equilibrio entre el pasado y el presente, porque algunos recuerdos antiguos deben ser tomados con cuidado con la ayuda de un terapeuta adecuado.
Por otra parte, todavía me resuenan las palabras de Anne Ancelin Schützenberger cuando decía que la psicogenealogía no es una panacea, sino que puede ser una terapia complementaria.
