La injusticia, en esencia desde mi perspectiva se fundamenta en esa experiencia sujeta a la subjetividad de un trato incorrecto hacia uno mismo, o presenciar este tipo de tratos frente a otros, que a la final nos genera ese sentimiento de desequilibrio, afectando nuestra paz interna y en algunas ocasiones generando ese malestar moral en el cual no podemos hacer nada o casi nada en contra de ello, pero esta allí latente en nuestro día a día.
Aunque la mayoría de las cosas que vemos como injusticias tienden a ser en algunos casos justificados por la ley o las autoridades, algunas cosas que vemos como injusticias desde nuestro punto de vista personal, son incomprendidas por nosotros mismos, pero en estos casos como diría mi antiguo profesor: "el desconocimiento de las leyes no exime de castigo", y es una realidad palpable que nosotros debemos comprender y estar al tanto de ello, cuestión de que no nos sorprenda el resultado de no acatar una orden legal.
Comienzo este post debido a que en conversaciones estos días con clientes, amigos y familiares he notado que casi todos los días tenemos en cierto aspecto que presenciar injusticias y sin poder hacer casi nada, donde simplemente debemos seguir la vida. Aunque también y lo digo con toda sinceridad, no somos mansas palomas, ni cien porciento víctima ni victimarios, y en algunos casos hemos sido injustos, con algunas situaciones, quizás algunas más amplias que otras, pero las injusticias las vemos en el día a día y eso nos afecta de manera directa o indirecta y más aún cuando.
Por ejemplo en un comercio muy conocido en mi comunidad donde reparan equipos celulares, a un cliente le desarmaron un equipo por una falla, y al revisar no tenían las piezas para repararlo, sin embargo, se lo entregaron todo desarmado y el cliente se molestó y lo justifico, pidiendo que se lo entregaran al menos armado para llevarlo a otro sitio y la empresa no se hizo responsable por el armado, entregando el equipo ordenadamente desarmado y simplemente el cliente se fue molesto del lugar, quizás la empresa no armo el celular para evitar una falla mayor, y aunque el cliente no siempre tiene la razón lo más sensato era armar y entregar, cuestión de que el cliente fuese a otro sitio, pero muchos casos así vemos a diario y esto es más común de lo normal.
Experiencia Propia: Altas cuotas disfrazadas de Legalidad.
Ahora quisiera hablar de otra injusticia, pero en el campo del emprendimiento y sentido en carne propia, cuando me refiero a emprender, es porque todos en la vida debemos dar ese paso adelante con ideas e ideales que debemos materializar, para así poder subsistir y aportar algo a la sociedad en el ámbito laboral y colectivo, esa es mi razón de emprender, este post explicaré un caso personal que me desmotivo un poco, pero toca seguir adelante, ya que si nos ponemos a sufrir la vida igual seguirá y el daño nos lo hacemos a nosotros mismo. 
Por ejemplo, en estos días, he pasado por una injusticia que está legalmente justificada por las ordenanzas municipales de mi comunidad (esto es, en base de impuestos), ejemplificaré y explicaré mi caso, aunque puede tornarse un poco tedioso, ya que es parte legal y parte tributaria.
Resulta que estoy emprendiendo en un comercio de impresiones, ediciones, investigaciones y la parte de redacción y transcripción de documentos; sin embargo, los impuestos a cancelar son más altos en algunos casos que los que debo cancelar por el tipo de comercio a la alcaldía de mi comunidad; por ejemplificar el impuesto para mis ingresos mensuales a cancelar por la actividad comercial es el 1% de mis ingresos brutos. que cuando mucho llegan a 4 Euros ya que estoy iniciando, y en realidad como estoy bajo la mínima tributaria debo cancelar 20 Euros ya que es una ordenanza municipal y debe acatarse, este es un ejemplo de injusticia y sin poder objetar por no tener poder.
Para los que no entiendan que es una alícuota tributaria explico: La alícuota tributaria, en este caso es un porcentaje o valor fijo establecido por la ley (en este caso 1% de las ventas brutas) que se aplica a la base imponible para determinar el monto del tributo que debe ser cancelado por un contribuyente, debido a que no supero los 20 Euros en impuestos es decir la venta de 2000 Euros mensuales (en Venezuela), me toca pagar esa cuota mínima solo por tener el local abierto aunque siendo realista no llegamos siquiera a los 300 Euros mensuales de ventas.
Con este ejemplo, de inflexibilidad legal, tributaria y de razón, estuve a punto de abandonar el barco, pero de verdad quiero trabajar y pues hay que trabajar además que cuando nos gusta lo que hacemos simplemente debemos seguir adelante, ya que nadie sufrirá por ti, queda levantarnos y seguir en pie.
Ahora me encuentro actualizando los demás documentos pertinentes para estar totalmente legalizado y como me dijo un funcionario muy amablemente, "ESE ES EL IMPUESTO A PAGAR Y NO SE PUEDE HACER MÁS NADA VENDA O NO VENDA", pues simplemente toca reunir el impuesto y pare de sufrir al menos por un mes.

Cuando la vida parezca injusta algunas veces debemos luchar contra la injusticia, pero hay casos en los que las injusticias vienen acompañadas por legalidad y allí es donde por nuestro sano juicio debemos calmarnos y decidir si seguir o no, en el camino simplemente podemos ver el vaso medio lleno o medio vacío.

Now I would like to talk about another injustice, but in the field of entrepreneurship and felt in the flesh, when I refer to entrepreneurship, is because everyone in life we must take that step forward with ideas and ideals that we must materialize, in order to survive and contribute something to society in the workplace and collectively, that is my reason for undertaking, this post will explain a personal case that demotivated me a little, but it's time to move forward, because if we get to suffer life will continue and the damage we do to ourselves. For example, in these days, I have gone through an injustice that is legally justified by the municipal ordinances of my community (that is, based on taxes), I will exemplify and explain my case, although it can become a bit tedious, since it is part legal and part tax.
It turns out that I am starting a business of printing, editing, research and writing and transcription of documents; however, the taxes to be paid are higher in some cases than those I have to pay for the type of business to the municipality of my community; for example, the tax for my monthly income to be paid for the commercial activity is 1% of my gross income.
