Hola queridos amigos de Hive ❤️ un gran saludo para todos los que me visitan el día de hoy, después de varios días me gustaría compartir mi experiencia en esta pequeña semana de descanso, una semana que anima a la reflexión, buscar el amor y la unión, y todas esas buenas acciones que nos hacen mejores personas. Si bien también se aprovechan estás fechas para acudir a las iglesias para orar y pedir por la paz, la salud y prosperidad en todos los aspectos, también se aprovecha para tomarnos un descanso de una larga rutina, a uno de mis lugares favoritos para ir...la playa!, muy conocido además acudir por las costumbres de hacerlo en esta temporada para limpiar y renovar las energías, el mar que con sus olas nos baña de bendiciones para llevarse todo lo malo.
Personalmente recuerdo de niña, ir mucho a la playa en temporada de semana santa, sobre todo por la cercanía del mar en la zona donde vivo, y hacerlo ahora años después me llena de mucha nostalgia y satisfacción, me hace feliz no perder la costumbre y que al hacerlo, la relación y la unión en mi familia crece, un motivo principal para agradecer a Dios en esta Semana Santa. Las razones sobran cuando queremos buscar el bienestar, creo que hasta el más mínimo o pequeño motivo, son válidos al momento de hacernos sentír bien a nivel emocional, entre ellos, una inesperada o planificada salida a la playa, solo con nuestra compañía o en compañía de alguien más. He escuchado esa frase en dónde la meditación y tener ese contacto con nuestro "yo interno" es muy importante, y estos pocos días en los que estuve sentada en la arena frente al mar, me tomé ese pequeño momento para relajarme y ser una con el exterior que me rodeaba, escuchar el mar y las olas que rompían en la orilla, sentir la arena y respirar el aire puro, salado y fresco que solo en ese preciso momento podía disfrutar, mi momento ideal para entender que debía tomarmelo con calma, vivir un día a la vez y que mi cuerpo también necesitaba descansar, relajarse y desintoxicarse de todo el estrés acumulado por la rutina del día a día.
Desde que escuché la canción de Karol G "mañana será bonito", la ame completamente, la letra describe cosas que a veces son complicadas de ver pero la verdad son más fáciles de hacer de lo que imaginamos. En ocasiones la felicidad la tenemos con cosas tan sencillas como estar cerca de nuestros seres queridos y saber que estos están bien, pensar en positivo y que todo mejorará, que si me rompieron el corazón, esa experiencia me sirvió para encontrar una persona mejor, y que la vida es solo una y debemos cuidarla y disfrutarla como nuestro mayor tesoro. La vida nos pone retos y dificultades, pero también nos da muchas razones para sonreír.
Después de vivir la experiencia con la pandemia, esta semana pasada me la disfrute mucho, aproveche para reflexionar sobre lo que estoy haciendo, lo que hice y lo que que quiero ser, en las cosas que puedo mejorar y las que debo cambiar, ir a mi ritmo y a mi tiempo porque de lo contrario solo me atraparía en el estrés por complacer a los demás, aunque eso me cueste mi bienestar. Hoy en día las mujeres tenemos más libertad y poder para decidir lo que queremos en nuestra vida, construyendo nuestro destino como mejor nos parezca, con el fin de hacernos única y exclusivamente felices a nosotras mismas, y tomarnos de vez en cuando la vida con calma!

While we also take advantage of these dates to go to churches to pray and ask for peace, health and prosperity in all aspects, we also take the opportunity to take a break from a long routine, to one of my favorite places to go ... the beach, well known also go by the customs of doing so in this season to clean and renew energies, the sea with its waves bathes us with blessings to take away all the bad.
Personally I remember as a child, going to the beach a lot during the Holy Week season, especially because of the proximity of the sea in the area where I live, and doing it now years later fills me with much nostalgia and satisfaction, it makes me happy not to lose the habit and that by doing so, the relationship and the union in my family grows, a main reason to thank God this Easter. There are plenty of reasons when we want to seek wellness, I believe that even the smallest or smallest reason, are valid at the time to make us feel good emotionally, among them, an unexpected or planned trip to the beach, alone with our company or in the company of someone else. I have heard that phrase where meditation and having that contact with our "inner self" is very important, and these few days that I was sitting on the sand in front of the sea, I took that little moment to relax and be one with the outside that surrounded me, listen to the sea and the waves breaking on the shore, feel the sand and breathe the fresh air, feel the sand and breathe the pure, salty and fresh air that only at that precise moment I could enjoy, my ideal moment to understand that I had to take it easy, live one day at a time and that my body also needed to rest, relax and detox from all the stress accumulated by the daily routine.
Since I heard Karol G's song "mañana será bonito", I loved it completely, the lyrics describe things that sometimes are complicated to see but the truth is that they are easier to do than we imagine. Sometimes we have happiness with simple things like being close to our loved ones and knowing that they are well, thinking positive and that everything will get better, that if they broke my heart, that experience helped me to find a better person, and that life is only one and we must take care of it and enjoy it as our greatest treasure. Life brings us challenges and difficulties, but it also gives us many reasons to smile.
After living the experience with the pandemic, this past week I enjoyed it very much, I took the opportunity to reflect on what I am doing, what I did and what I want to be, on the things I can improve and what I should change, go at my pace and my time because otherwise I would only get caught in the stress to please others, even if it costs me my well-being. Today we women have more freedom and power to decide what we want in our lives, building our destiny as we see fit, in order to make only and exclusively happy ourselves, and to take life calmly from time to time!
