Inclusión: ¡Qué hermosa palabra!
Más allá de las pequeñas o grandes diferencias genéticas con las que nacemos y que luego vamos adquiriendo al transitar el gran camino que es la vida, nos une el hecho de que tenemos La Condición de Seres Humanos.
Un saber que debe reconocerse, para que todos tengamos los mismos derechos y seamos tratados como iguales; lo que es algo que cuesta aún mucho por alcanzar en todos los países del mundo.
Si lo podemos ver, en la diversidad hay una fuente de talento para toda organización, entonces, todos haremos falta.
Como dice Juan Lozano: Cuando una sociedad no reconoce el mismo valor a todos sus integrantes, se van destruyendo los cimientos básicos de la dignidad, fomentando desigualdad y la injusticia.
Estoy seguro -porque los conozco- que todos los columnistas y quienes publican en nuestra comunidad de @holos-lotus, este año, nos encargaremos de unificar en pro de ese gran valor: Inclusión.
Esas terribles barreras
Regreso de mi viaje de fin de año contento porque vi mucha unión en las familias con las que contacté; sin embargo, me traje algo de dolor con imágenes que vi en la ciudad.
Personas solas, con familiares lejanos, que nos habla de una migración forzada y dolorosa; o aquellos que tuvieron enfrentamientos producto de divergencias religiosas.
Y otros, que se negaron a darse la mano por una división política (que es racional) y que han llevado más allá de lo que son las emociones y los sentimientos que se deben tener hacia una persona que se considera un igual.
Todo esto implica educación.
Si nos planteamos una educación inclusiva, supondrá una razón de protección hacia todos los que somos diferentes, o estamos en diferentes países, o en condiciones económicas diferentes.
La tolerancia se haría cargo de los conceptos religiosos diversos que aún existen sobre la Tierra; entenderíamos las diferencias socioculturales y las económicas.
Comprenderíamos la disfuncionalidad que puede generar esta máquina material llamada organismo, con la que vivimos; y aprenderíamos a entender las bases políticas e históricas sobre las que funcionamos y por qué nos diferencian en cuanto al pensamiento, no en cuanto a la condición humana.
Importante para la producción y la protección
Si algo me ha marcado, ha sido la Agenda 2030 para el desarrollo sostenible de las Naciones Unidas, la meta de potenciar y promover la inclusión social de todos los seres humanos, especialmente los vulnerables.
Incluyendo edad, sexo, raza, etnia, religión, situación monetaria, origen, discapacidad o inmersión en un sistema político, para obtener oportunidades y recursos que le permitan participar en la vida social, en la cultural, en la política y en la económica de la sociedad en la que se mueve.
No lo podemos hacer solo con la actuación de las grandes organizaciones del mundo, pues, debemos hacerlo desde la conciencia.
Y, es que es lógico, pues, si integramos a todos los seres humanos en la productividad, lograremos salir adelante.
Y las divisiones no hacen más que originar guerras que nacen de la necesidad de poder y de las injusticias.
Con una educación inclusiva desde el hogar y con la ayuda de todos los que escribimos acerca del bienestar, podemos lograr entender que todos somos uno.
Un desarrollo sostenible implica reconocer que somos seres humanos que habitamos en el mismo planeta y que nos comprometemos a cuidarnos y a cuidar el ecosistema.
Lo que facilitaría que los derechos humanos prevalezcan y se hagan acciones concretas.
De nosotros, en @Hive, depende ir generando en todos, un pensamiento inclusivo con empatía, tolerancia y conocimiento de lo que es el trasfondo de la vida humana, la condición humana del hombre.
¿Qué aportes podemos promover desde @Holos-Lotus?
Somos creadores de contenido; llevamos la gran responsabilidad de hacer llegar información coherente y de crecimiento hacia todos los que nos leen; de educar.
Debemos fomentar la generación de contenido centrado en el ser humano, en las fortalezas, intereses, sueños, pasiones y en la capacidad de expresarse que tiene todo ser humano.
Este debe ser un espacio para que todos puedan exponer sus ideas.
Nuestras iniciativas deben promoverse desde la participación de todos, que todos podamos generar contenido a partir de una idea y, que esta idea, vaya centrada en el crecimiento y en la potencialidad que tenemos.
Por último, fortalecer, con nuestra capacidad de entender a todos con sus limitantes y ventajas, todas las publicaciones, llevándolas a la reflexión.
No está de más explicar que necesitamos contenido que dé prioridad al aprendizaje realizado por todos, donde todos expandan los temas y se aporten herramientas, tal como lo he venido diciendo en mis publicaciones anteriores.
Y fortalecer a la persona desde dentro, lograr que la autoevaluación, la autoestima y la salud mental se fortalezcan, porque desde las diferencias podemos generar grandes acciones y grandes aprendizajes.

Inclusion: What a beautiful word!
Beyond the small or big genetic differences with which we are born and which we later acquire, as we travel the great road that is life, we are united by the fact that we have The Condition of Human Beings.
A knowledge that must be recognized, so that we all have the same rights and are treated as equals; which is something that is still very difficult to achieve in all countries of the world.
If we can see that diversity is a source of talent for any organization, then we will all be needed.
As Juan Lozano says: When a society does not recognize the equal value of all its members, the basic foundations of dignity are destroyed, fostering inequality and injustice.
I am sure -because I know them- that all the columnists and those who publish in our community of @holos-lotus, this year, we will unify in favor of that great value: Inclusion.
Those terrible barriers
I return from my year-end trip happy because I saw a lot of unity in the families I contacted; however, I brought back some pain with images I saw in the city.
People alone, with distant relatives, which speaks to us of a forced and painful migration; or those who had confrontations due to religious divergences.
And others, who refused to shake hands because of a political division (which is rational) and who have gone beyond the emotions and feelings that one should have towards a person who is considered an equal.
All this implies education.
If we consider an inclusive education, it will imply a reason of protection towards all of us who are different, or are in different countries, or in different economic conditions.
Tolerance would take care of the diverse religious concepts that still exist on Earth; we would understand the socio-cultural and economic differences.
We would understand the dysfunctionality that can generate this material machine called organism, with which we live; and we would learn to understand the political and historical bases on which we function and why they differentiate us in terms of thought, not in terms of the human condition.
Important for production and protection
If anything has marked me, it has been the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development of the United Nations, the goal of empowering and promoting the social inclusion of all human beings, especially the vulnerable.
Including age, sex, race, ethnicity, religion, monetary situation, origin, disability or immersion in a political system, to obtain opportunities and resources that allow them to participate in the social, cultural, political and economic life of the society in which they move.
We cannot do it only with the performance of the great organizations of the world, because we must do it from the conscience.
And if we integrate all human beings in productivity, we will succeed in moving forward.
And the divisions do nothing but originate wars that are born of the need for power and injustices.
With inclusive education from the home and with the help of all of us who write about wellbeing, we can understand that we are all one.
Sustainable development implies recognizing that we are human beings who inhabit the same planet and that we are committed to take care of ourselves and the ecosystem.
This would make it easier for human rights to prevail and concrete actions to be taken.
It is up to us, in @Hive, to generate in everyone, an inclusive thinking with empathy, tolerance and knowledge of what is the background of human life, the human condition of man.
What contributions can we promote from @Holos-Lotus?
We are content creators; we have the great responsibility to provide coherent and growing information to all those who read us; to educate.
We must promote the generation of content focused on the human being, on the strengths, interests, dreams, passions and the ability to express oneself that every human being has.
This should be a space for everyone to present their ideas.
Our initiatives should be promoted from the participation of all, that we can all generate content from an idea and that this idea is focused on growth and the potential that we have.
Finally, we must strengthen with our ability to understand everyone, with their limitations and advantages, all publications, leading them to reflection.
It is not superfluous to explain that we need content that prioritizes the learning done by all, where everyone expands the topics and provides tools, as I have been saying in my previous publications.
And to strengthen the person from within, to achieve that self-evaluation, self-esteem and mental health are strengthened, because from the differences we can generate great actions and great learning.
