¡Qué título tan largo! Así como largo es el camino que recorremos para crecer personalmente.

¡Saludos amados! Por aquí estoy en una de mis comunidades favoritas Holos & Lotus, compartiendo una iniciativa de la que también es mi favorita en cuanto a lectura de todos quien hacen vida hermosa aquí llenándonos de aprendizajes basados en sus vivencias. Hoy por fin puedo participar en una de las iniciativas sin ser tan solo espectadora, soy mala participando en iniciativas, ya que mi musa es más bien artística y mis palabras no suelen salir de forma muy fluída, sin embargo, el tema de hoy me viene como anillo al dedo ya que que estoy transitando por uno de esos procesos. He aquí mi experiencia personal, espero que con ella, pueda ayudar a alguien más.

En la vida nos reinventamos muchas veces, comenzamos de nuevo, comenzamos desde cero, volvemos a tomar algo que dejamos pausado, aplicamos nuevas estrategias, nos reprogramamos para todas las tareas con un objetivo, un fin, alcanzar una meta o simplemente la comodidad o superación personal.

En mi caso, me he reinventado no solo un par de veces en situaciones críticas sino, que he comenzado desde cero, por lo cual perdí el miedo a esa parte desconocida y me he fortalecido creyendo más en mis capacidades. Se que pronto, me tocará emprenderme en algo nuevo, reinventarme de nuevo en el ámbito familiar tras hacer arreglos personales y como parte de este proceso que llevo a cabo, sonde soy más madura, más consiente y más seria conmigo misma, pues aprendí que solo me tengo a mí y que mi prioridad al fin y al cabo soy yo, para poder ayudar a los demás.

Here I am in one of my favorite communities Holos & Lotus, sharing an initiative of which is also my favorite in terms of reading all who make beautiful life here filling us with learning based on their experiences. Today I can finally participate in one of the initiatives without being just a spectator, I am bad at participating in initiatives, since my muse is rather artistic and my words do not usually come out in a very fluid way, however, today's topic comes to me like a glove since I am going through one of those processes. Here is my personal experience, I hope it can help someone else.

In life we reinvent ourselves many times, we start over, we start from scratch, we take up again something that we left paused, we apply new strategies, we reprogram ourselves for all tasks with an objective, an end, to achieve a goal or simply comfort or personal improvement.

In my case, I have reinvented myself not only a couple of times in critical situations but I have started from scratch, so I lost the fear of that unknown part and I have strengthened myself by believing more in my abilities. I know that soon, I will have to undertake something new, reinvent myself again in the family environment after making personal arrangements and as part of this process that I am carrying out, where I am more mature, more aware and more serious with myself, because I learned that I only have myself and that my priority after all is me, to be able to help others.

Para nadie es un secreto, estos últimos años han sido crudos y rudos, fueron dolorosos a nivel emocional y perdí muchas cosas materiales y personales, hoy, en el ahora, las miro con cierta gracia, aprendí a reírme de pequeñeces, porque tengo más confianza en mí.

En aquellas oportunidades, me reinventé prácticamente obligada, a la fuerza, sin poder pensar bien en las cosas, tomando decisiones apresuradas que al final, no me llevaron a nada, sino a más fracasos, sin sabores y tristezas.

Hoy, gracias a expertos y orientación médica, me tomo las cosas como deben ser, con calma, dando tiempo a que se aclaren las cosas y por sobre todo tomándome mi tiempo para sanar emocionalmente, permitiendo que mi cuerpo se recupere para poder tomar acciones.

Mientras tanto en mi mente, estoy trazando, me estoy proyectado y ejecuto acciones luego de pensar bien las cosas, los pro, los contra, los beneficios y lo que estoy dispuesta a sacrificar para llegar a un fin.

For nobody is a secret, these last years have been raw and rough, they were painful on an emotional level and I lost many material and personal things, today, in the now, I look at them with a certain grace, I learned to laugh at small things, because I have more confidence in myself.

In those opportunities, I reinvented myself practically by force, without being able to think things through, making hasty decisions that in the end, did not lead me to anything, but to more failures, disappointments and sadness.

Today, thanks to experts and medical guidance, I take things as they should be, calmly, giving time to clarify things and above all taking my time to heal emotionally, allowing my body to recover so I can take action.

Meanwhile in my mind, I am plotting, I am projecting and I am taking actions after thinking things through, the pros, cons, benefits and what I am willing to sacrifice to reach an end.

Aprendí que reinventarse no es tomar decisiones apresuradas, solo porque otras personas nos empujen a ello o las mismas situaciones de la vida, según bajo este pensar nos excusamos diciendo: No tenía más remedio.

No se puede reinventarse en estados de nerviosismo, ansiedad, miedos, dudas, no podemos tomar decisiones a la ligera o al azar que podrían perjudicarnos una vida entera...

Pero... Así como yo, si te sucede, tampoco pienses que el mundo se acabó por eso, ni te sientas culpable, pues sigue siendo parte de un aprendizaje y el camino a conocerse a si mismo, reza el adagio: "Para aprender hay que caer". Yo caí muchas veces, en lo que tenemos que pensar es levantarnos y continuar.

Muchas veces me he reinventado, ciertamente, pero ahora, que tengo una guia, la certeza, la convicción puedo decir que jamás había sentido algo parecido como me siento en el ahora, sabes que vas por buen camino, porque te produce paz, satisfacción, porque aprendes a flotar en la tempestad y eso no te afecta, porque decides apartarte, soltar y rechazar todo aquello que te desvíe de tu camino, de tu tranquilidad emocional, salud mental y física.

I learned that reinventing oneself is not making hasty decisions, just because other people push us to do so or because of life situations, according to this thinking we excuse ourselves by saying: I had no other choice.

We cannot reinvent ourselves in states of nervousness, anxiety, fears, doubts, we cannot take decisions lightly or randomly that could harm us a whole life...

But... Just like me, if it happens to you, do not think that the world ended because of that, nor feel guilty, because it is still part of learning and the way to know oneself, the adage says: "To learn you have to fall". I fell many times, what we have to think about is to get up and continue.

Many times I have reinvented myself, certainly, but now that I have a guide, the certainty, the conviction I can say that I have never felt something similar to the way I feel now, you know you are on the right path, because it gives you peace, satisfaction, because you learn to float in the storm and that does not affect you, because you decide to move away, let go and reject everything that diverts you from your path, from your emotional, mental and physical tranquility.

¡Me estoy reinventando y vieras lo bonita que estoy quedando!

Por fin puedo decir que siento que voy por buen camino, de igual manera si me desvío, si me equivoco, tengo plena certeza que sigue siendo parte de un proceso y que no debo tener miedo, debo confiar en mí.

Para reinventarse es necesario primero ser fiel y serio con nosotros mismos, de cumplir a cabalidad nuestros cambios y acciones a tomar, en cualquier sentido, personal, material, laboral o profesional. En mi caso, como ya he quemado todos etapas, me preocupo más por trabajar con mi personalidad, mi bienestar físico, emocional y mental.

Para ello coloqué en una balanza, todo lo bueno de un lado y lo malo del otro, la balanza estaba como loca y se inclinaba para el lado malo ¿Qué? ¡ No puede ser! Demasiada negatividad que hay que remover, comencé por quitar las cosas que me ocasionaban daño, tristeza, cosas caducas, cosas que no son necesarias y no me corresponden, la balanza comenzó a mover más su peso hacia el lado positivo. Por lo cual, comencé a ser más agradecida, a quejarme menos y ver el lado positivo de las cosas y si no las tiene, pues adiós, no las necesito. Valorar lo positivo, es el aprendizaje.

I am reinventing myself and you can see how beautiful I am becoming!

Finally I can say that I feel that I am on the right path, even if I deviate, if I make a mistake, I am sure that it is still part of a process and that I should not be afraid, I must trust myself.

To reinvent ourselves, it is necessary first to be faithful and serious with ourselves, to fully comply with our changes and actions to be taken, in any sense, personal, material, work or professional. In my case, as I have already burned all stages, I worry more about working with my personality, my physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

To do this, I put on a scale, all the good on one side and the bad on the other, the scale was like crazy and was leaning to the bad side... What? It can't be! Too much negativity to remove, I began by removing the things that caused me harm, sadness, outdated things, things that are not necessary and do not correspond to me, the scale began to move more weight to the positive side. Therefore, I began to be more grateful, to complain less and see the positive side of things and if it does not have them, bye-bye, I do not need them. Valuing the positive, that's the learning.

Vestirse de una nueva personalidad... El trato conmigo misma es mucho mejor, me cuido, me valoro y me amo.

Basta ya de exponerme a cosas que no me agradan solo por complacer a los demás, de que no me respeten, que no me valoren, que jueguen con mi tiempo, que dispongan de mis cosas, ya que soy incapaz de hacer eso con las demás personas. Ya para mí, a estas alturas, hay muchas cosas que ya no son negociables, solo es un rotundo ¡NO! y ¡Se acabo! Sin miedos. No podemos vivir aterrados toda la vida pensando que las cosas empeorarán.

Me consiento, me compro cosas que me gustan, me hablo y me aplaudo a mí misma, elevo mi amor propio y con ello mi autoestima, esto en definitiva nos fortalece y evitará que las personas cuando quieran hacernos daño, nos afecten. Ya no me hablo a mí misma culpándome o enjuiciándome, que luego viene un auto castigo, ya no más, no puedo herir más a la persona más importante en mi vida, o sea YO.

No crean que lo hice sola, yo busqué un mentor, mi psiquiatra, mi psicólogo me ayudó al fortalecimiento de mi salud emocional y con ello mi mentalidad cambia para mejor. Me ofrece diferentes vías, caminos a tomar, yo tengo el poder de elección, tengo mi libre albedrío, si me equivoco pues no importa volveré a comenzar. Si te falta fortaleza mental para afrontar las situaciones, siempre es bueno acudir a un especialista.

Dressing up with a new personality... I treat myself much better, I take care of myself, I value and love myself.

Enough of exposing myself to things I don't like just to please others, of not being respected, not being valued, playing with my time, disposing of my things, since I am incapable of doing that with other people. For me, at this point, there are many things that are no longer negotiable, it is just a resounding NO! and it's over! No fears. We can't live in fear all our lives thinking that things will get worse.

I pamper myself, I buy things I like, I talk to myself and applaud myself, I raise my self-esteem and with it my self-esteem, this ultimately strengthens us and will prevent people from hurting us when they want to hurt us. I no longer talk to myself blaming or judging myself, which then comes a self punishment, no more, I can no longer hurt the most important person in my life, that is ME.

Don't think I did it alone, I looked for a mentor, my psychiatrist, my psychologist helped me to strengthen my emotional health and with that my mentality changes for the better. He offers me different ways, paths to take, I have the power of choice, I have my free will, if I make a mistake, it doesn't matter, I will start again. If you lack mental strength to face situations, it is always good to go to a specialist.

Para reinventarse también debes establecer un plan de acción, pues como dije anteriormente, hay que asegurarse de no estar alterados emocional o mentalmente, las decisiones que tomemos podrían no ser las más adecuadas o que nos conduzcan al éxito.

En mi caso, el plan de acción a tomar, que de hecho ya estoy llevando a cabo en muchas formas es a nivel personal, para mi tranquilidad emocional, mental y física.

Enfrentar las situaciones sin miedo, no hay que temerle a las personas, siempre tuve temor de exponer mis necesidades y puntos de vista, porque pensaba que la otra persona no le gustaría, no le aprobaría y la terminaría perdiendo, me llevaba a frustraciones y sin sabores conmigo mismo, permitía entonces abusos y hasta humillaciones. ¡Qué error! Por allí se fue el amor propio por la borda.

Aprender a decir NO y Basta. Son dos palabras poderosas y sencillas de decir.

Quien te ama no te abandona y si te abandona, mejor que no la tengas a tu lado si solo funcionará para calentar un puesto.

To reinvent yourself you must also establish a plan of action, because as I said before, you have to make sure you are not emotionally or mentally altered, the decisions we make may not be the most appropriate or lead us to success.

In my case, the plan of action to take, which in fact I am already carrying out in many ways is on a personal level, for my emotional, mental and physical tranquility.

I was always afraid to expose my needs and points of view, because I thought that the other person would not like it, would not approve of it and I would end up losing it, it led me to frustrations and tastelessness with myself, then I allowed abuses and even humiliations. What a mistake! That's where my self-esteem went down the drain.

Learning to say NO and Enough. These are two powerful and simple words to say.

Who loves you does not abandon you and if she abandons you, it is better not to have her by your side if she will only work to warm up a position.

Mi médico me aconsejó, desarrollar nuevos hábitos y retomar aquellos que me producían satisfacción.

Tomarse el tiempo libre para dedicárselo a uno mismo y atender nuestras propias necesidades. Esto es porque soy muy dedicada a mi trabajo, mis necesidades no las cubría para nada y esto aumentaba mis cuadros de depresión.

Ahora retomé los hábitos de salir más a menudo cuando siento que mi cuerpo está en condiciones, y me conciento comprando cualquier cachivache que vea y me guste, ya que antes, ni un gusto me daba por cargar toda la responsabilidad sobre mis hombros. Por ello, no acepto cargar con lo que no me corresponde.

Arreglo mis uñas, me compro ropa nueva, y tomo nuevas pasiones como les he ido enseñando en mis anteriores blogs. Comparto más con mis seres queridos y me ha funcionado mucho mejor.

Mis objetivos son personales, sentirme siempre bien conmigo misma pase lo que pase, creo que después de haberme graduado en la universidad varias veces, de pasar por el rol de esposa y madre, este ha sido mi mayor desafío, es algo que requiere de trabajo diario de por vida:

Estar bien con uno mismo.

Esta es la forma en la que me he reinventado, he dejado de ser lo que era, no me gobierna la incertidumbre ni me dejo gobernar por presiones ajenas. Mi meta la plenitud del ser y la tranquilidad.

Me fue grato compartir mis vivencias con todos, me ha hecho feliz y esto también es parte de ese proceso de reinventarme y parte de las acciones que estoy tomando.

My doctor advised me to develop new habits and resume those that gave me satisfaction.

Take time off to dedicate it to yourself and take care of your own needs. This is because I am very dedicated to my work, my needs were not being met at all and this increased my depression.

Now I have resumed the habit of going out more often when I feel my body is in condition, and I make myself happy by buying any gadget I see and like, because before, I didn't even give myself a taste for carrying all the responsibility on my shoulders. Therefore, I do not accept to carry what does not correspond to me.

I fix my nails, buy new clothes, and take up new passions as I have been showing you in my previous blogs. I share more with my loved ones and it has worked much better for me.

My goals are personal, to always feel good about myself no matter what, I think after graduating from college several times, going through the role of wife and mother, this has been my biggest challenge, it is something that requires daily work for life:

Being okay with oneself.

This is the way in which I have reinvented myself, I have stopped being what I was, I am not governed by uncertainty nor do I let myself be governed by other people's pressures. My goal is fullness of being and tranquility.

I was pleased to share my experiences with everyone, it has made me happy and this is also part of this process of reinventing myself and part of the actions I am taking.
