Saludos apreciados y sensibles lectores hoy doy vida y amor a mi blog a partir de la invitación que nos trae @damarysvibra, con la iniciativa afecto y automotivación, la cual considero puede tener muchas maneras de interpretación y me parece genial tener la oportunidad de expresarlo según mi propias experiencias y motivaciones, es por ello que inicio mi participación respondiendo una auto-pregunta:
¿Es la motivación algo innato?
Desde una visión muy personal a partir de mi experiencia como maestra y observadora de la conducta humana, considero que la automotivación es un valor agregado en la vida de todo ser humano asociado al AMOR, existen teorías científicamente comprobadas donde se comenta que las células poseen vida propia, son solidarias entre sí, al momento de recibir nuestro organismo alguna afección ellas se integran procurando la sanación.
Aquí valdría la pregunta ¿y qué es lo que moviliza o motiva a las células para la regeneración orgánica? podríamos decir simplemente que esa es su función… pero más allá de esto, creo que existe un poder invisible motivador que lograr la integración y sanación. Entonces esta condición biológica heredada es parte de nuestra naturaleza por ende somos seres amorosamente motivadores de nuestro desarrollo.
Hablando entonces de biología y desarrollo vale poner de ejemplo a los bebes, cuando están en proceso de crecimiento solitos van motivados a descubrir el mundo tras cada contacto, pasitos entre caídas y levantadas, sabores y sinsabores que los llevan a explorar y conocer sus limitaciones, allí podríamos hablar de una motivación natural o instintiva un “impulso innato” que progresivamente va obteniendo otros matices tras la interrelación con su contexto, entonces es aquí donde creo cabe la pregunta que da vida a esta iniciativa.
¿Serán los afectos la clave para la automotivación?
Cuando la madre o los familiares progresivamente van estimulado el andar y exploración del bebé, este con seguridad abre todos sus sentidos entregados a recibir del mundo todo lo que se le ofrece, desde entonces esa automotivación para avanzar en la vida va teniendo cambio determinante para el futuro adulto, es por ello que es preciso la compañía amorosa en esa primera etapa de vida, de allí seres nutritivos para la humanidad.
Entonces es cuando la automotivación efectivamente va acompañada de la afectividad que puede determinar nuestro destino. La palabra y gesto amable son fuente de inspiración durante el proceso de desarrollo y aprendizaje tanto dentro como fuera del vínculo familiar, es de vital importancia durante el desarrollo de nuestras vidas recibir calificativos que impulsen nuestro andar, de allí depende el coraje, carácter, voluntad y determinación para enfrentarnos ante la cotidianidad como seres auto-motivados.
La psicóloga Virginia Satir, a través de sus investigaciones sobre la conducta humana en los años 80 determinó que los seres humanos nos desenvolvemos entre cinco patrones comunicacionales: suplicante, acusador, super-razonable, irreverente, equilibrado o congruente. Con su investigación dejó claro que toda conducta adulta depende específicamente de la influencia recibida desde la infancia y que es deber de nosotros adultos responsabilizarnos y darnos cuenta de cuan afectados podemos estar.
Desde mi experiencia puedo describir que he tenido contacto con muchas personas con una vida terriblemente vulnerada desde la infancia, con profundas carencias afectivas que los han llevado a manifestar patrones de comunicación como las que presenta Virginia Satir. Reconozco que no es una tarea fácil darnos cuenta de nuestros patrones o barreras comunicacionales, entonces para esto es preciso la interrelación como principal motivador para que suceda la magia de reconocernos, el contacto receptivo con el otro nos trae noticias.
Pero existen individuos muy vulnerados que no se dan el permiso de ver un poco más allá de sus acciones, determinando que el problema siempre está afuera sin posibilidades de creer en los demás ni en la vida como ejes motivadores, sin la voluntad de darse cuenta que todas las situaciones personales por muy desfavorables que hayan sido, son abono y motivación para la existencia.
Greetings dear and sensitive readers today I give life and love to my blog from the invitation that brings us @damarysvibra, with the initiative affect and self-motivation, which I consider can have many ways of interpretation and it seems great to have the opportunity to express it according to my own experiences and motivations, which is why I start my participation by answering a self-question:
Is motivation something innate?
From a very personal vision from my experience as a teacher and observer of human behavior, I consider that self-motivation is an added value in the life of every human being associated with LOVE, there are scientifically proven theories where it is said that the cells have a life of their own, they are in solidarity with each other, when our body receives some condition they are integrated seeking healing.
Here it would be worth the question and what is it that mobilizes or motivates the cells for the organic regeneration? we could simply say that this is their function... but beyond this, I believe that there is an invisible motivating power that achieves integration and healing. So this inherited biological condition is part of our nature and therefore we are beings lovingly motivating our development.
Speaking then of biology and development, it is worth to give the example of babies, when they are in the process of growing alone they are motivated to discover the world after each contact, little steps between falls and rises, tastes and disappointments that lead them to explore and know their limitations, there we could speak of a natural or instinctive motivation, an "innate impulse" that progressively obtains other nuances after the interrelation with its context, then it is here where I think the question that gives life to this initiative fits.
Will affection be the key to self-motivation?
When the mother or the relatives progressively stimulate the baby's walking and exploration, he/she surely opens all his/her senses to receive from the world everything that is offered, since then that self-motivation to advance in life will have a determining change for the future adult, that is why it is necessary the loving company in that first stage of life, from there nourishing beings for the humanity.
It is then when self-motivation is effectively accompanied by affectivity that can determine our destiny. The kind words and gestures are a source of inspiration during the process of development and learning both inside and outside the family bond, it is of vital importance during the development of our lives to receive qualifiers that drive our walk, from there depends the courage, character, will and determination to face the daily life as self-motivated beings.

From my experience I can describe that I have had contact with many people with a life terribly violated since childhood, with deep affective deficiencies that have led them to manifest communication patterns such as those presented by Virginia Satir. I recognize that it is not an easy task to realize our patterns or communicational barriers, then for this it is necessary the interrelation as the main motivator for the magic of recognizing each other to happen, the receptive contact with the other brings us news.
But there are very vulnerable individuals who do not give themselves permission to see a little beyond their actions, determining that the problem is always outside without the possibility of believing in others or in life as motivating axes, without the will to realize that all personal situations, no matter how unfavorable they may have been, are fertilizer and motivation for existence.
