El día de hoy, leyendo un poco me conseguí con la iniciativa promovida por La Hivers @damarysvibra, a través de la comunidad Holos&Lotus, me identifiqué con el tema de inmediato,es muy interesante, sin dudarlo vengo a dar mi aporte en: "Afirmaciones positivas.”
Tremendo tema, pienso que la palabra tiene poder, y que decretamos cosas positivas o negativas al afirmarlas.
Acostumbro desde que me levanto a decretar, todo lo bueno y positivo que espero me suceda en el día.
Mi día empieza por dar gracias, primeramente a Dios, por tener la dicha de un nuevo día.
El simple hecho de poder abrir mis ojos, y contemplar un nuevo amanecer, es una gran bendición.
Y empiezo mi día con esta afirmació: "Hoy será un maravilloso día.”
Seguidamente procedo a mentalizarme, y a decretar que todo lo que tengo previsto para ese día, me saldrá Perfectamente.
Vivimos en un mundo muy acelerado, a veces las cosas no salen como esperamos, quizás hacemos planes y no resultan cómo esperamos, o todo puede dar un giro inesperado de 360 grados y pasar de estar bien, a vivir una situación muy desafortunada.
Creo que es precisamente en este monto, cuando todo no resulta cómo esperamos, que debemos poner en práctica las afirmaciones positivas.
Y pensar : " todo va a estar bien” esta afirmación es una de mis favoritas, tengo la fe de que al final todo pasa, y nada es permanente. Así que cuando siento estrés o preocupación me digo a mi misma todo va a estar bien. Y así lo creo y así lo siento.
tengo la confianza de que mañana será mejor.
A lo largo de mi vida he vivido cosas maravillosas y otras no tan agradables pero sé que estoy en el mejor monto, y la tengo la ilusión de que faltan tantas cosas bonitas por vivir si Dios así lo permite.
La vida es un lienzo en blanco y cada uno es dueño de su propia historia.
Un gran ejercicio mental es visualizar mis proyectos, y de esta forma afirmar que se será un éxito, claro también tengo presente que debemos esforzarnos, y dar lo máximo en todos los aspectos de la vida, esa es la clave del éxito, un equilibro entre meten y cuerpo, sincronizar nuestra mente con las actividades diarias que realizamos y así todo está en armonía.
Fue un placer compartir con ustedes espero les guste, recuerden que la vida es bella y vale la pena vivir a plenitud, y con mucha actitud positiva.

Good evening dear Hivers, I am very happy to share with you today, through a wonderful initiative, I must confess that I love initiatives and every time I have the opportunity, I like to join, I think it is a very productive dynamic , which allows us to express our point of view, on a given subject, and the way in which each individual faces life. What we like or what we dislike.
Today, reading a little, I found myself with the initiative promoted by La Hivers @damarysvibra, through the Holos & Lotus community, I immediately identified with the topic, it is very interesting, without hesitation I come to give my contribution in: " positive affirmations.”
Tremendous topic, I think that the word has power, and that we decree positive or negative things by affirming them.
I get used to decreeing, since I get up, everything good and positive that I hope will happen to me during the day.
My day begins by giving thanks, first to God, for having the joy of a new day.
The simple fact of being able to open my eyes, and contemplate a new dawn, is a great blessing.
And I start my day with this statement: "Today is going to be a wonderful day."
Then I proceed to mentalize myself, and to decree that everything I have planned for that day, will work out perfectly.
We live in a very fast-paced world, sometimes things don't turn out the way we expect, maybe we make plans and they don't turn out the way we expected, or everything can take an unexpected 360-degree turn and go from being fine to experiencing a very unfortunate situation.
I believe that it is precisely in this amount, when everything does not turn out as expected, that we must put positive affirmations into practice.
And think: "everything will be fine" this statement is one of my favorites, I have the faith that in the end everything happens, and nothing is permanent. So when I feel stress or worry I tell myself everything will be fine And so I believe and so I feel.
I am confident that tomorrow will be better.
Throughout my life I have lived wonderful things and others not so pleasant but I know that I am in the best amount, and the illusion that there are so many beautiful things to live if God allows it.
Life is a blank canvas and everyone owns their own story.
A great mental exercise is to visualize my projects, and in this way affirm that it will be a success, of course I am also clear that we must make an effort, and give our best in all aspects of life, that is the key to success, a balance between put and body, synchronize our mind with the daily activities we do and so everything is in harmony.
