La amiga @damarysvibra nos hace la cordial invitación a su iniciativa ofrecida por la comunidad de @holos-lotus, dicha iniciativa lleva por título Ser resolutivo y nos sumerge de forma profunda en el tema, aquí nos hace alusión que el ser resolutivo mayormente se ve en ámbitos labores lo cual conlleva el trabajo en equipo, pero también nos refleja que este término también lo encontramos en el ámbito familiar y de amistades, posterior a eso una extensa y certera lista de varios aspectos ante la situación y también dos excelentes preguntas las cuales nos ayudarán a enfocar este tema.
Las preguntas planteadas son:
¿Qué tan resolutivo eres?
¿Qué nos recomendarías para mejorar esta capacidad?
Acá paso a entregar mi punto de vista y también explicar cómo he sido resolutiva en la vida.
Ser resolutivo: Dícese de la persona que actúa a tiempo ante algún problema resolviendolo con eficacia, rapidez y determinación
El ser una persona resolutiva conlleva ser una persona que guarda la calma para así poder analizar los puntos de vista y encontrar la solución más óptima y rápida, de misma manera esta persona debe tener ese punto de optimismo qué hace falta ante las vicisitudes de la vida ya que dará ese aliento que tanto se necesita, esta persona entregará soluciones tanto creativas como concisas para salir airosos del dilema que aqueja.
Por lo regular el ser resolutivo empieza desde que somos niños, de pronto realizamos una travesura y ante la posibilidad de ser descubiertos se busca una opción, ahí es cuando salen las ideas y una solución ingeniosa llega y así nadie es regañado.
En la escuela al presentar trabajos grupales siempre la persona resolutiva será quien tenga el plan de estudio y hasta el trabajo casi completo creado en su mente, solo resta organizar y delegar su parte a cada miembro, de esa manera el trabajo escolar será realizado de forma óptima y podrán obtener una buena calificación.
En el trabajo del mismo modo ser resolutivos nos ayudará a enfrentar distintos escenarios, esto muchas veces ocasiona que se deleguen más responsabilidades a quien actúa con prontitud y el grupo de trabajo se sentirá más relajado, aunque hay ocasiones en que esto solo genera discordia entre pares.
En la familia una persona resolutiva suele ser el motor del barco, es quien mantiene la calma en todo momento.
Ahora enfocandomé en las preguntas antes mencionadas puedo decir que soy una mujer bastante resolutiva y en mi etapa de madre me he dado mucho más cuenta que antes y si a esto le sumamos lo que muchos dicen que a las madres les despierta el sexto sentido se vuelve un complemento.
Cuando mis hijas están enfermas mi marido parece un torbellino de histeria, va y viene dos o tres veces y camina en círculos por el rededor de la mesa del comedor, parece un padre esperando entrar al parto para conocer a su hija, yo por mi lado guardo la calma y compostura, es ahí donde me vuelvo resolutiva y mientras tomo temperaturas empiezo a pensar de forma rápida lo que debo hacer, en un 2x3 ya tengo los necesario para bajar la temperatura y hasta ya he llamado al médico de cabecera de la familia para consultar la cantidad de medicamento que debo administrar, mi marido nervioso me observa desde la puerta y le hago una señal de calma, pongo horarios en mi mente de cada cuanto tiempo debo realizar monitoreos de temperatura y también preocuparme de mantenerlas hidratadas, por otro lado estoy alerta en caso de tener que asistir a un centro de salud, hay ocasiones en que cuesta demasiado mantener en raya la temperatura y se deben administrar antibióticos.
Recuerdo cuando mi hija menor Julieta tenía apenas seis meses se estaba ahogando con un juguete muy pequeño que le había alcanzado su hermana Rocío, la vi y actúe de inmediato, abrí su boca y vi el objeto el cual retire con mi dedo meñique a gran velocidad, luego de eso ambas lloraban de miedo y mi marido con la boca abierta no entendía cómo me había movido tan veloz, mi madre siempre dice que tengo la sangre fría ya que siempre estoy atenta a todo lo que puede suceder.
La verdad siempre estoy alerta, ¿de que serviría estar nerviosa como el resto? Cuando estás serena y alerta actúas mejor ante cualquier cosa que suceda, de ese modo podemos evitar alguna tragedia mayor. Cuando a mi padre le daban ataques de dolor a causa de su hernia organizaba todo lo que había que hacer, uno de mis hermanos llamaba a mi tío para llevarlo a un hospital en su vehículo, a mi madre le pedía buscar sus documentos y mientras tanto yo me quedaba con mi padre tratando de meter su hernia más adentro, en menos de cinco minutos ya lo estaban llevando al hospital, lo mismo ocurrió cuando su vesícula estaba reventandose dentro, llame a mi matrona quien se comunicó con un cirujano amigo y en un día estaba operado sino hoy él estaría en un cementerio ya que quería esperar a una hora médica qué tenía para cinco días más tarde.
En el ámbito familiar podría decir que soy muy resolutiva y la verdad es algo que me pone feliz ya que sé que podré ayudar de forma eficaz y certera apenas haga falta manteniendo la calma en todo momento.
Que podría decir como consejo, pues guardar la calma, respirar profundo cuando estés en medio de alguna situación y analizar de forma rápida lo que debes hacer paso a paso, esa sin duda es la mejor forma para resolver un problema, ir a lo seguro y no inventar o aplicar algo que viste en un video porque eso nunca funciona y más que una solución rápida puede generar que el problema se vuelva más grande.
Reitero que conservar la calma es lo principal y a la larga terminarás en el club de quienes tenemos nervios de acero, al final no te sientas culpable porque cuando la calma nuevamente esté reinando en tu hogar luego de la tormenta de seguro llorarás porque ese miedo que congelaste en el momento saldrá una vez todo haya mejorado.

Here I will give my point of view and also explain how I have been resolute in life.
To be decisive: A person who acts in time to solve a problem efficiently, quickly and with determination
Being a decisive person means being a person who keeps calm in order to analyze the points of view and find the best and fastest solution, in the same way this person must have that point of optimism which is needed in the vicissitudes of life as it will give that much needed encouragement, this person will deliver both creative and concise solutions to get out of the dilemma that afflicts.
Usually being resolute begins when we are children, suddenly we make a prank and before the possibility of being discovered we look for an option, that is when ideas come out and an ingenious solution arrives and so nobody is scolded.
At school when presenting group work, always the decisive person will be the one who has the study plan and even the almost complete work created in his mind, it only remains to organize and delegate his part to each member, in that way the school work will be done optimally and they will be able to get a good grade.
At work in the same way being decisive will help us to face different scenarios, this often causes that more responsibilities are delegated to those who act promptly and the work group will feel more relaxed, although there are times when this only generates discord between peers.
In the family, a decisive person is usually the engine of the ship, he/she is the one who keeps calm at all times.
Now focusing on the questions mentioned above I can say that I am a very resolute woman and in my stage as a mother I have realized much more than before and if we add to this what many say that mothers awaken the sixth sense becomes a complement.
When my daughters are sick my husband looks like a whirlwind of hysteria, he comes and goes two or three times and walks in circles around the dining room table, he looks like a father waiting to go into labor to meet his daughter, I for my part keep calm and composure, that is where I become decisive and while taking temperatures I start thinking quickly what I should do, in a 2x3 I already have the necessary to lower the temperature and I have even called the family doctor to consult the amount of medication I should administer, My nervous husband watches me from the door and I signal him to calm down, I put schedules in my mind of how often I should monitor the temperature and also worry about keeping them hydrated, on the other hand I am alert in case I have to go to a health center, there are times when it costs too much to keep the temperature in check and antibiotics must be administered.
I remember when my youngest daughter Julieta was only six months old, she was choking on a very small toy that her sister Rocío had given her, I saw her and acted immediately, I opened her mouth and saw the object which I removed with my little finger at great speed, after that they both cried with fear and my husband with his mouth open did not understand how I had moved so fast, my mother always says that I have cold blood because I am always alert to everything that can happen.
The truth is that I am always alert, what good would it do to be nervous like everyone else? When you are calm and alert you act better in the face of anything that happens, that way we can avoid any major tragedy. When my father had pain attacks because of his hernia, I organized everything that had to be done, one of my brothers called my uncle to take him to a hospital in his car, my mother was asked to get his documents and meanwhile I stayed with my father trying to get his hernia deeper inside, In less than five minutes they were taking him to the hospital, the same thing happened when his gall bladder was bursting inside, I called my midwife who contacted a surgeon friend and in one day he was operated on but today he would be in a cemetery because he wanted to wait for a medical appointment which he had for five days later.
At the family level I could say that I am very resolute and the truth is something that makes me happy because I know that I can help effectively and accurately as soon as it is needed, keeping calm at all times.
What could I say as advice, well keep calm, take a deep breath when you are in the middle of a situation and analyze quickly what to do step by step, that is certainly the best way to solve a problem, go for sure and do not invent or apply something you saw in a video because that never works and rather than a quick solution can generate that the problem becomes bigger.
I reiterate that keeping calm is the main thing and in the long run you will end up in the club of those who have nerves of steel, in the end do not feel guilty because when calm is reigning again in your home after the storm for sure you will cry because that fear that you froze at the moment will come out once everything has improved.
