Realmente adquirí la costumbre de primero darle una definición a la palabra clave de un tema. Porque, siempre es bueno saber que significa, para así tener una idea inicial; y así todos puedan imaginar un poco de que va. Este post, va entorno a la famosa “Zona de Confort”.
No es una palabra en sí, pero se define como un Estado mental y, a la vez, de comportamiento, en el cual la persona se impone a si misma límites o, simplemente, acepta un determinado estilo de vida para evitar la presión, el riesgo, el miedo o incluso la ansiedad.
En pocas palabras, es cuando seguimos y hacemos lo mismo todos los días; lo que llamamos la rutina. En algún punto de nuestra vida caemos en ello, porque de verdad nos sentimos cómodos y sentimos que tenemos el control ya que sabemos lo que hay que hacer. Lo que pasará. Pero, honestamente no podemos quedarnos eternamente en nuestra burbuja, o cómo es debido llamarlo; nuestra zona de confort.
Por experiencia, y conocimientos sobre el tema, se que quedarse en nuestra zona segura es bastante agradable y buena desde nuestro punto de vista. Pero al pasar el tiempo; van a presentarse múltiples situaciones, en las que si o si nos va a tocar tener que salir; a un sitio que llamaremos la zona de miedo. Sin darle mucho tecnicismo, en esta zona es donde, intentando salir de la zona de confort; nos ataca la ansiedad. Empezar a observar muchos cambios, giros y dificultades nos hace dudar, preguntarnos si enserio vale la pena tomar los riegos y dejar atrás a lo que estamos tan acostumbrados. Algunas vez lo has sentido?
Hace muy poco, conversando con un gran amigo; el menciono este tema. El es mi Musa, porque tomó mucha inspiración y reflexionó mucho cuando hablamos… demasiado diría yo. Y dijo algo muy interesante que compartiré con ustedes: Qué, “quedarte en tu zona de confort es los mejor que te puede pasar, y lo peor; y que salir de tu zona de confort es lo peor que te puede pasar, pero a la vez es lo mejor”. Se que leerlo la primera vez quedas, “pero es lo mismo” o no entiendes bien. Claro claro, pero tiene sentido.
Quedarte, como ya mencione; te sientes muy bien, estas en tu área, en tu mundo y sientes que todo está bajo control. Que mayor placer y tranquilidad. Pero eso después se convierte en el peor error. Porque no avanzas, no creces, no aprendes. Entonces, al tener que salir apurado al mundo; al primer intento te aplastan y eso va a generar un trauma donde posiblemente decidas volver a encerrar te y estaremos en el comienzo de la carrera; otra vez en cero.
Ahora, salir de tu zona de confort, es lo peor si, cuando empieza el estrés, la incomodidad y la ansiedad. Como no, pero; si en serio esta decidido desde el principio de querer hacer un cambio en el curso de tu vida, podrás sentir algo de pánico; pero realmente con cada paso que des estarás más cerca de superar tu zona de miedo; y más cerca de encontrar lo que se llama zona de aprendizaje. Pisar ese círculo, es un enorme logró, y ahí decimos entonces que haber salido; es lo mejor que te puede pasar.
El camino siempre estará lleno de inconvenientes, temor, cansancio; incluso podemos fallar 👎☹👎 pero eso es parte de aprender. Equivocarnos, nos da paso a entender muchas cosas, y nos impulsa a buscar otra manera de hacerlas. Todos tenemos talento, pasión, habilidad para las tareas. Que solo podremos desarrollarlas con los desafíos que nos trae la vida.
Hay que intentarlo, de verdad. El proceso para alcanzar la meta puede parecer imposible al principio, pero siempre en el camino, podemos encontrarnos buenos momentos, buenas personas, y descubrimos lo hábiles e inteligentes que podemos ser. Como siempre digo, hay cosas buenas y cosas malas pero; las dos siempre nos dan mucho para pensar y para aprender.
Luego viene la última fase, aquí podremos llegar al éxito, o volver a caer y regresar al comienzo. Hay que tener una voluntad muy fuerte, y de verdad quiero que todo aquel que se encuentre en ese punto; haya dejado el miedo atrás y de el salto de fe! Porque esta a un solo paso de sentir y liberarse en la gran zona de Magia. Cuando, luego de todo ese gran recorrido nos damos cuenta qué, haber decidido salir y explorar fue la mejor decisión y nos traerá mucha recompensa, y sobre todo mucha felicidad. De saber que pudiste superar cada una de las pruebas, de saber que si eres capaz de lograr tus metas y que podrás encontrar soluciones a problemas futuros que puedan venir. Luego está, esa zona a la que caemos cuando por algún motivo nos paralizados, y por un momento el miedo nos toma… y nos arrastra a la Zona de Pánico.

Cuando llegamos al punto crítico del estrés, que no logramos soportar los cambios; entonces tropezamos y caemos en el abismo del pánico. Aquí es cuando decidimos correr hacia atrás y volver a la zona de confort; pero ahora colocamos muros alrededor para sentirnos protegidos y volvemos a la rutina. Es triste cuando pasa eso, pero en serio espero que si es el caso; no se queden ahí, la distancia que hicieron hasta antes del pánico fue largo, y no fue en vano; porque se que aprenden, y descubren lo que son en verdad. Por eso hay que ir tentar volver a salir! Porque ya saben como es el camino, porque saben que no será pan comido pero, se que podrán avanzar sin problemas, y cuando lleguen de nuevo a ese punto donde el camino tiene esas dos bifurcaciones; confíen en sus habilidades y no tengan miedo porque, lo que viene después en su zona mágica, cambiará sus vidas para siempre y para bien.
Ten en mente estas cortas frases que aconsejan. Establece metas ambiciosas, nada es imposible; el camino puede ser una subido pesada, pero luego todo ira sin problemas y fluido. Cultiva una mentalidad de éxito, talvez no lo consigas a la primera, pero aprendes múltiples maneras de lograr tu cometido. Toma acción! No dejes las cosas en un “talvez” ”si tuviese.. “ Atrévete! Nunca sabrás si no lo intentas! Y muy importante, prepárate para los desafíos, tener lo que queremos requiere de trabajo y cuesta; pero ya sabiendo eso pienso que estamos más que listos para la carrera!
Entonces, saldrán de su zona de confort? Siempre tendrá sus cosas buenas, y sus cosas malas como todo en la vida. Pero todo nuestro esfuerzo; al final darán sus frutos. Nada queda sin recompensa y más cuando se hace con pasión, con entusiasmo, con hambre de superación y sobre todo con mucho amor; no puede faltar ❤

From experience and knowledge on the subject, I know that staying in our safe zone is quite pleasant and good from our point of view. But as time goes by; multiple situations will arise, in which if or if we are going to have to go out; to a place that we will call the fear zone. Without giving too much technicality, it is in this zone where, trying to get out of the comfort zone, anxiety attacks us. Starting to observe many changes, twists and turns and difficulties makes us doubt, wondering if it is really worth taking the risks and leaving behind what we are so used to. Have you ever felt it?
Just recently, talking with a great friend; he mentioned this topic. He is my Muse, because he took a lot of inspiration and reflected a lot when we talked... too much I would say. And he said something very interesting that I will share with you: That, "staying in your comfort zone is the best thing that can happen to you, and the worst; and that getting out of your comfort zone is the worst thing that can happen to you, but at the same time it is the best". Stepping into that circle is a huge accomplishment, and that's when we say that stepping out of it is the best thing that can happen to you.
The road will always be full of inconveniences, fear, tiredness; we may even fail 👎☹👎 but that is part of learning. Making mistakes, gives us a way to understand many things, and pushes us to look for another way to do them. We all have talent, passion, ability for tasks. We can only develop them with the challenges that life brings us.
You have to try, you really have to try. The process to reach the goal may seem impossible at the beginning, but always on the way, we can find good moments, good people, and we discover how skillful and intelligent we can be. As I always say, there are good things and bad things, but both always give us a lot to think about and to learn.
Then comes the last phase, here we can either reach success, or fall back down and go back to the beginning. You have to have a very strong will, and I really want everyone who is at that point; to have left the fear behind and take the leap of faith! Because you are only one step away from feeling and freeing yourself in the great zone of Magic. When, after all that great journey we realize that, having decided to go out and explore was the best decision and will bring us much reward, and above all much happiness. To know that you were able to overcome each of the tests, to know that you are capable of achieving your goals and that you will be able to find solutions to future problems that may come. Then there is that zone we fall into when for some reason we are paralyzed, and for a moment fear takes us... and drags us to the Panic Zone.

When we reach the critical point of stress, that we can't handle the changes; then we stumble and fall into the abyss of panic. This is when we decide to run backwards and go back to the comfort zone; but now we put walls around us to feel protected and go back to the routine. It is sad when that happens, but I really hope that if that is the case; do not stay there, the distance you did before the panic was long, and it was not in vain; because I know that you learn, and discover what you really are. Because you know how the road is, because you know that it will not be a piece of cake but, I know that you can move forward without problems, and when you get back to that point where the road has those two forks; trust in your abilities and do not be afraid because, what comes next in your magic zone, will change your lives forever and for good.
Keep in mind these short phrases of advice. Set ambitious goals, nothing is impossible; the road may be a steep climb, but then everything will go smoothly and fluidly. Cultivate a mindset of success, you may not get it right the first time, but you learn multiple ways to achieve your goal. Take action! Don't leave things at a "maybe" "if I had.... "Dare! You'll never know if you don't try! And very important, be prepared for challenges, having what we want requires work and it costs; but knowing that I think we are more than ready for the race!
