"Eres un ser de luz, viviendo una experiencia humana", "eres más que solo un cuerpo", cuántas veces has escuchado o leído esas frases o alguna similar?, si estás aquí, estoy segura de que no sólo las has escuchado, sino que estás familiarizado con esa idea. Pero, ¿cómo llevar ese concepto a la práctica? ¿Cómo encontrar ese punto de equilibrio entre ser espiritual y ser humano?... Te confieso que al comienzo de mi camino me costó un poco hacerlo, porque me comportaba como un péndulo, pasando de un extremo al otro, durante algunas temporadas vivía muy etérica y espiritual olvidando el cuerpo, y en otras tan concentrada en el hacer que olvidaba lo sutil.
Fue allí cuando mi Alma me guió al yoga y decidí inscribirme en una formación internacional, para comprender a profundidad de qué se trataba y poder encontrar el equilibrio que estaba buscando. En ese proceso descubrí que el yoga es mucho más que un ejercicio físico, es un camino que te permite recordar quién eres realmente, es una herramienta maravillosa a través de la cual puedes conectar tu cuerpo, mente, emoción y energía, para recordar la divinidad que hay dentro de ti, y que algún momento olvidaste.

"You are a being of light, living a human experience." “You are more than a body." How many times have you heard or read those phrases or something similar? If You are here, I am sure the answer is Yes, and not only have you heard them, but You are familiar with the idea. But how do you put this concept into practice? How do you find that point of balance between being spiritual and being human?... I confess that at the beginning of my path it was a little hard for me to do so, because I behaved like a pendulum, going from one extreme to the other. During some parts of my life, I lived very etheric and spiritual, forgetting about the body, and in others, so focused on doing that I forgot about the subtle.
It was there when my Soul guided me towards yoga, and I decided to enroll in international yoga training, to understand in depth what it was about and to be able to find the balance I was looking for. In that process, I discovered that yoga is more than a physical exercise. It is a path that allows you to remember who you really are. Yoga is a wonderful tool through which you can connect your body, mind, emotion and energy, to remember divinity. That is inside you, and that at some point you forgot.
A través del yoga logré establecer un puente entre mi ser y mi personalidad, un canal de comunicación entre mi mente y mi cuerpo, aprendí a conocerme, a sentir, a calmar la mente a través del movimiento y a liberar emociones con la respiración. Me enamoré de está tecnología espiritual y la convertí en parte de mi vida, pues esa había sido la intención de realizar la formación en primer lugar... Era un conocimiento para mi vida personal y nada más.
Sin embargo, la vida tenía otros planes para mí. En la mañana del día de mi graduación como Instructora de Yoga quedé sin empleo, un evento que cambiaría el rumbo de mis días por completo. Cuando llegué al acto de graduación, una de mis compañeras (muy intuitiva) notó que algo me ocurría, me abrazó y rompí a llorar, le conté que no tenía empleo y que me preocupaba el siguiente paso a dar. Ella como un ángel terrenal, me abrazó nuevamente y me dijo, "yo estoy coordinando con otra compañera para alquilar un espacio en el cual dar clases de yoga, ¿te unes?"... Mi respuesta fue un contundente sí y desde entonces no he parado de dar clases.

Through Yoga, I managed to establish a bridge between my being and my personality, a communication channel between my mind and my body, I will learn to know myself, to feel, to calm the mind through movement and to release emotions with breathing. I fell in love with this spiritual technology and made it part of my life, as that had been the intention of taking the training in the first place. It was knowledge for my personal life and nothing more.
However, life had other plans for me. On the morning of my graduation as a Yoga Instructor, I became unemployed, an event that would change the course of my days completely. When I arrived at the graduation ceremony, one of my classmates (very intuitive) noticed that something was happening to me. She hugged me and I burst into tears, I told her that I didn't have a job and that I was worried about the next step to take. Like an earthly angel, she hugged me again and told me, "I am coordinating with another colleague to rent a space to teach yoga classes, do you want to you join us?"... My answer was a resounding yes. Since that moment I have not stopped teaching.
Como instructora, he podido profundizar mucho más en el yoga, he incrementado mi conciencia, he tenido la oportunidad de ver el mundo desde la compasión y recordar mi conexión con los otros, he disfrutado ver a mis practicantes reconocer la unión en armonía de todos tus cuerpos y disfrutar el momento presente a través de la práctica. En este camino, he tenido el honor de acompañar a almas maravillosas, junto a las cuales he crecido cómo ser humano y con las que en muchos casos he entablado amistades muy enriquecedoras, como es el caso de mi querida @arbolaria, a quien quiero y admiro profundamente.
La verdad es que no hay palabras que puedan describir al 100% lo que el Yoga significa para mí, ha sido mi terapia, mi hobby, mi emprendimiento, etc… Sí por un momento el Yoga tomara forma humana y pudiese decirle algo, sería "Gracias, Te volvería a elegir en esta vida y en la siguiente, Te elegiría sin pensarlo Una y mil veces"...

As an instructor, I have been able to delve much deeper into yoga preactice, I have increased my awareness, I have had the opportunity to see the world from compassion and remember my connection with others, I have enjoyed seeing my practitioners recognize the harmonious union of all their bodies and enjoy the present moment through practice. On this path, I have had the honor of accompanying wonderful souls, alongside whom I have grown as a human being and with whom in many cases I have established very enriching friendships, as is the case of my dear @arbolaria, whom I love and I admire deeply.
The truth is, there are no words that can describe 100% what Yogas means to me. It has been my therapy, my hobby, my entrepreneurship, etc. If Yoga took human form and I could say something to it, it would be: " Thank you, I would choose you again in this life and in the next, I would choose you without thinking about it a thousand times".
