Hoy es buen dia para agradecer.
Han notado que en algún momento de sus vidas han estado posponiendo algo que resultaba ser importante cuando lo pensabas, sin darte cuenta pudo haber sido un sueño, una meta o algo que querías alcanzar?. La procrastinación es mas común de lo que podríamos pensarlo, no basta con simplemente dejarlo para el dia de mañana sino que guardamos en un baúl una gran cantidad de sueños por culpa de la procrastinación, eso por no decir que la procrastinación es la consecuencia de nuestros miedos.
Dejar de procrastinar las cosas siempre trae consigo una lluvia de bendiciones que se pueden materializar de muchas maneras, por ejemplo, has querido empezar a leer en este nuevo año ya que los anteriores no tenias tiempo, pero aun así no sacas el tiempo para empezar a leer, otro ejemplo seria quieres empezar a hacer ejercicios pero tienes tantas cosas que hacer en el dia, que es imposible sacar una hora para hacer el ejercicio que tanto le hace bien a tu cuerpo y mente.
Llegue con esta publicación a decirte que si se puede hacer pero que no depende de nadie mas que de ti para llevarlo al ruedo, creo en que existen personas muy ocupadas con temas distintos en sus vidas, siendo consciente que cada persona tiene necesidades diferentes, pero quiero decirte que mas que querer hacer algo, que tu PUEDES hacerlo.
Intentemos hacer un 1% diario de aquello que quieres lograr, sin dejar de hacer las demás cosas, pero invirtiendo un poco de tiempo diariamente sin parar hasta que llegues a ese punto al que quieres llegar, para esto es necesario el compromiso contigo mismo, que es el compromiso mas importante que tendrás en tu vida, dejemos un poco la distracción innecesaria que te quita el tiempo que puedes invertir en eso que quieres, tambien puedes armar un plan paso a paso y repasarlo las veces que sean necesarias para que no lo olvides o lo dejes pasar por alto, estoy segura que dejaras el miedo a un lado y que te pondrás en pie para lograr eso que tienes años queriendo lograr.
