But what happens if any of us don't find our motivation? The most likely thing is that we feel incapable and insecure, something that will affect us in the future, but the good thing is that from one moment to the next we can change this perspective, established as a main goal; the motivation and focus to develop ourselves in whatever our creative area is and see how capable we are.

From a very young age, I listened to the words of my uncles, where they mentioned that I was an intelligent young man and capable of achieving whatever I wanted, I just had to have the availability to achieve it.
These words were key to my integral development, but like every human being, at one point in my life I felt insecurity in myself, especially when I was a teenager, a stage full of emotional ups and downs and where I had to bring out the motivation that I had or that my family instilled in me.
It was a time of uncertainty, because the stage of adolescence is when we have the most insecurity, little by little I was able to move forward, today I can see my personal growth and I understand how necessary these processes are in our lives.
But even as an adult, I have had to deal with some circumstances that have led me to think about whether I am capable or not, something that seems very bad. But is actually normal, the point is to stay with that idea as if it were our main focus.
For that moment I had to visualize my objectives from the point of view that my family members did, I listen to their words of motivation inside, but above all I try to put it into practice hoping for the best.

I can say that it is not easy, to find our motivation we need to be focused on what we want.
My personal experience regarding the subject was when, in the company of a colleague, we started our venture in the clinical laboratory area, an idea that for many was impossible, due to the amount of permission and instruments we needed, but mainly everything was redirected to expenses. and monetary value.
My colleague and I were fortunate to be able to meet all of our objectives, but in the process we had to maintain the internal strength that motivated us to move forward.

For that reason I can say that if we stay focused on achieving our objectives we will have great results.
ā Let's not lose motivation and if this is the case, let's remember some of our past achievements or the recognition of our loved ones, that will serve as a positive impulse to move forward.
ā Let's work hard for what we want, sometimes our achievements will be easy, but sometimes they will have many difficulties, that does not mean that we should give up, rather, some difficulties teach us great life lessons, so I recommend that we learn and continue working until achieve our goals.
