(English version in the box)Este sábado imparti mi acostumbrada sesión de Biodanza y el tema central de la sesión estuvo orientado a las 3 preguntas existenciales que planteó Rolando Toro en su sistema de integración humana.
Son preguntas que parecieran simples, pero en realidad tienen a mi parecer, una compleja profundidad que nos invitan a conectar más con nuestra esencia.
La primera de estas preguntas es:
¿Dónde quiero estar?
Esta pregunta nos lleva a reflexionar sobre nuestro entorno y cómo influye en nuestra vida e incluso, yendo más allá de la localidad o ubicación física, nos lleva a considerar nuestro entorno físico y emocional.
Rolando Toro tiene un poema muy hermoso que decía "Encuentra el lugar que te ama", y es esa invitación a buscar esos espacios donde puedas sentirte en bienestar, más vivo y conectado a la vida.
Aquí valdría preguntarnos entonces:
- ¿Qué lugares nos inspiran?
- ¿Dónde encontramos la armonía y la paz?
- ¿En qué entornos crecemos?
- ¿Dónde encontramos bienestar?

This Saturday I gave my usual Biodanza session and the central theme of the session was oriented to the 3 existential questions posed by Rolando Toro in his system of human integration.They are questions that seem simple, but in reality have in my opinion, a complex depth that invite us to connect more with our essence.
The first of these questions is:
Where do I want to be?This question leads us to reflect on our environment and how it influences our life and even going beyond physical location, it leads us to consider our physical and emotional surroundings.
Rolando Toro has a very beautiful poem that said "Find the place that loves you", and it is that invitation to look for those spaces where you can feel in well-being, more alive and connected to life.
Here it would be worth asking ourselves then:
- What places inspire us?
- Where do we find harmony and peace?
- In what environments do we grow?
- Where do we find well-being? >.
La segunda pregunta es:
¿Con quién quiero estar?
Aunque podemos pensar en un primer momento que refiere a la pareja, también va más allá, y es una pregunta que podríamos hacernos todos los días ¿con quién quiero relacionarme? ¿Quién me aporta valor?
El sistema de biodanza es un modelo de integración humana, que aborda esa integración desde 3 niveles: consigo mismo, con el otro y con el todo. Cuando te adentras en estos distintos niveles es más claro percibir con que personas quiero relacionarme en la vida, porque puedes vincularte desde la autenticidad y el respeto por la diversidad.
Entonces podíamos preguntarnos a su vez:
- ¿Qué cualidades valoro en las personas que me rodean?
- ¿El entorno en el que me desenvuelvo me aporta valor?
- ¿Cómo y desde dónde elijo mi compañero de vida?
- ¿Cómo puedo nutrir mis relaciones y apuntar a esa autenticidad?
Hasta ahora creo que podrás haber visto que si bien pueden ser fáciles de responder, implica también un examen de tu entorno y darte cuenta dónde estás parado en este momento.
Lo interesante de la biodanza es que no tienes que darle mucho pensamiento a esto, desde el movimiento de tu cuerpo son verdades que se van integrando solas y ese "click" de darse cuenta viene por sí solo.

The second question is:
Who do I want to be with?Although we may think at first that it refers to the couple, it also goes beyond, and is a question we could ask ourselves every day: with whom do I want to relate? Who brings me value?
The biodanza system is a model of human integration, which approaches this integration from 3 levels: with oneself, with the other and with the whole. When you go into these different levels is clearer to perceive with whom I want to relate in life, because you can link from the authenticity and respect for diversity.
Then we could ask ourselves in turn:
- What qualities do I value in the people around me?
- Does the environment in which I live add value to me?
- How and from where do I choose my life partner?
- How can I nurture my relationships and aim for that authenticity?
So far I think you may have seen that although they can be easy to answer, it also involves an examination of your environment and realize where you are standing at this time.
The interesting thing about biodanza is that you do not have to give much thought to this, from the movement of your body are truths that are integrated alone and that "click" of realization comes by itself.
La tercera pregunta es:
¿Qué quiero hacer?
Y aquí esta ese tan nombrado tema del ikigai y el propósito de vida, ¿a qué vinimos? ¿Cuál es nuestra misión?
Y si desagregamos más esta pregunta cabría preguntarnos: ¿Qué actividades nos llenan de alegría, plenitud y significado?
¿Qué te apasiona? ¿Cuáles son tus deseos?
Le decía a mi grupo de biodancistas que además del tema del propósito, pensaba que estaba inmerso en esta pregunta todos aquellos estados que quiero experimentar como: sentirme libre, tener paz, reinventarse, empezar de nuevo...

The third question is:
What do I want to do?And here is that much talked about ikigai and life purpose, why did we come here? What is our mission?
And if we disaggregate this question further, we could ask ourselves: What activities fill us with joy, fulfillment and meaning?
What are you passionate about? What are your desires?
I was telling my group of biodancistas that in addition to the theme of purpose, I thought it was immersed in this question all those states that I want to experience as: feel free, have peace, reinvent yourself, start again ...
La Biodanza nos anima a explorar nuestra existencia desde cada uno de los elementos que influyen en nuestro diario vivir, y siento incluso que además del planteamiento existencial que nos puede llevar a preguntarnos por nombrar un ejemplo, si la vivienda en la que me encuentro es el espacio que quiero habitar, o si deseo continuar o no con mi pareja... son preguntas que podemos hacernos al levantarnos cada mañana para definir nuestro día:
- ¿Dónde quiero estar hoy?
- ¿Con quién quiero compartir mi día?
- ¿Qué quiero hacer?
