@rosahidalgo, ya extrañaba estar en tertulia con ustedes acerca de mi sentir y experiencias por estos lados basada en tus iniciativas.
En un mini resumen de mi experiencia, les cuento que con el tiempo he aumentado mi consciencia de la importancia que tienen las relaciones en mi camino. He aprendido a formar parte de mis relaciones.
1- Es importante Legitimar al otro
Una de las cosas que tengo presente, es que legitimar al otro es el primer acto de amor que puedo tener con aquel humano que me estoy relacionando.
Validar es aceptarlo tal y como es. Eso no significa que voy a estar de acuerdo con todo lo que diga, sienta o haga la otra persona, significa que no pulsaré el botón del control para pretender cambiarlo, porque al hacerlo lo irrespeto y, así no puede haber éxito en una relación.
A todo el mundo le gusta ser aceptado, respetado, mientras eso ocurre en una relación, se mantiene abierta la puerta del intercambio armónico, del compartir lo que cada quién trae para hacer crecer la relación.
Porque las relaciones son como esas reuniones que aquí en Venezuela decimos coloquialmente: Es una fiesta de traje, yo traje esto, tu traes aquello. Valorar el aporte que cada uno brinda a la relación,fortalece el vínculo.
2- Saber Calibrar al otro
No todo el tiempo la gente está disponible para relacionarse como esperamos. Cada quién tiene sus asuntos, prioridades, sus propios ritmos.
Entonces, aprender a medir si la persona tiene espacio de tiempo y disposición me permite no invadir al otro, me sirve para ser estratégica para entablar una conversación con el otro sabiendo que es el momento oportuno.
¿Cómo calibramos? Observando sus gestos, poniendo atención a su tono de voz, escuchando atentamente su discurso.
3- Procurar tener las conversaciones incómodas enriquecen la relación
Sí, eso de quedarme callada y no expresar lo que no me gustó o incomodó en la relación es mortal. Así que he aprendido a expresar mi descontento, de esa manera buscamos entre ambas partes ajustar lo que halla que ajustar.
1- Conocerme
Es imprescindible que yo conozca mis debilidades, mis fortalezas, mis potenciales, mis recursos internos, en fin, saber quién soy y que puedo dar al otro.
Conocerme me permite obtener actualizaciones de mis propias respuestas existenciales: donde quiero estar, con quien quiero estar, ¿que quiero hacer?
La primera relación es conmigo misma. Disfrutar de mi propia compañía, de mis silencios,me augura mejores relaciones con otros.
2- Nutrir la relación
Las relaciones son como plantas, hay que regarlas, atenderlas,darles cuidado.
Algunas relaciones ameritan más dedicación, otras son como los cactus que apenas que aguantan más tiempo con poca agua.
Una relación debe ser alimentada por todos los que la conformen, es una danza perfecta de dar y recibir, es buscar el equilibrio.
Les cuento que esta planta de jade, la tengo en casa y ha sido mi mejor ejemplo de que puedo descuidar y también recatar las relaciones. Es demasiado noble, casi muere por no prestarle la debida atención.
3-Abrir mi corazón
Cuando eso sucede, nos abrimos y confiamos en el otro, en la vida, nos disponemos a vivir lo que tenga que ser.
Abrir el corazón es prepararnos para despojarnos de miedos y fantasmas que no valen la dicha arrastrarlos al presente porque simplemente contaminan la relación, es convertirnos en amor y confiar en nuevas y posibles relaciones que seguimos haciendo en el camino de la vida

Hello friends, I am pleased to meet you again! @rosahidalgo, I've already missed being in a discussion of my feelings and experiences in these parts based on your initiatives.
In a mini summary of my experience I tell you that over time I have increased my awareness of the importance of relationships in my path. I have learned to be part of my relationships.
1- It is important to legitimize the other.
One of the things I keep in mind is that legitimizing the other is the first act of love I can have with the human I am relating to.
To validate is to accept him/her as he/she is. That does not mean that I will agree with everything the other person says, feels or does, it means that I will not press the control button to try to change him/her, because in doing so I disrespect him/her and, in this way, there can be no success in a relationship.
Everyone likes to be accepted, respected, while that happens in a relationship, the door to harmonious exchange is kept open, to share what each one brings to make the relationship grow.
Because relationships are like those meetings that here in Venezuela we say colloquially: It's a costume party, I brought this, you bring that.
2- Know how to calibrate the other
Not all the time people are available to relate as we expect. Everyone has their own issues, priorities, their own rhythms. So, learning to measure if the person has time and availability allows me not to invade the other, it helps me to be strategic to engage in a conversation with the other knowing that it is the right time.
How to calibrate? By observing their gestures, paying attention to their tone of voice, listening carefully to their speech.
3- Trying to have uncomfortable conversations enriches the relationship
Yes, keeping quiet and not expressing what I didn't like or what made me uncomfortable in the relationship is deadly. So I have learned to express my dissatisfaction, that way we both try to adjust what needs to be adjusted.
1- Know myself
It is essential for me to know my weaknesses, my strengths, my potentials, my internal resources, in short, to know who I am and what I can give to others. Knowing myself allows me to get updates of my own existential answers: where I want to be, with whom I want to be, what I want to do? The first relationship is with myself.
2- Nurturing the relationship
Relationships are like plants, you have to water them with attention, care. Some relationships require more dedication, others are like cactus that can only last longer with little water. A relationship must be nurtured by all those who make it up, it is a perfect dance of give and take, is to seek balance.
I tell you that this jade plant, I have it at home and it has been my best example that I can neglect and also rectify relationships. It is too noble, it almost died because I did not pay enough attention to it.
3-Open my heart
When that happens, we open up and trust in each other, in life, we are ready to live whatever has to be.
To open our heart is to prepare ourselves to get rid of fears and ghosts that are not worth the joy of dragging them to the present because they simply contaminate the relationship, it is to become love and trust in new and possible relationships that we continue to make on the path of life.
