Hola amigos de la comunidad de Holos & Lotus, espero se encuentren muy bien. Hoy me gustaría invitarlos a esta nueva iniciativa dónde hablare sobre El comenzar de nuevo. La vida es un recorrido con altas y bajas, donde cada experiencia, buena o mala, forma quiénes somos. A veces, nos encontramos en crisis o estancados, lo que nos hace pensar en empezar de nuevo. Este deseo de reinvención puede surgir por varias razones: perder a un ser querido, cambiar de carrera, terminar una relación o simplemente buscar un sentido más profundo.
Hello friends of the Holos & Lotus community, I hope you are doing well. Today I would like to invite you to this new initiative where I will talk about Starting over. Life is a journey with ups and downs, where every experience, good or bad, shapes who we are. Sometimes, we find ourselves in crisis or stagnation, which makes us think about starting over. This desire for reinvention can arise for a variety of reasons: losing a loved one, changing careers, ending a relationship or simply searching for deeper meaning.
Comenzar de nuevo no es tarea fácil y tampoco significa que vamos a borrar todo lo que hemos vivido y las experiencias que aprendimos. Se trata de aceptar lo que la vida nos prepara y usar estos momentos y nuestras herramientas para hacer de nosotros la mejor versión, una versión más auténtica y amable. Por supuesto el proceso puede ser lento y muy incómodo, empezar algo nuevo despierta miedos que no conocíamos pero también nos hace sentir esa liberación de poder elegir un nuevo camino para vivir la vida de la mejor manera. Dar un paso hacia lo desconocido nos puede generar tanto estrés que algunas veces sentimos que es mejor malo conocido que bueno por conocer, pero en este camino nuestra nueva historia nos puede gustar más.
Starting over is not an easy task and it doesn't mean that we are going to erase everything we have lived and the experiences we have learned. It is about accepting what life prepares for us and using these moments and our tools to make the best version of ourselves, a more authentic and kinder version. Of course the process can be slow and very uncomfortable, starting something new awakens fears that we did not know but it also makes us feel that liberation of being able to choose a new path to live life in the best way. Taking a step into the unknown can generate so much stress that sometimes we feel that it is better to know bad than to know good, but in this way we may like our new story better.
Es realmente valiente comenzar luego de tropezar tantas veces en el camino y sentirnos cansados y con la mente llena de pensamientos intrusivos que no ayudan en nada. Pero es muy valiente tomar la decisión de cambiar y hacer cosas que nos hagan mejorar nuestras capacidades y que aprendamos otras habilidades que nos pueden ser muy útiles a la hora de comenzar algún proyecto de vida. La frase "no vas a poder" siempre va a estar presente he incluso somos nosotros los que alimentamos este tipo de pensamientos y luego lo reafirmamos si alguien más nos hace sentir incapaces, pero hay que hacer una limpieza de esos pensamientos y mejorar la relación con nosotros mismos.
It is really brave to start after stumbling so many times along the way and feeling tired and with a mind full of intrusive thoughts that do not help at all. But it is very brave to make the decision to change and do things that make us improve our capabilities and learn other skills that can be very useful when starting a life project. The phrase "you will not be able to" will always be present and even we are the ones who feed this type of thoughts and then we reaffirm it if someone else makes us feel incapable, but we have to clean those thoughts and improve our relationship with ourselves.
Para comenzar de nuevo debemos conocernos y saber cuales son esas cosas que siempre hemos querido lograr pero que por procrastinar o dejar pasar el tiempo no logramos la meta. Tener conversaciones en silencio nos puede ayudar a comprender el por qué nos creemos incapaces de alcanzar lo que deseamos y también cuales son nuestras debilidades y fortalezas. Debemos establecer metas que sean realistas, con esto quiero decir que podamos lograrlas sobre todo a corto y mediano plazo, proponernos vencer esos miedos que no nos permiten crecer como personas y también ser agradecidos y tener siempre en mente la palabra "gratitud".
To start over we must know ourselves and know what are those things we have always wanted to achieve but because we procrastinate or let time pass we do not achieve the goal. Having silent conversations can help us understand why we believe we are unable to achieve what we want and also what our weaknesses and strengths are. We must set realistic goals, by this I mean that we can achieve them especially in the short and medium term, we must propose to overcome those fears that do not allow us to grow as people and also be grateful and always keep in mind the word "gratitude".
Hay algunas preguntas que son esenciales al momento de querer comenzar de nuevo:
¿Que miedos me están deteniendo de lograr eso que tanto deseo?
Pueden ser inseguridades o falsas creencias que tenemos sobre nosotros, muchas veces nos complicamos sobre que pensaran los demás cuando lo más importante es siempre el bienestar individual y si tú te encuentras bien, los demás también lo estarán.
¿Cuáles son esas cosas que considero mis pasiones?
Considero mis pasiones como aquellas cosas que sin tener algún tiempo de retribución o de reconocimiento, logro hacerlo y además lo disfruto. Puede ser en muchos casos el ser creativo, pensar en retomar la escritura, la pintura, las manualidades o algún curso que me genere satisfacción por el simple hecho de que lo hago porque me apasiona aprender.
There are some questions that are essential when you want to start over:
**What fears are stopping me from achieving what I want to achieve?
They can be insecurities or false beliefs that we have about ourselves, many times we complicate ourselves about what others will think when the most important thing is always the individual welfare and if you are well, others will be too.
**What are those things that I consider my passions?
I consider my passions as those things that without having some time of retribution or recognition, I manage to do it and I enjoy it. In many cases it can be being creative, thinking about taking up writing, painting, crafts or a course that gives me satisfaction for the simple fact that I do it because I am passionate about learning.
¿Hoy en día estoy haciendo aquellas acciones que van a contribuir a alcanzar ese nuevo comienzo?
Si queremos comenzar de nuevo debemos cambiar muchas cosas, sobre todo aquellos habitos que algunas veces pueden durar años repitiéndose y que no siempre son buenos para que pensemos en lo que queremos alcanzar. Puede ser en muchos casos el procrastinar por demasiado tiempo y no ver el valor de cada día que es casi un milagro para todos los seres humanos.
¿Qué es lo que te impide comenzar de nuevo?
Muchas veces lo que nos impide perseguir nuestros sueños son las inseguridades y creer que no somos merecedores de mejores cosas. Hay que cambiar la manera de ver la vida, sobre todo en momentos dónde todo parece ponerse más difícil, ahí es cuando debemos demostrar de que estamos hechos realmente.
**Today I am doing those actions that are going to contribute to reach that new beginning?
If we want to start again we must change many things, especially those habits that sometimes can last for years repeating themselves and that are not always good for us to think about what we want to achieve. It can be in many cases procrastinating for too long and not seeing the value of each day that is almost a miracle for all human beings.
**What is it that keeps you from starting over?
Many times what keeps us from pursuing our dreams are insecurities and believing that we are not worthy of better things. We have to change the way we look at life, especially in moments where everything seems to get more difficult, that's when we have to show what we are really made of.
