Saludos #Hivers! Hoy me encuentro nuevamente con ustedes sumándome a la interesante iniciativa propuesta por nuestra apreciada @damarysvibra, es un tema de mucho valor y una pregunta sumamente poderosa en el mundo del coaching, siendo una disciplina de desarrollo personal, donde nos hace reflexionar dónde estamos actualmente y hacia dónde quisiéramos estar dentro de un período determimado, el tiempo lo determina cada persona según sus necesidades.
En lo personal me encuentro en un momento donde siento paz y satisfacción por haber continuado con mi vida después de un capítulo lleno de muchos aprendizajes, soy mi propio apoyo, nunca he dejado a un lado mis sueños y proyectos, el único detalle es que desde que me convertí en madre primeriza al cumplir un horario laboral y vivir sola con mi bebé he postpuesto ese proyecto personal precisamente por falta de tiempo, sin embargo cada vez que encuentro un espacio disponible me he dedicado a continuar avanzando mi emprendimiento, tengo esa meta de proyectar finalmente mi marca personal, ya tengo todo preparado y organizado, diseñé mi flyers y me siento con entusiasmo de dar a conocer mis nuevos servicios este 2023.
Sé que me sucederán cosas bonitas, aunque el tiempo en su momento no jugaba a mi favor, por mi mente nunca pasó renunciar, por supuesto muchas veces llegué a sentir que fracasaba inclusive llegué a pensar si cambiar radicalmente lo que desde un principio visualicé y anhelaba. Hoy por la mañana abrí mi aliado número uno para mis diseños publicitarios (canva) miré el trabajo que realicé estos dias y supe que ya no me encontraba en ese punto "A" donde era sólo una idea, recordé uno a uno de mis procesos donde si les puedo decir, que no todo es la parte intelectual y más allá de mis credenciales y permiso para ejercer en lo que me preparé, está también la parte humana que como mujer me mantuve optimista, tuve mucha tolerancia y paciencia.
A pesar de que las cosas no me salieron desde un primer momento como esperaba, logré mantener un equilibrio entre mi vida personal, laboral y conservar el entusiasmo. Hay muchas personas que no logran un cambio en su vida porque no tienen una idea clara de sus habilidades y fortalezas, no basta sólo con decir cuáles son sus gustos, pero ¿qué tanto se conocen? es por eso que es tan importante y preciso el tema del autoconocimiento porque si no te conoces difícilmente vas a saber qué dirección vas a tomar o qué quieres realmente para tu vida, cuáles son tus aspiraciones y cómo te visualizas dentro de un tiempo determinado, también pienso que la autoestima va de la mano con nuestros procesos para el logro de nuestros objetivos, porque si una persona está carente de amor propio, posiblemente no se sienta capaz, autosuficiente ni seguro de sí mismo.
El tema del crecimiento y desarrollo personal es algo que verdaderamente me apasiona, espero tener la oportunidad en algún momento de mi vida para pararme en frente de muchas personas y dar mi primer discurso, sí que me veo así, estoy en un punto de mi vida donde me siento feliz con los resultados que voy consiguiendo, ahora sólo me queda comenzar a publicar mi contenido relacionado con este hermoso tema y continuaré con lealtad y firmeza a mí misma para así dentro de 6 meses estar en el lugar que quiero estar, obteniendo los resultados deseados, tener mi comunidad y sea próspero mi negocio. El desarrollo personal es contínuo, cada día podemos mejorar y aprender en distintos aspectos para el fortalecimiento de nuestro ser.

Today I am with you again, joining the interesting initiative proposed by our appreciated @damarysvibra, it is a subject of great value and an extremely powerful question in the world of coaching, being a discipline of personal development, where it makes us reflect on where we are currently and where we would like to be within a certain period, the time is determined by each person according to their needs.
Personally, I am in a moment where I feel peace and satisfaction for having continued with my life after a chapter full of many lessons, I am my own support, I have never put aside my dreams and projects, the only detail is that since I became a new mother by fulfilling work hours and living alone with my baby I have postponed that personal project precisely due to lack of time, however every time I find an available space I have dedicated myself to continue advancing my venture, I have the goal of finally projecting my personal brand, I already have everything prepared and organized, I designed my flyers and I am excited to publicize my new services this 2023.
I know that beautiful things will happen to me, although time was not playing in my favor at the time, giving up never crossed my mind, of course many times I came to feel that I was failing, I even came to think if radically change what I visualized and longed for from the beginning. This morning I opened my number one ally for my advertising designs (canva) I looked at the work I did these days and I knew that I was no longer at that "A" point where it was just an idea, I remembered one by one of my processes where If I can tell you, not everything is the intellectual part and beyond my credentials and permission to practice what I prepared for, there is also the human part that as a woman I remained optimistic, I had a lot of tolerance and patience.
Although things didn't go as expected from the start, I managed to maintain a balance between my personal life, work life and keep up my enthusiasm. There are many people who do not achieve a change in their lives because they do not have a clear idea of their abilities and strengths, it is not enough just to say what their tastes are, but how well do they know each other? That is why the subject of self-knowledge is so important and precise, because if you do not know yourself, it will be difficult for you to know what direction you are going to take or what you really want for your life, what your aspirations are and how you see yourself within a certain time, as well. I think that self-esteem goes hand in hand with our processes to achieve our goals, because if a person lacks self-esteem, they may not feel capable, self-sufficient or self-confident.
The subject of personal growth and development is something that I am truly passionate about, I hope to have the opportunity at some point in my life to stand in front of many people and give my first speech, yes I I see this way, I am at a point in my life where I feel happy with the results I am getting, now I only have to start publishing my content related to this beautiful topic and I will continue with loyalty and firmness to myself for like this in 6 months being where I want to be, getting the desired results, having my community and my business being prosperous. Personal development is continuous, every day we can improve and learn in different aspects to strengthen our being.
