Recientemente vi la publicación de nuestra colega @charjaim, en relación a nuestras expectativas sobre una cosa u otra, cuando casi siempre la vida desbarata todos nuestros planes o, como si fuera un humorista, le pone adornos o trampas a nuestros cuidadosos pasos. Casi parece que la vida nos invitara constantemente a dejar de pensar tanto porque de todas maneras siempre nos ganará en ingenio.
Sin embargo, hay una manera de ser más preciso en la manera en que efectuamos nuestros planes conforme nos vamos limando de los puntos ciegos de nuestros propios prejuicios. Se trata de la sabiduría.
Como ya tendrás una idea, la sabiduría es diferente al conocimiento aunque, son parecidas. El conocimiento es algo que puedes leer sin haber vivido, como que por ejemplo, el cachalote es el animal que a más distancia lleva su voz a través del agua. Ahora tú también lo sabes y podrías decirlo, no te faltaría razón a pesar de no saber como se oye el canto de estas ballenas, pero en relación a esto sabiduría sería comprender por qué las ballenas cantan. Así sabrías donde buscar si quisieras oirlas cantar.
Por eso, en el taoismo, se habla más que nada de la naturaleza, porque es la base de todo. Diría que es acertado porque, los seres humanos también somos parte de la naturaleza. A pesar de que tenemos la extraña tendencia de creernos mejores la verdad es que nuestros impulsos son también todos naturales, incluso el de dominarlo todo. Lo más probable es que si pusieras dos cucarachas en una casa, al cabo de un mes todo estaría infestado por ellas. ¿A qué se debe esto? Los seres se sienten más cómodos para reproducirse cuando hay abundancia y seguridad, pero no donde no la hay. El ser humano se ha procurado de ambas de tal modo que nuestros hogares son el paraíso de reproducción de cualquier cantidad de animales, aún si a veces no lo son para nosotros mismos.
La sabiduría más importante
Curiosamente, un tema que he abordado bastante en esta comunidad ultimamente es el de conocerse a uno mismo. Algo me querré decir a mí mismo con esto. Sin embargo, es la sabiduría más importante para cualquier persona que decida realmente comprender el mundo y eso se debe a que tienes una posición privilegiada sobre el funcionamiento de tu cuerpo, tus emociones y tus pensamientos. Si sabes por qué haces una cosa, alguna sospecha tendrás sobre por qué incluso desde los animales hasta los seres más microscópicos lo hacen.
Si te conoces lo suficiente, te apuesto a que también te haces mejor comunicándote con los demás. Si encuentras los puntos en común puedes conectar con cualquier área de la vivencia humana, aún si no exactamente, llevas una buena pista.
Muy en auge está la programación hoy día. También las inteligencias artificiales. No sé si te parece a ti como a mí que una computadora es el intento de réplica de un cerebro humano y una IA no es más que un intento de reproducirnos digitalmente. Parece que la tecnología estuviese obsesionada con crear a alguien que no se queje tanto y haga todo lo que le pedimos incansablemente. Una especie de máxima a la novedad que el ser humano trajo a la creación en materia de supervivencia: El crear herramientas. Y luego crearse a sí mismo como herramienta.
Alguna idea habremos tenido de que podemos engañarnos si creamos algo lo más parecido a nosotros como sea posible. ¿Pero para qué? ¿Tan solos nos sentimos, acaso?
En mi opinión es que no tenemos la misma alegría de arriesgarnos en materia de confianza. La inmensa complejidad del ser humano no da lugar nunca a la certeza absoluta y por eso nos vemos inclinados una y otra vez a buscar algo en cuya construcción esté que le sea imposible traicionarnos, como nosotros tanto nos hacemos mutuamente.
Hoy, buscamos conocernos como especie, no para poder encontrar solución a nuestros problemas sino para aprovecharnos de ellos a través del marketing, creando necesidades a cosas que nisiquiera necesitamos al crear el anuncio más atractivo o adictivo posible. El mecanismo que a nuestros ancestros hacía tan plácido extender la mano para tomar una hermosa manzana, hoy día se usa para hacernos sentir la necesidad de extendernos a mil cosas a la vez y no lo sabemos porque, estas empresas saben primero que nosotros quienes somos y por qué somos a través de extensos estudios y análisis de datos.
Tú, como persona despierta que estás aquí para explorarte a ti mismo o a la vida, bajo la mejor luz posible, tienes ventaja en esta carrera de autoconocimiento. Si te conoces a ti mismo antes que las grandes empresas podrás detener la mano antes de que te sientas obligado a alcanzar algo realmente malo para ti. ¡Y a tiempo!. Porque parece que cada vez es más difícil distinguirnos entre nosotros mismos y nuestros impulsos. Las necesidades creadas y superficiales que nos hacen sentir tan carenciados con nosotros mismos.

I recently saw the publication of our colleague @charjaim, in relation to our expectations about one thing or another, when life almost always disrupts all our plans or, as if it were a comedian, puts decorations or traps on our careful steps. It almost seems as if life is constantly inviting us to stop thinking so much because it will always outwit us anyway.
However, there is a way to be more precise in the way we make our plans as we iron out the blind spots of our own biases. It's about wisdom.
As you may already have an idea, wisdom is different from knowledge, although they are similar. Knowledge is something that you can read without having lived, like, for example, the sperm whale is the animal that carries its voice the furthest through the water. Now you also know it and you could say it, you would not be wrong despite not knowing how these whales sing, but in relation to this, wisdom would be understanding why whales sing. That way you would know where to look if you wanted to hear them.
That is why, in Taoism, we talk about nature more than anything, because it is the basis of everything. I would say that it is correct because human beings are also part of nature. Although we have the strange tendency to believe ourselves to be better, the truth is that our impulses are also all natural, including the impulse to dominate everything. Chances are, if you put two cockroaches in a house, within a month everything would be infested with them. What is this about? Beings feel more comfortable reproducing when there is abundance and security, but not where there is none. Human beings have taken care of both in such a way that our homes are a breeding paradise for any number of animals, even if sometimes they are not for ourselves.
The most important wisdom
Curiously, a topic that I have addressed a lot in this community lately is knowing yourself. Perhaps I am telling myself something with this. However, it is the most important wisdom for anyone who decides to truly understand the world and that is because you have a privileged position over the functioning of your own body, your emotions and your thoughts. If you know why you do something, you will have some suspicion about why even animals to the most microscopic beings do it.
If you know yourself well enough, I bet you also become better at communicating with others. If you find the common points you can connect with any area of human experience, even if not exactly, you are on a good track.
Programming is very booming today. Also artificial intelligence. I don't know if it seems to you as it does to me that a computer is an attempted replica of a human brain and an AI is nothing more than an attempt to reproduce us digitally. It seems that technology is obsessed with creating someone who doesn't complain so much and does everything we tirelessly ask of them. A kind of maxim for the novelty that human beings brought to creation in terms of survival: Creating tools. And then create yourself as a tool.
We may have had some idea that we can fool ourselves if we create something as similar to ourselves as possible. But for what? Do we feel so alone, perhaps?
In my opinion, we don't have the same joy in taking risks when it comes to trust. The immense complexity of the human being never gives rise to absolute certainty and that is why we are inclined again and again to look for something in whose construction it is impossible for it to betray us, as we do so much to each other.
Today, we seek to know ourselves as a species, not to be able to find solutions to our problems but to take advantage of them through marketing, creating needs for things that we do not even need by creating the most attractive or addictive advertisement possible. The mechanism that made to our ancestors so enjoyable to extend their hand to take a beautiful apple, today is used to make us feel the need to extend ourselves to a thousand things at the same time and we do not know it because, these companies know who we are first through extensive studies and data analysis.
You, as an awakened person who is here to explore yourself or life, in the best possible light, have an advantage in this race of self-knowledge. If you know yourself before big companies you will be able to stop your hand before you feel forced to achieve something really bad for you. An on time!. Because it seems that it is increasingly difficult to distinguish between ourselves and our impulses. The created and superficial needs that make us feel so lacking in ourselves.
