No se si en algún momento has notado que por una razón una vez cada cuanto tiempo sientes la necesidad de tirar todo por la ventana, sea el trabajo, las relaciones sociales, o simplemente todas las responsabilidades que tenemos. Pues con el paso del tiempo he descubierto que eso solo sucede cuando algo en nuestro interior, sea en la mente o en el corazón no esta del todo estable.

I don't know if at some point you have noticed that for some reason once in a while you feel the need to throw everything out the window, be it work, social relationships, or simply all the responsibilities we have. Well, with the passage of time I have discovered that this only happens when something inside us, be it in the mind or in the heart, is not completely stable.

Hace dos días fui a la barbería a cortarme el cabello con mi barbero de costumbre y entre una conversación y la otra llegamos a esa pregunta inesperada que de vez en cuando nos hacen y nos deja atónitos _“¿Todo está bien?”_. Mi respuesta fue positiva: _“si todo está bien”_, como regularmente damos las respuestas cuando tu trabajo va bastante bien, tus relaciones sociales también, no hay ninguna novedad aparente que indique que algo vaya mal o que algo nos esté robando energía o nuestra paz interior. Al mismo tiempo respondo con curiosidad con _“¿Por qué la pregunta?”_ regularmente cuando las personas te preguntan si algo esta bien es porque algo están viendo ellos en nosotros que nosotros no hemos visto aun, y su respuesta fue _“tienes una energía diferente, un poco mas apagada que la de costumbre”_. Y bueno atreves de ello se desarrollo una conversación que puedo decir que fue terapéutica e interesante con el barbero, luego llegaron los demás barberos que estaban libres y fue un momento de compartir genial donde nos reímos y pasamos un rato diferente.

My answer was positive: "if everything is fine", as we regularly give the answers when your work is going quite well, your social relations too, there is no apparent novelty that indicates that something is wrong or that something is stealing our energy or our inner peace. At the same time I respond curiously with "Why the question?" regularly when people ask you if something is right it is because they are seeing something in us that we haven't seen yet, and their answer was "you have a different energy, a little duller than usual”. And well, through this, a conversation developed that I can say was therapeutic and interesting with the barber, then the other barbers who were free arrived and it was a great moment of sharing where we laughed and had a different time.

Finaliza ese día sin novedades, pero siempre curioso de la conversación que tuve con el barbero y al acostarme tuve unos minutos de meditación donde decidí estudiar si realmente había cualquier energía que estuviera llevando mi semana por un camino diferente. Lo curioso fue que identifiqué que efectivamente algo estaba pasando, esta semana en el trabajo fue diferente, un poco mas floja para ser mas descriptivo, tuve conversaciones con mis clientes un poco intensas donde hablamos sobre cosas un poco densas que estaban sucediendo en su semana, también desde mi mundo interior había unas cosas que estaban tambaleantes emocionalmente hablando, no había cumplido con mi rutina de ejercicio los días que entreno, de hecho no había entrenado esta semana, y que ciertamente me tenían con una actitud un poco mas neutra. Y pues esa noche decidí dejar todas esas cosas atrás, permitirme descansar y comenzar el día siguiente con buena vibra y energía positiva, recargado al 100%.

That day ended with no news, but always curious about the conversation I had with the barber and when I went to bed I had a few minutes of meditation where I decided to study if there really was any energy that was taking my week in a different way. The funny thing was that I identified that something was actually happening, this week at work was different, a little weaker to be more descriptive, I had somewhat intense conversations with my clients where we talked about somewhat dense things that were happening in their week, Also from my inner world there were some things that were shaky emotionally speaking, I had not fulfilled my exercise routine on the days that I train, in fact I had not trained this week, and that certainly had me with a slightly more neutral attitude. And so that night I decided to leave all those things behind, allow myself to rest and start the next day with good vibes and positive energy, 100% recharged.

Ayer mi día fue totalmente diferente, no solo porque recibí buenos comentarios por el cambio de look, sino que hubo muchas risas, también hice mi rutina de ejercicio del día, fui a una tienda a ver los precios de unas franelas playeras que vi por internet y me encantaron, compre una para mí y una crema para la piel con un olor delicioso, me compre un chocolate, me encanta el chocolate, almorcé con mi persona especial, y sin duda la vibra que sentía era totalmente diferente a la del día anterior.

Yesterday my day was totally different, not only because I received good comments for the change of look, but there was a lot of laughter, I also did my exercise routine for the day, I went to a store to see the prices of some beach flannels that I saw on the internet and I loved them, I bought one for myself and a skin cream with a delicious smell, I bought myself a chocolate, I love chocolate, I had lunch with my special someone, and without a doubt the vibe I felt was totally different from the day before.

Entonces, es ahí cuando uno entiende la necesidad que tenemos todos de reiniciarnos para que esas cosas que forman parte de nuestro entorno y que no las podemos evitar, no nos afecten. Desconectarnos un poco de la energía colectiva y un viernes cualquiera salir de compras, hacer lo que te gusta, consentirte, darte amor y rodearte de las personas correctas es la mejor forma de hacer un refrescamiento interno y nos permite llenarnos de buena vibra una vez más, recordando que los responsables de estar más enérgicos o menos enérgicos somos nosotros mismos, aceptando y entendiendo que todos los días no vamos a estar al 100% de energía positiva, pero sabiendo que siempre habrá una persona, como el barbero en esta ocasión, que se dará cuenta que estas bajito energéticamente y te motivara para que vuelvas a tu energía regular.

No hay mejor terapia que las relaciones sociales con las personas correctas, el saber escuchar a los demás cuando te dicen algo que ven de ti y el escucharte a ti mismo identificando que tanto de eso que te dicen es real y como puedes trabajarlo para cambiar la tu actitud en el momento o al día siguiente. Esto forma parte de ser sociales y responsables no solo con el mundo que nos rodea sino también con nosotros mismos, y de esta forma cuidar de nuestra salud física, mental y emocional.
