Sin duda alguna querernos a nosotros mismos y llenarnos de afecto, motivandonos a lograr las cosas que queremos, la manera en la que nos damos ánimo a nosotros mismos, poniendo mucha positividad ante todo, es la clave para la automotivación, todo empieza por las ganas y el desempeño que pongamos, y que mejor manera que creyendo en nosotros y darnos afecto sin dudarlo, y sí, el afecto tiene mucho que ver en como actúa en nosotros para lograr automotivarnos, el afecto genera bienestar y satisfacción.
Undoubtedly, loving ourselves and filling ourselves with affection, motivating us to achieve the things we want, the way we encourage ourselves, putting a lot of positivity before everything, is the key to self-motivation, everything starts with the desire and performance we put, and what better way than believing in us and giving us affection without hesitation, and yes, affection has a lot to do with how it acts in us to achieve self-motivation, affection generates well-being and satisfaction.

Sin duda todos éstos afectos que nos demostramos a nosotros mismos, son de suma importancia, estos nos automotivan a ser mejor para nosotros mismos, y nos dan la capacidad de poder lograr lo que nos proponemos, todo es cuestión de aplicarlos siempre en nuestra vida, ¡tenemos que ser nuestra principal fuente de motivación! Que la automotivación nunca nos falte.
Undoubtedly all these affections that we show to ourselves, are of utmost importance, they motivate us to be better for ourselves, and give us the ability to achieve what we propose, it is all a matter of always applying them in our lives, we have to be our main source of motivation! May self-motivation never fail us.

La mejor manera que conozco y que utilizo siempre para automotivarme ¡es la positividad! Siempre hay que ser positivos antes las posibilidades que se nos presentan, es de gran importancia para animarnos y estar al 100% activos, al igual que esto creer en nosotros es demasiado importante, si los demás no lo hacen, lo hacemos nosotros y ya, no tenemos que depender de nadie para animarnos a hacer lo que nos gusta y automotivarnos, podemos y debemos, ser la mayor fuente que debe haber de motivación, para nosotros mismos y nuestra felicidad.
The best way I know and always use to motivate myself is positivity! We must always be positive before the possibilities that are presented to us, it is of great importance to encourage us and be 100% active, as well as this believe in us is too important, if others do not do it, we do it and already, we do not have to depend on anyone to encourage us to do what we like and self-motivate us, we can and should be the greatest source of motivation, for ourselves and our happiness.
How would you help an unmotivated person?
Suele pasar que a nuestro alrededor existen personas que en ciertas ocasiones no tienen algún tipo de motivación, ni la propia, y es fatal ya que como vengo diciendo y todos sabemos, es la primera que debemos tener, sin duda alguna, la mejor manera en la que ayudaría a una persona desmotivada, sería dándole ánimos, lo que ella misma no se da, ayudándola a pensar en grande, con alta positividad y haciéndole ver las cosas, abriéndole los ojos para que vea que lo que se proponga lo puede lograr, haciendole saber que siempre hay que tener la capacidad de motivarnos, de ver el lado positivo, aunque realista, de la vida.
It often happens that around us there are people who sometimes do not have any kind of motivation, not even their own, and it is fatal because as I have been saying and we all know, is the first that we must have, without a doubt, the best way to help a person unmotivated, would be giving encouragement, what she does not give herself, helping her to think big, with high positivity and making her see things, opening her eyes so that she can see that whatever she proposes she can achieve, letting her know that we must always have the ability to motivate ourselves, to see the positive side, although realistic, of life.
How do you feel about the relationship of affection-need for approval, acceptance and ego?
Es ciertos casos, por lo menos unas cuantas veces en la vida, sentimos la necesidad de tener aprobación y así mismo aceptación, por parte de una persona o grupo de individuos, querer ser aceptado y aprobado no es bueno siempre, a veces, solemos cambiar un poco para intentar integrarnos a algún tipo de ambiente en específico, cuando simplemente deberíamos ser nosotros sin importar el qué, la necesidad de aprobación expresa un tipo de inseguridad emocional en nosotros mismos, por eso hay que tener un equilibrio entre la autoestima, el deseo de afecto, aceptación y aprobación, todo esto en un balance para nos dejarnos llevar, teniendo en cuenta que en algunos casos, hay que poner nuestro ego por encima de ciertas cosas, teniendo una alta valoración de nosotros, sabiendo que no somos más, ni menos que alguien, que nuestra opinión y punto de vista valen al igual que el de los demás, por lo que no hay que tener miedo al expresarnos, tomar nuestras propias decisiones y tener en consideración, también nuestros deseos y necesidades, es cuestión de mantener un balance con todo lo mencionado.
