Eng/Esp Decir No como estrategia de vida// entre un No o un Si

hola amigas de esta comunidad que no deja de sorprenderme,sobre todo @emiliorios,con sus temas interesantes y este es uno de ello.

Decir No

cuando estuve leyendo algunos post comencé mi viaje en retrospección y evaluandome nuevamente sobre los NO de la Vida y junto con ellos no se deslía también los SI.

el NO creo que es algo en los seres humanos, que desde niños,veo que es mas fácil en esta etapa de la vida decir ,cuando le pides un pedacito de algo y mueven su cabezas en forma de negación y tendemos a reírnos y decir que el niño es tacaño y cosas así y casi lo obligamos y forzamos a compartir.

Sin embargo durante todo el crecimiento nos vamos enredando en sentimientos y compromisos donde Decir No es suficiente para una simple solución y sin embargo por querer encajar en la situación dada ,nos enredamos,ya sea desde lo sentimental hasta lo laboral .

Todos hemos sido victimas en la juventud de los NO de los padres,sobre las fiestas,las ropa,el novio etc

hablo desde la posición de inclusion porque me he visto en muchas ocasiones en situaciones donde un No me hubiera evitado muchos sin sabores,sobre todo en la juventud.

Nos cuesta decir no porque creemos que siempre debe ir acompañado de una explicación ,porque decirlo es dar riendas sueltas a la persona que lo escucha a imaginar el porque de los porque de ese NO.

Cuando joven me consideraban rebelde porque no lograba conformarme con un No por respuesta, y buscaba la explicación de todo,mis padres como todos los padres sabios al fin,me decían es una frase importante el NO y el SI porque en dependencia de su uso podrás resolver un problema,porque un si abre caminos y un no te evita un mal camino,aprende usarlo porque no llevan explicación.

Decir NO en su justo momento te permite vivir sin compromisos ni ataduras,lo fui aprendiendo con el tiempo y el paso de los años claro esta pero creo que es importante explicarle desde niños que el No forma parte tambien del respeto.

Decir NO en el momento justo y de la manera correcta llegara ser agradecido por la persona que lo escucha que quizas en su momento no lo entiende pero después si.

Creo que las mujeres utilizamos más el SI que el NO porque estamos siempre en función de la familia,los hijos,y hasta del marido que en múltiples ocasiones somos capaces de someternos a sus caprichos por no decirles NO,porque no lo entenderían.

Sin embargo no escuchamos a los niños,y siempre me refiero a ellos porque son el pilar de cualquier sociedad,cuando dicen que NO,tendemos a regañar los,obligarlos y sin embargo en algunas ocasiones están siendo victimas de algún abuso y nos perdemos con su NO valorándolo de capricho..por ejemplo cuando no quieren saludar a alguien ,cuando no quieren quedarse con esa persona.

La tolerancia es importante y hoy día mas,los seres humanos considero que están mas susceptibles,por tanto quizás decirlo en su justa forma pero decirlo,NO,va seguir siendo un estilo de vida para mi.

continuare comprometiéndome con lo que realmente sea capaz de hacer y tolerar y sino el NO estará presente.así de simple porque con los años he aprendido que el NO da gran libertad

Say No

when I was reading some posts I started my journey in retrospection and re-evaluating myself again about the NO's of Life and along with them did not slip also the YES's.

I believe that NO is something in human beings, that since childhood, I see that it is easier at this stage of life to say, when you ask for a little piece of something and they shake their heads in denial and we tend to laugh and say that the child is stingy and things like that and we almost force them to share.

However, as we grow up we become entangled in feelings and commitments where saying no is enough for a simple solution and yet because we want to fit into the given situation, we become entangled, whether it be sentimental or work-related.

We have all been victims in our youth of the NO of our parents,about the parties,the clothes,the boyfriend etc.

I speak from the position of inclusion because I have seen myself many times in situations where a No would have avoided me many tasteless, especially in youth.

We find it difficult to say no because we believe that it should always be accompanied by an explanation, because to say it is to give free rein to the person who hears it to imagine the reasons for that NO.

When I was young I was considered rebellious because I could not be satisfied with a No for an answer, and I was looking for an explanation for everything, my parents, like all wise parents at last, told me that NO and YES are important phrases because depending on their use you can solve a problem, because a yes opens ways and a no avoids a bad way, learn to use them because they do not have an explanation.

Saying NO at the right time allows you to live without commitments or ties, I learned it over time and over the years of course but I think it is important to explain from childhood that No is also part of respect.

Saying NO at the right time and in the right way will get to be appreciated by the person who listens to you that maybe at the time does not understand it but then yes.
I think that women use more the YES than the NO because we are always in function of the family, the children, and even the husband that in multiple occasions we are capable of submitting to their whims for not saying NO, because they would not understand it.

However we do not listen to the children, and I always refer to them because they are the pillar of any society, when they say NO, we tend to scold them, force them and yet sometimes they are being victims of some abuse and we get lost with their NO valuing it as a whim, for example when they do not want to greet someone, when they do not want to stay with that person.

Tolerance is important and nowadays more so, human beings are more susceptible, so maybe to say it in the right way but to say NO will continue to be a way of life for me.

I will continue to commit myself to what I am really able to do and tolerate and if not, NO will be present. It is that simple because over the years I have learned that NO gives great freedom.
