Hellooo, espero te encuentres súper bien y hayas tenido una semana maravillosa!! Quiero compartir por acá estas fotos súper lindas de una presentación que tuve junto a mi amiga, compañera y maestra Natalia, hace casi una semana. Nati es una bailarina profesional de Tango, la admiro muchísimo, es un género que particularmente me encanta e inspira un montón. Estuve en algunas clases el año pasado, de hecho, es la segunda vez que me presento con Tango con la maestra, y uff, me pone nerviosa porque evidentemente es un género que no domino, pero el proceso, y ese momento final lo disfruto demasiado…
En esta oportunidad bailamos específicamente Tango Femme, una fusión de Tango y Heels (con algunos movimientos urbanos también por la canción), para festejar a un cantautor de Tango, el evento se llamó Gardel Fest, y bueno, nosotras presentamos una propuesta diferente, que gracias al cielo fue muy pero muy bien aceptada, la maestra recibió mucho reconocimiento de parte de su comunidad Tanguera y por mi parte muchas felicitaciones y también comentarios positivos por la coreografía.
Cabe destacar también que la coreo la sacamos en tres días, porque hubo un cambio de fecha e hicimos todo en tiempo récord. Pero como todo en la vida pasa por algo, haber tenido una semana más nos dio la oportunidad de ensayar más, hacer ajustes y vernos muchísimo mejor... tenía mucho sin ser alumna, sin aprender movimientos nuevos de baile (por falta de tiempo) y moverme diferente, así que esta experiencia la amé y la agradezco un montón🫂.

I want to share here these beautiful pictures of a presentation I had with my friend, partner and teacher Natalia, almost a week ago. Nati is a professional Tango dancer, I admire her a lot, it's a genre that I particularly love and inspires me a lot. I was in some classes last year, in fact, it's the second time I'm performing Tango with the teacher, and uff, it makes me nervous because it is obviously a genre that I do not master, but the process, and that final moment I enjoy it too much ....
This time we danced specifically Tango Femme, a fusion of Tango and Heels (with some urban movements also for the song), to celebrate a Tango singer-songwriter, the event was called Gardel Fest, and well, we presented a different proposal, which thank heaven was very but very well accepted, the teacher received much recognition from her Tanguera community and from my part many congratulations and also positive comments for the choreography.
It is also worth mentioning that we did the choreo in three days, because there was a change of date and we did everything in record time. But as everything in life happens for a reason, having an extra week gave us the opportunity to rehearse more, make adjustments and look much better... I had a long time without being a student, without learning new dance moves (due to lack of time) and move differently, so I loved this experience and I appreciate it a lot🫂.
