When we talk about "Moody" in relation to photography we refer to a type of editing where the images are a little more intimate if we can use that term or expression with a little dimmer lighting and shadows more marked, we could say that resembles the cinematic tones and if we add some reflections and different perspectives would offer us photographs of this style.
Now that I am very close to the neighborhood of Monserrat, autonomous city of Buenos Aires, I take the opportunity to take different pictures in the area where there are many emblematic buildings including the congress of the nation and others of great value and history for the country.
Cuando hablamos de "Moody" en relación a la fotografía nos referimos a un tipo de edición en dónde las imágenes resultan un poco más íntimas si podemos emplear ese término o expresión con una iluminación un poco más tenue y sombras más marcadas, pudiéramos decir que se asemeja a los tonos cinematográficos y si a eso le añadimos algunos reflejos y diferentes perspectivas nos ofrecería fotografías de este estilo.
Ahora que estoy muy cerca del barrio de Monserrat, ciudad autónoma de Buenos Aires aprovecho la oportunidad de tomar diferentes fotos por la zona en dónde se encuentran numerosos edificios emblemáticos entre ellos el congreso de la nación y otros de gran valor e historia para el país.
Here autumn has finally arrived in its entirety after taking a long time, obviously talking about the weather. The rains have started and I have the option of seeing common and vulgar puddles of water in every corner as I pass by. So, as this type of photography is a vice for me I can't stop doing it, because visually at least for me they look very attractive, interesting and different.
In this series I present some of these photos showing the buildings, streets and people passing through the neighborhood during a rainy day after a light storm at night.
Acá ha llegado al fin el otoño en su totalidad despues de tardarse muchísimo, hablando del clima obviamente. Empezaron las lluvias y tengo la opción de ver en cada esquina a mi paso comunes y vulgares charcos de agua. Así que, cómo este tipo de fotografías es un vicio para mí no puedo dejar de hacerlo, pues visualmente al menos para mí se ven muy atractivas, interesantes y diferentes.
En ésta serie les presento algunas de estas fotos resultando los edificios, calles y personas que transitan por el barrio durante un día de lluvia posterior a una ligera tormenta nocturna.
In relation to this style of photography in conjunction with the "Moody" type of editing I always try to break away from the rules a little bit and do it more in my style that I feel comfortable with. I think I've always been that way with everything I do, I try to do things my way and as a friend says rules were made to be broken. So there's a little bit of that.
En relación a este estilo de fotos en conjunto con el tipo de edición "Moody" siempre intento escaparme un poco de las reglas y hacerlo más a mi estilo con el que me sienta cómodo. Creo que siempre he sido así con todo lo que hago, intento hacer las cosas a mi manera y como dice un amigo las reglas se hicieron para romperlas. Así que un poco de eso hay.
