(D) Diesen Graureiher (Ardea cinerea) habe ich im Delta des Ebro aufgenommen (Deltebre Spanien). Leider hat es nicht ganz gereicht (eigentlich nie), den Vogel mit meinem Zoomobjektiv AF-S Nikkor 55-300mm ganz nah vor die Linse zu bringen. Doch hat das Bild seinen eigenen Charme. Mir scheint es, als möchte sich der Vogel tarnen, und so ganz aufrecht wie die ihn umgebenden Schilfhalme stehen, um mit seiner Umgebung zu verschmelzen. Nur seine Farbe wird ihm zum Verhängnis.
(ENG) I took this grey heron (Ardea cinerea) in the Ebro delta (Deltebre Spain). Unfortunately, it wasn't quite enough (never really) to get the bird very close to the lens with my AF-S Nikkor 55-300mm zoom lens. But the picture has its own charm. It seems to me that the bird wants to camouflage itself and stand as upright as the reeds surrounding it, in order to merge with its surroundings. Only its colour is its undoing
(ESP) Tomé esta garza real (Ardea cinerea) en el delta del Ebro (Deltebre España). Por desgracia, no fue suficiente (nunca realmente) para conseguir el ave muy cerca de la lente con mi AF-S Nikkor 55-300mm objetivo zoom. Pero la foto tiene su encanto. Me parece que el pájaro quiere camuflarse y permanecer tan erguido como los juncos que lo rodean, para fundirse con su entorno. Sólo su color es su perdición
