Mis parpados pesan, la conciencia se me escapa tanto como la cordura, que pena. Giro la cabeza solo para sentir las pesadas restricciones en todas mis extremidades, las drogas me tienen perdido en una bruma de alucinaciones y breves periodos de conciencia. Aquello que me carcome la mente, pesa, duele, marea, aturde, me pierdo, no siento, no sé quién soy, no entiendo dónde estoy. …La pareja de enamorados están más jóvenes ahora, se ve que apenas se están conociendo, caminan entre la gente mirándose el uno al otro, sin importarle sus amigos que caminaban por detrás de estos.
----Entonces, que te gusta?---- la dulce joven se inclina un poco hacia el como si quisiera únicamente su atención.

El joven responde con mucha paciencia a todas sus preguntas, adorando la manera en la que ella se jugueteaba contra él, debía sentirse avergonzado por utilizar a la gente a su alrededor de excusa para permanecer muy cerca de ella pero no era así, se sentía completo, casi como si una efervescencia corriera por su cuerpo cada que ella le habla, lo mira, una explosión de felicidad inundaba su ser al ver su sonrisa, sincera y azarosa. “Dios mío” se dijo el joven “Creo que ella me está gustando… más bien, creo que me estoy enamorando”…
...Salto al escuchar algo en la habitación, la ventana se golpea con violencia contra el muro, se azota sin piedad, recordándome que de dónde vengo es de mi maltrecha mente. Mas frio cala mis huesos, percibo sombras, voces a las afuera de mi cuarto, trato de alzar la voz para comunicarles mis infortunios pero esta no sale, me sacudo en la cama esperando que seda o alguien se apiade de mí, ambas opciones tenían nulas probabilidades de cumplirse. Me frustro y una vez más dejo a mi cansada mente divagar hacia un rincón lejano…
