We have talked a bit since TalentLand about retention, follow up and INboarding - which is the stuff that happens after onboarding. So you got a HIVE account - now what? Destined to get 0.00 payout posts and have everyone forget about you?
The CheckinWith.XYZ app is adding "tasks", things users can do to keep learning about HIVE. And this is amazing - a great step. Now we need a feed, for real people, "manual curators" as they say, to watch and incentivize. As @meno says, its not the first post, the second post is harder - but the THIRD POST, that really gets someone "onboarded".
So we set up a feed, here in Guatemala:
You can see this feed at https://guate.crypto-dreamr.com, and find the posts from all the people we onboarded here at the HIVE Hub Hotel project, envisioned by @buttcoins. He is an impressive entrepreneur, and I am learning a lot - and adding my flavor of synergy to it.

How does it work?
I created a new account called @guate.watch - and I followed all of our onboards with it. Following is an easy action that anyone on the team can do with a posting key, and so it should be easy enough to keep up to date with our productive and growing onboarding efforts - as we get set up, we think it will start to accelerate, @plantastic specifically is already bringing friends by to get their hamburgers plus cash back!
Then, in our lovely configurations page for YFE, you just set a feed for the follower account like so:
There is still some work to make the feed a bit prettier, I want to work with @buttcoins to add to the header, maybe even add somethings into the sidebars. This is quite easy (and instant!), since our configuration settings are stored in our api, and the site checks the api for the feed settings each time the page is loaded.
We do have the option to vote as well, with HIVE Keychain, just click the heart and enter your username you would like to vote from:
There are probably more things to add, if you want to create your own custom feed - we will host it for you for just 2.9 HIVE/month - on our subdomain or your custom domain. Just visit The Crazy GM's YFE tool and make sure to log in! Its also completely open source site builder, so if you want to host it yourself, find the code in our Github Repository.
