Sharing with colleagues who have the same vision as you is a privilege; you feel comfortable interacting, listening more than anything else, grasping every idea, concept, progress, and strategy, and nourishing yourself from all the shared knowledge. You make the most of your time, you count every second as if it were gold. I know this because, at the recently concluded European Blockchain Convention, I felt that way.
Due to extraneous issues, the convention that was to be held in Dubai was moved to Barcelona, which for me was a good omen. Not only because Barcelona is a leader in the creation of blockchain technology startups, but also because it was a business opportunity for me, as an investor.
2023 Edition: new experiences
We shared for three days (February 15-17) at the Hyatt Regency Barcelona Hotel. The experience and creativity were palpable, but it was not only due to the startups, developers, and investors but to the speakers. It was practically impossible to participate in all the discussions, workshops, and conferences, despite the well-timed program.
One of the best spaces was the networking area, where you could interact with great personalities of the blockchain universe, and participate in talks about DeFi, NFT, web 3.0 and metaverse, and tokenization...crazy!
72 hours to grab as much knowledge as possible, unbelievable? Even in the rooms, we were sharing about our projects and companies. The convention was an excellent opportunity to expand the mind and realize that blockchain technology is the future of humanity.
