Saludos amigos de #hive y #splinterlands, el día de hoy me vuelvo a sumar a el concurso semanal , donde ilustramos o creamos personajes de este grandioso juego de cartas, el cual posee una alta variedad de estilos en cuanto a diseños de sus personajes, esta semana decidí dibujar a un splinterlands de tipo guerrero, ya que a lo largo del tiempo que llevo participando en este concurso, nunca había hecho uno de este tipo, así que decidí que este sería el de esta semana. Lo más llamativo de este tipo de cartas son sus armaduras, las cuales están con diseños similares, pero a la vez distintos entre si, con un juego de colores entre plateado, amarillo, azul o rojo, según el caso.
Greetings friends of #hive and #splinterlands, today I join again to the weekly contest, where we illustrate or create characters of this great card game, which has a high variety of styles in terms of designs of their characters, this week I decided to draw a splinterlands of warrior type, since throughout the time that I have been participating in this contest, I had never done one of this type, so I decided that this would be the one of this week. The most striking of this type of cards are their armors, which are with similar designs, but at the same time different from each other, with a game of colors between silver, yellow, blue or red, depending on the case.
🗡SILVERSHIELD PALADÍN🗡
Escogí esta semana a Silvershield Paladín por diplomática armadura, y por sus grandes armas, sin duda un escudo y una espada que se llevan el protagonismo, además la forma de su casco también es muy llamativa, con esas salidas de alas metálicas, me hacen pensar fácilmente en las Valkirias o su similitud al casco de Thor. Posee una armadura pesada en la parte superior, dejando la parte inferior sólo con la armadura en las piernas, dejando la parte de los muslos descubierta, lo que seguro le brinda mejor movilidad (si algún día se les llega a ver en batallas animadas).
I chose this week Silvershield Paladin for his imposing armor, and for his great weapons, without doubt a shield and a sword that take the limelight, plus the shape of his helmet is also very striking, with those metallic wings outlets, make me easily think of the Valkyries or its similarity to Thor's helmet. He has a heavy armor on the upper part, leaving the lower part only with the armor on the legs, leaving the part of the thighs uncovered, which surely gives him better mobility (if someday they get to see them in animated battles).
Además su inmensa capa roja le da ese toque de presencia y poder, sin duda un guerrero fácil de notar, con un diseño grandioso de pies a cabeza. Esta carta posee una alta cantidad de vida y una buena defensa, lo que la hace una carta bastante resistente, aún más si se acompaña con cartas curadoras o que reponen la defensa, haciéndola aún más difícil de vencer, considerándose una de las mejores cartas tanque en el juego.
In addition, his huge red cape gives him that touch of presence and power, undoubtedly a warrior easy to notice, with a great design from head to toe. This card has a high amount of life and a good defense, which makes it a very resistant card, even more if it is accompanied with healing cards or cards that replenish the defense, making it even more difficult to beat, being considered one of the best tank cards in the game.

Realicé la base del dibujo con el lápiz digital y un tono azul, realizando la pose, junto con la silueta del escudo y la espada.
I made the base of the drawing with the digital pencil and a blue tone, making the pose, along with the silhouette of the shield and sword.
Empecé a realizar la armadura en una nueva capa, usando un tono morado está vez, definiendo el escudo, espada, capa, y el diseño de su armadura.
I started to make the armor in a new layer, using a purple tone this time, defining the shield, sword, cape, and the design of his armor.
Con la pluma de tinta realicé el trabajo de linea, utilizando un tono negro, una vez terminado el trabajo de líneas elimine las dos primeras capas.
With the ink pen I made the line work, using a black tone, once the line work was finished I removed the first two layers.
Realicé la base de color usando el rellenador, aplicando sus respectivos tonos a cada área del dibujo, como gris y amarillo en la armadura y armas, rojo en la capa y carne en el rostro, además de un azul oscuro en la parte de vestimenta.
I made the color base using the filler, applying their respective tones to each area of the drawing, such as gray and yellow on the armor and weapons, red on the cape and flesh on the face, plus a dark blue on the clothing part.
Aplique la base de sombra usando el aerógrafo triangular y un tono morado oscuro, esto hace que el dibujo se empiece a dejar de ver plano.
Apply the shadow base using the triangular airbrush and a dark purple tone, this makes the drawing start to stop looking flat.
Detallé todas las zonas metálicas como el escudo, la espada y toda la armadura, aplicando sombra y luz con diversos tonos.
I detailed all the metallic areas such as the shield, the sword and all the armor, applying shadow and light with different tones.
Detallé el resto de la vestimenta como las partes negras y la capa, luego detalle el rostro.
I detailed the rest of the clothing like the black parts and the cape, then I detailed the face.
Realicé un fondo negro con luz azul y celeste, lo que le da aspecto más guerrero, resaltando parte de su silueta.
I made a black background with blue and light blue light, which gives him a more warlike aspect, highlighting part of his silhouette.
Para finalizar le realice unas líneas grises y amarillas, dándole forma de marco de carta, ya la vez resaltando más la imagen.
To finish I made some gray and yellow lines, giving it the shape of a letter frame, and at the same time highlighting more of the image.
Este dibujo me tomó un total de 13 capas, contando la capa donde está la firma.

Me encantó el diseño de este personaje, cada vez más motivado a seguir participando e ilustrando estas increíbles cartas con sus llamativos personajes, aunque tal vez también vuelva a optar por diseñados o crear fusiones entre ellos, ya que hay muchas cartas que si se fusionan seguro darían resultados increíbles, todo sería cuestión de imaginación. Espero les haya gustado este dibujo de Silverhield Paladín, en el cual adore realizar los toques metálicos en su armadura, siendo esto lo que más me encantó al realizar esta carta.
I loved the design of this character, more and more motivated to continue participating and illustrating these incredible cards with their striking characters, although perhaps I will also opt again to design or create fusions between them, since there are many cards that if they merge surely would give incredible results, it would all be a matter of imagination.
