In this video, I discuss how my engagement with the recently launched Survival Mode format in Splinterlands has changed since the update to only allow cooldown to affect Survival Mode. Because of this change, I'm not playing in the format every day and even considering buying or renting more cards to have more 'energy' for the format. In my first season playing regularly, I barely made it to Silver 3 and while the rewards are minimal, it's about the fun for me. Having more options when it comes to cards to keep in on playing will only add to the fun and I'm excited to see how this expands over time.
