We have another important update for you regarding the Archmage Automated Scholar service for Splinterlands.
The service has been adjusted to match the new energy system implemented by Splinterlands.
We have also restored service and are back online.

Under the new system, all battles earn 100%, but there is a maximum pool of 50 energy at a time. The new system recharges at 1 energy per hour for a total of 24 energy per day. Players also have the option to burn DEC or DEC-B to recharge their energy once per day, at a cost dependent on their league. We encourage you to review this information to understand how the new energy system works and to plan your gameplay accordingly.
We have updated our config to match this new system with our "Energy Target" setting. Archmage will only play battles for you when your Energy pool is higher than your set target. For example, if your target is set to 25, Archmage will only play when you have 26 or more energy in your Energy pool.
If you had an existing config with an ECR target set, the energy target will be automatically set as half of the ECR target rounded down. The same will happen if you use Splex to update your settings for now, until Splex updates their UI.
Here are some examples:
- If your previous ECR target was set to 99%, your Energy target is now set to 49, and your account will only play when it has 50 energy.
- If your previous ECR target was set to 55%, your Energy target is now set to 27, and your account will only play when it has 28 or more energy.
- If your previous ECR target was set to 50%, your Energy target is now set to 25, and your account will only play when it has 26 or more energy.
