INTRODUCTION:
Hello again this is arjayf and i want to share my splinterlands journey and how i love this game and why until now i still played this game and how i start.
"How I Discover the Splinterlands"
- i discover this game through social medya , will we all aware that axie is the big hit on blockchain/nft in terms of nft games last 2021 , so when i see axie a card game and strategy game, i find it interesting and i want to play since my hobby in playing games is card game and also tower defense games , i have a lot of tower games in my cellphone back those days and i have only 1 card game that i have in my cellphone it's called YU-GI-OH, since axie is also a card game i find it interesting coz aside from playing you will also earning, so i do some IP research on axie from other social media called youtube and aside from that i find axie very expensive coz that time last 2021 axie team can cost atleast 1000$ up but as per check there's another way not to spend that much amount and you still can play by finding a what they called scholar, so that time i always search in facebook a page that offer a scholar from axie and one time i saw a page called SPLINTERLANDS on facebook and i try to read it and find it more interested coz it's also a card game and the ammount to start is very low than axie, since 10$ is you need to start an account but before i enter the wonderfull world of SPLINTERLANDS i try to research more on the game and download the game from app store and try the trial play, i play and learn but i dont earn any DEC since its just a free account so all i need to do is to purchase the spellbook that cost 10$ to activate my account and earn DEC every time i win the rank battle, so last September 2021 i decide to invest and play the game, well at first i dont know what cards will be used in real battle and also what cards should i rent, what advantage i have on that time is even I'm still at novice rank i still earning dec and even indomt have my owned cards to play coz in that time there's no call ghost cards but it call starter cards, so if i win i can have a small ammount of dec as a reward and also a small count of daily chest and season chest, unlike today that you need to start at bronze 3 before you can earn your sps reward per win and also a daily and season chest , so after i decide to invest 1 day of playing i still dont get the winning strat in the battle so i find a group and hoping they can teach me how properly play this SPLINTERLANDS, and good to see that the splinterlands community i joined player's help newbie and guide them, teach them the proper strat , advice them in everything like cards need to rent ,what position you should put , counter per element used, suggesting to watch stream for more idea and also some old player's is very generous and have a good heart coz some old player's give some of there owned card's, the SPLINTERLANDS player's is helping each other to build a good harmony in each other, and after a month of guide and observation i finally get the formula on how to beat other player's and out smart them by picking some summoner to battle, and because of SPLINTERLANDS i never play the first nft i know called axie since when i invest and played splinterlands i start loving the game and enjoy every progcess i made in the game, so up until now i only have 1 nft game i played and that is SPLINTERLANDS.
"The Duration of Participation"
- I played SPLINTERLANDS for 2 years and 4 months now , i have a lot of progress in game but because of the new rules new update that spl going through out the years i also change my strat and end up now to fucos on just 2 account to play 1 for silver and 1 for bronze, when i first came to the game i wish i can played in champ and also i can build a champ deck ,but due to lack of money since 10$ is so very expensive for me even in 2 years and 4months i still manage to build a silver deck only and 1 gf bronze chaos deck.
"The Time I Spent in Splinterlands"
-my early year i came to spl is i spent a lot of time playing, i think it eats my 1 whole day for my 5 account to played, since i have a low specs phone that time when i start playing spl and i dont know how to use peakd to rent faster , that time i rent on spl market one by one cards and it takes me a 2 to 3 hrs to rent my needed cards since i start to played also in gold league , i need a lot of cards to rent in mp, and a half of year past i bought a new cellphone thats the time i learned also how to use peakd rent in cellphone since my new cellphone is not lag anymore and smooth process than the old one, and I'm proud that half of cost of that new cell phone i bought is i get in my Splimterlands profit, coz some of my asset i sell and save coz i dream to have a new phone and a laptop soon.
"My Accomplishments"
-to tell you the truth my accomplishments ingame is just my account asset right now , even I'm an old player and even i played 2 years and 4months now i never experienced to be at the top Leader board or one of the top player's in leader board , i dont own any tittle also since i dont have money to buy a bunch of packs to get a tittle and also in my 2 years amd 4months i never experienced played in champion League even in my first played Splinterlsnd i wish to played in champion but i never reach it and my highest league i reach and played is Gold league only, but in real life i have a lot of achievement because of splinterlands, 1st i buy a new cellphone because of this game and every december i have a money to buy gifts and give to my nephew and family because of the profit i get from the game, and lastt year i buy a second hand laptop because also of splinterlands prpfit i make and sometimes if i have an emergency that involves money i try to sell some of my asset in splinterlands, thats how splinterlands help me a lot while I'm enjoying playing with it, and that's what i can called my achievement in playing this game. and also i know slowly building my silver deck again i dont have a lot of money to buy thing rush and build already a max silver deck but i slowly buy from my season profit the cards i needed, i dont throw my wish to have a champion deck but for now i will do want i can do and i will just stay what league i can reach but slowly i will level up my deck to gold until i reach my goal to have a champion deck soon and played and experience champion league game.
My Advice for Beginners:
-to be honest to the newbie out there, this game is not as simple at it is, you need some time effort and dedication also passion to learn the mechanics and the basics set up and strategies in the game, but if you learn the game you can see that this game is very simple and very challenging and most important is very enjoyable, rhis game is like a work if you are new in your work you dont know what to do need to observe and put some effort and time to learn your working environment and if you already know how work flow's it now easy to work and chill and enjoy.
