In this content i want to share about New mode in Splinterlands game that is Frontier Mode.
This mode just release couple days ago. At first i dont want to try this mode since i dont have so much tme and still do Modern Ranked mode. However, recently team supply God Mode Liquidity Bot that having more than 50% WR that sometimes they are very hard to beat and i really not enjoyed at all with this liquidity bot. Especially after Conflict release, there are no cheap liquidity in rental market. And right now i dont know it can break even or not maybe i just charity to renter player this season while hoping team listen to people who still renting while building their own deck. So, whenever many liquidity wandering in Modern, i stopping wasting my time and energy to get nothing but anger inside because lost to bot. So, i try playing Frontier mode.
It looks attractive at first glance and at first day i even dont try it at all. But,when reading conversation in Tavern Splinterlands Discord Channel. I kinda curious and want to try little bit. At first what i need to do is just win this mode 15 times to get all the rewards and then done. And lets see what i get and might be i will back tomorrow and play again.
When i reached bronze 2, i got Gold Foil Sherringham Logger. That is Rare rarity from Life element. Thats pretty dope. I think i kinda think that i might be having great luck in this new mode. Since i never got luck in another mode.
And yesterday reward after i forget either the second batch or third batch, i got this Neutral Legendary Unit. Thats cool right?
I think i am starting to get addicted with this mode since i dont need to calculate the rent cost and the earning. And also it really few people that the cards above me. Especially when the archon still level 1. So, even thought the units level are more than 1, the archons still capped at level 1. So, i think this is battle with just either RNG and skill to understanding the ruleset and calculating the manacap.
I think i need to play this frontier mode everyday and get 15 wins everyday in order to finding those card above. Yes!!!! they are Archons. Why? Because with those archon level up the level cap for the unit will rising too. And with the level rising we can dominate the opponent. So, it will not be battle of luck and skill. It make easier little bit. But, i dont think finding those archon are easy. But, its worth it.
If you guys dont have any foundation card, i think you need to play the campaign first to get all the first batch of Foundation card. So, like in the thumbnail this mode is totally free.
If you still dont understand where to look the foundation card, you can check in the left side and after that you can see in the filters in Modern side then click on Foundation. Usually this set did not show up especially when usually played at Wild format or Modern format.
Wow, i am kinda shock now. There are player that already touching more than 1500 rating in this mode. Especially i can see Kesryn in this mode too. How can he play Modern and Frontier mode and dominate all the Leaderboard. Really?
And look the Win Rate man. Are they really human?
51 win from 65 battles. With same cards. Wow, i think who behind those account that played it just wasting their talent playing games. They should work in NASA i guess since they are really smart and great.
After looking up this Frontier mode. I just hoping that team did not do any blunder movement again. Please, remove all bot in this mode. I mean all including Liquidity Bots, and player that bough from bot farm and play it. Banned all those player. Why?
First of all this mode can be great mode for monitoring how much player that play this game daily. The pure human player can be calculated based on how much sign in and play this mode. And also since this is new and the assets can be sold. There is really important to forbid bot playing this mode or it will like Wild and Modern format again and the cycle still continue and the problem will repeat again and again. The problem about bot still exist and team just like goverment that creating illution solution like printing money. Same with team printing new mode that in the end dominated again by bot.
