End of an era
I have known @xawi for a long time. I have shown her respect as I do to my teachers, and adore her just like my two daughters. She literally taught me how to play Splinterlands. Yes, this is true.
Xawi, The Princess of Splinterlands (as I like to call her) is one of the most exciting players of Splinterlands. I did a post on Xawi a while back. To me Xawi is a posterchild of what can be done as a success story for Splinterlands and Hive. People like Xawi gives me hope, that anything is possible!
As many of you know, Xawi plays TS-Warrior account for me for a while (I had to look it up, from May 08, 2021) and I have known her even longer (nearly 4 years). As her life moves on, she is getting more busy and it is hard for her to play 3 accounts, while working on her own business! So earlier today, we were discussing this and she decided to request that she just simply doesn't have enough time, and I agreed. Xawi will no longer play TS-Warrior. It is her decision and I am fully supportive of her. I want her to be successful in her own business. Hopefully, my daughters will someday buy products from Xawi's line of exclusive designer clothes. Oh, you didn't know, Xawi is a fashion designer and always wanted to open her own business and start a new line of clothing products! I wish her great success with this new venture. She will continue to play splinterlands for her personal account and other delegated account she pleases, until she will no longer have to play anymore and will direct others to play the game for her! I am certain Xawi can use a bit of time-off! Good luck, Xawi, and I am always open for any ideas or discussion that you want to run by me.
The reason I am writing a post about it is because, TS-Warrior is a distinguished account and I want people to know what is happening to it. As of now, I have un-delegated my cards from TS-warrior. The account is managed by @zaku, who manages all the TS- accounts as a part of Teamshare service, which is a scholar-for-hire service. Zaku will decide what will happen to the account in particular. I am no longer associated with the account after the staked SPS there is powered down, which will take 4 weeks.
Beginning of a new Era!
Folks probably know that Jayemm, the Magician of Manila, plays one of my delegated decks (th13-fu), so the question is who will play this newly available delegated deck that Xawi used to play. I had multiple options and many people reached out to me. However, after a long and hard thought and multi week long discussion and consideration (and even testing), I have decided @schnapoon will play this Max delegated deck. The wonderboy of Kochi, Japan (who is hardly a boy, but looks like one!) will be my new scholar. I have met him at the Splinterfest, and have seen him play. He was the runner-up of both live in-person tournaments. I like his humility, his determination, and above all his wonderful story! So from now on, he will be representing my delegated deck in addition to Jaye.
We have created a new account @azipoon! Yes! What a ridiculous choice of name! Not my idea guys, it is Schnapoon's idea. So curse The wonderboy of Kochi all you want, it is none of my business. The account sits at zero right now, but soon it will be in champions, and we will humbly fight for the leaderboard position. Watch him slice through the lower league next season as a hot knife through butter (I am thinking a win streak of 60 could be possible! eh?). Schnapoon is a veteran player of the Silver League, but he is quite new to champions, and I am sure it will take him some time to get adjusted. He will continue to play his personal account in addition to my delegated account. We will also invite him to join SOG family of guilds with azipoon (@xSuiLx will handle that)
Ladies and Gentlemen; Summoners, Monsters and Battle Mages of Splinterlands; please welcome @schnapoon, The wonderboy of Kochi, to our land!!
