We were not able to hold $0.03 dollar in SPS for a long time. After Bitcoin took a 6-7% dump today, SPS followed. Yesterday I was able to listen to the new town hall and I giving the Splinterlands team a chance to prove that they can bring in new players with their new player experience.
The new update scheduled for April 2 gives me some hope. The current chest system just doesn't feel rewarding enough anymore. It feels like everything of value is taken out of them (Packs, sellable cards). I hope that we are able to bring some value back to the players. I have never taken anything out of the game and just kept adding up to my SPS stack.
The new rewards shop should give us the option to add those back and I hope they will find some rewards to give value back to their core players.
