The sudden loss of $1.3K in the value of your Splinterlands tokens within a week could be attributed to several factors, many of which are common in the cryptocurrency market

All time low trust in the team: Not seeing any gains in this first part of the bull market seems to have triggered people to take their bags and leave the game. I saw some big sells after the team is yet to bring on any new players unfortunately. The question still remains if we will be able to do this.
My card values had a big drop as well. Volatility is a big factor but I have yet to seen it this big. Hopefully the team has some things up the sleeve to better stakeholder trust.
