Um back people with another blog post in HIVE.
This time I'm going to showcase one of my battle using Desert dragon.
Desert dragon is a legendary dragon monster of chaos legion edition.
This monster has magic attack for which this monster can attack from any position and it has a special ability in the 1st level that's called trample and for that, when this monster hits and kills its target, it will perform another attack on the next monster on the enemy team.
My lineup for this battle:

At first, Death elemental of enemy monster team attacked Molten ash golem of friendly monster team and the friendly monster lost one armor.
Then Cursed windeku of enemy monster team attacked Desert dragon of friendly monster team and the friendly monster lost two armor. Then Undead badger of enemy monster team attacked Furious chicken of friendly monster team and the friendly monster died on the spot and Riftwing of enemy monster team got +1 health for its scavenger ability. Then Silent sha-vi of enemy monster team attacked Molten ash golem of friendly monster team and the friendly monster lost two health. Then Life sapper of enemy monster team attacked Desert dragon of friendly monster team and the friendly monster lost one health and the enemy monster got +1 health for its life leech ability. Then Desert dragon of friendly monster team attacked Cursed windeku of enemy monster team and the enemy monster lost five health and the enemy monster then attacked the friendly monster with thorns ability and the friendly monster lost one armor. Then Tenyii striker of friendly monster team attacked Death elemental of enemy monster team and the enemy monster died on the spot and Riftwing of enemy monster team got +1 health for its scavenger ability. Then Molten ash golem of friendly monster team attacked Cursed windeku of enemy monster team and the enemy monster lost one health.
Radiated brute of friendly monster team attacked Cursed windeku of enemy monster team and the enemy monster attacked the friendly monster with thorns ability and the friendly monster lost two health and the enemy monster died on the spot and Riftwing of enemy monster team got +1 health for its scavenger ability.
Then Silent sha-vi of enemy monster team attacked Molten ash golem of friendly monster team and the friendly monster lost two health. Then Undead badger of enemy monster team attacked Molten ash golem of friendly monster team and the friendly monster lost one health. Then Life sapper of enemy monster team attacked Desert dragon of friendly monster team and the friendly monster lost one health and the enemy monster got +1 health for its life leech ability. Then Desert dragon of friendly monster team attacked Riftwing of enemy monster team and the enemy monster lost five health. Then Tenyii striker of friendly monster team attacked Undead badger of enemy monster team and the enemy monster died on the spot and Riftwing of enemy monster team got +1 health for its scavenger ability. Then Molten ash golem of friendly monster team attacked Riftwing of enemy monster team and missed it. Then Radiated brute of friendly monster team attacked Riftwing of enemy monster team and the enemy monster lost three health. Then Silent sha-vi of enemy monster team attacked Molten ash golem of friendly monster team and the friendly monster died on the spot and Riftwing of enemy monster team got +1 health for its scavenger ability. Then Life sapper of enemy monster team attacked Desert dragon of friendly monster team and the friendly monster lost one health and the enemy monster got +1 health for its life leech ability. Then Desert dragon of friendly monster team attacked Riftwing of enemy monster team and missed it. Then Tenyii striker of friendly monster team attacked Life sapper of enemy monster team and the enemy monster lost three health.

Then Silent sha-vi of enemy monster team attacked Desert dragon of friendly monster team and the friendly monster died on the spot. Then Life sapper of enemy monster team attacked Radiated Brute of friendly monster team and the friendly monster lost one health and the enemy monster got +1 health for its life leech ability. Then Tenyii striker of friendly monster team attacked Life sapper of enemy monster team and the enemy monster died on the spot. Then Radiated brute of friendly monster team attacked Silent sha-vi of enemy monster team and the enemy monster lost three health. Then Silent sha-vi of enemy monster team attacked Radiated brute of friendly monster team and the friendly monster died on the spot. Then Tenyii striker of friendly monster team attacked Silent sha-vi of enemy monster team and the enemy monster died on the spot.
The battle ended in round 5 and Tenyii striker of the friendly monster team killed the last monster of the enemy monster team and there came victory.
Desert dragon:
Desert dragon is a legendary dragon monster with melee attack.
I used Desert dragon at the front position as it's a melee monster that can attack only from the first position unless the unless the battle has some special rules or the monster has special ability and it has 4 melee attack, 2 speed, 3 armor, 6 Health in level 1.
It's a 7 mana monster.
Radiated brute:
Radiated brute is a common fire monster with melee attack.
I used Radiated brute at the second position as it's a melee attacker with reach ability and it has nice powers such as 2 melee attack, 1 speed, 5 Health in level 1.
It's an 5 mana monster.
Tenyii striker:
Tenyii striker is a rare fire monster.
I used Tenyii striker at that position as it's a melee attacker and we know that can attack only from the front position unless the battle has some special rule set but still I used this monster at that position because it has an ability called sneak which allows it to attack from any position and it has nice powers such as 2 melee attack, 2 speed, 6 health in level 1.
It's a 5 mana monster.
Molten ash golem:
Molten ash golem is a rare fire monster with ranged attack.
I used Molten ash golem at that position as it's a ranged monster that can't attack from the first position unless the unless the battle has some special rules or the monster has special ability so I kept it far from first position and it has nice powers such as 1 ranged attack, 1 speed, 9 Health in level 1.
It's a 6 mana monster.
Furious Chicken:
Furious Chicken is a rare neutral monster that I have in level 1.
I used Furious Chicken in that position as a bait so that it can get hits from enemies when other cards can do their things.
Besides I couldn't do anything better but using a monster with 0 mana as the mana cap of the battle was so low.
It has 1 speed, 1 Health in level 1.
It's a 0 mana monster.
About the social media challenge splinterlands:
You can find the official challenge called Splinterlands Social Media Challenge in the blog of @splinterlands and this post renews every week.

Buying procedure of Desert dragon(s):
- First, you need to go to the market and then you'll need to find the card or you can go directly from this link.
- Then you'll need to find the best suitable cards for you.
You can buy high-level cards or you can buy level 1 single cards and then you can combine them and you can upgrade the level.
Battling procedure with Desert dragon:
As you'll need to battle with Desert dragon so you'll have to play the battle using dragon splinter as Desert dragon is a monster from the dragon splinter.
From the battle page, you need to click on the ranked battle button and you should wait for a little time.
This takes a little time to find a worthy opponent.
It might take a little longer sometimes and sometimes as it seems.
Then you'll see that you have an enemy waiting for you on the other side.
You can see everything about the battle here such as-
Rules of the battle, mana cap of the battle, splinters that can be used in the battle, the countdown time and you can check on your opponent too from here.
Click on the Make Team button.
Then you'll find a page with all your splinters that can be used in the battle.
As I could play this battle with dragon splinter to showcase the battle of Desert dragon as that's a monster from the dragon splinter, I chose dragon splinters summoner.
Then I chose the cards that I wanted in this battle.
There I chose Desert dragon, Radiated brute, Tenyii striker, Molten ash golem, Furious chicken.
