I am taking my Splinterlands content to the max this week by upping the engagement within the @boycharliefamily Splinterlands Guild! By opening the membership of the guild I have recruited some avid players of #splinteralnds over the last few days.
Today my reporting on the @boycharliefamily Splinterlands guild will detail the goals of writing on Splintertalk, membership goals/quests/shoutouts, and @boycharlieplays Hive Content Creation Goals.
What does it take to be a guild member? What are the benefits?
The membership of the @boycharliefamily Splinterlands Guild has 15 Members. We hope to level up the "lodge" building, which will increase our membership capabilities within the next few weeks. Members will receive an alert in the community news section of the Guild when they receive rewards.
@boycharliefamily members are different Hive users who received inviting calls to join our brethren of battles and magic. If they are not on the list for the following week, there are no hard feelings. Members are encouraged to engage in the chat, complete daily missions to raise the level of our lodge, and donate DEC to raise the level of our "hall".

Roles
Leader
Leaders in the guild create programming and establish items for updates, rewards, and new membership enrollment ideas.
Now, @boycharlieplays is the only leader.
Officer
Officers in the guild have donated over 500 DEC to the group. They hold a great repoir in the guild and regularly chat on discord and Splinterlands guild.
Officers will receive a demotion to Sr. Member should they not donate for the month.

Officers in the guild have donated over 50 DEC to the group. They hold a great repoir in the guild and regularly chat on discord and Splinterlands guild.
Sr.Members will receive a demotion to Member should they not donate for the month.

Member
Members are new members in the guild that have yet to donate to the group.
They hold a temporary membership in the guild and access to its resources based on the initial invitation to the guild. Should they develop repoir in the guild and regularly chat on discord and Splinterlands guild while making donations up to 50 DEC they will receive a promotion to Sr. Member.
Members will receive a removal from the guild if they fail to donate within 2-4 weeks.

Frankly, I had no idea. I mean I will be honest as Guild Master(patent pending) I haven't done much for my duties to report on the battling. So I decided to take a look at his profile and see how our friend got down. Here are a few of @boichun's most recent battles!

- assist with the growth of @boycharlieplays and his brand and
- develop great rewards and performance-optimizing opportunities for the guild members.

I am willing to donate gifts to those completing goals and contributing DEC. In addition, by planning the transfer over of SPS and other Hive-Engine token earnings from time to time I have from my holdings and gameplay, I will build trust and repoir within our communities.

My favorite** Water Splinter** in my collection is the "Captain's Ghost"!
Captain's Ghost is Magic Monster Card with 2 Magic, 1 Speed, and 7 Hearts at level 1 with an ability called Affliction. Affliction makes the enemies unable to heal.
