Since the previously accepted proposal with the current ranking system cannot be directly implemented due to accounts no longer being confined to leagues, I suggest small changes.
The CP requirements will now only be used to limit the rating used for SPS battle reward calculations.
Here’s an example: Suppose someone only own CP for Silver.
Silver 3 starts at a rating of 1000, and Silver 1 ends at 1899 rating. Within this range or below, SPS battle rewards are calculated as usual. However, if the player advances to Gold or higher, their rating in the game increases, but their SPS battle rewards are still calculated as if they were at the 1899 rating because they only have CP for Silver.
Additionally, since starter cards are being removed, I propose completely eliminating the CP requirement for Bronze.
