What's up Splinterfam! We're getting close to the end of the season in the first half of July, and I've redistributed my efforts to move between the two formats: Modern and Wild. I decided to pay for the season pass because I was losing skills playing in Brawls, particularly the Fray where all the cards in the game are used. So far I've reached Diamond II. I'll tell you later how my last Brawl went. For now, I want to share with you the cards I got in the reward chests:

Ya nos estamos acercando al final de temporada en esta primera quincena de Julio y he redistribuido mis esfuerzos para moverme en los 2 formatos: Modern y Wild, decidí pagar el pase de temporada porque estaba perdiendo habilidades jugando en las Brawls, particularmente la Fray donde se usan todas las cartas del juego. Hasta ahora he llegado a Diamante II, más adelante te comentaré como me ha ido en mi última Brawl, por lo pronto quiero compartirte las cartas que obtuve en los cofres de recompensa:
I've shared many other chest openings with you before, but these rewards allowed me to level up several cards I had pending to level up. Two of them are Continuum Seer (level 7), which I'm eager to try out with the Skargore archon because it's epic and allows me to use rare level 7 cards on the Gold League Fray. The second is Drybone Megalodon (level 6). I haven't finished this card yet and want to get it to level 7 as well. Finally, Dark Arborist, another rare level 7 card that we'll be able to take advantage of thanks to the epic dragon archon: Sthispa.
Ya he compartido con ustedes muchas otras aperturas de cofres anteriormente pero precisamente estas recompensas me permitieron subir de nivel varias cartas que tenía pendientes subir, 2 de ellas son Continuum Seer lvl 7 que ya quiero probarla con el arconte Skargore pues es épico y me permite usar cartas raras lvl 7 en la Fray de liga dorada, mientras que la segunda es Drybone Megalodon lvl 6, aún no he terminado con esta carta, deseo llevarla a lvl 7 también y por último Dark Arborist otra carta rara lvl 7 que si podremos aprovechar gracias a que tenemos el arconte épico dragón: Sthispa.
As you can see, this was a significant step forward for my reward card deck. I have a significant supply of Glints, but I'm going to invest them in legendary reward cards. These are the cards I'm missing and they're certainly useful. My idea is to try my luck with these cards and depending on which legendary ones I get, I'll review them in future posts. In fact, right when this season ends, I'll buy those legendary rewards.
Como pueden ver este fue un progreso importante en mi mazo de cartas rewards, tengo una reserva importante de Glints pero voy a invertirlos en cartas rewards legendarias. Estas son las cartas que me faltan y son ciertamente útiles, mi idea es probar suerte con estas cartas y dependiendo de cuales legendarias obtenga las iré reseñando en futuros post, de hecho justo cuando termine esta temporada compraré esas legendarias rewards.
In short, the investment in buying the season pass was worth it, not only because of these reward chests in Wild Diamond, but because I've managed to regain mastery with all the cards I have from Splinterlands. And while the rewards are certainly low and it requires a significant investment in renting Splinterlands cards, I enjoy playing with my old cards more, and most importantly, I've improved in my Brawls battles, which is what I'm going to tell you about next.
En resumen, la inversión para comprar el pase de temporada si valió la pena, no sólo por estos cofres de recompensa en Wild Diamante, sino porque he logrado nuevamente retomar la maestría con todas las cartas que tengo de Splinterlands. Y aunque ciertamente las recompensas son realmente bajas y se requiere de una fuerte inversión alquilando Sps, disfruto más jugar con mis antiguas cartas y lo más importante es que he mejorado en mis batallas Brawls, que es lo que voy a contarte a continuación.
Balance Brawls
Well, in my previous Brawls, I had performed poorly. I soon realized that it was necessary to go back to playing in Wild, returning to my old cards and the lineups I had grown accustomed to, but which I had already forgotten due to playing dedicatedly in Modern with the new Conclave cards. That's why I invested in the season pass and dedicated hours of play again to see the results in the brawls and boy was it worth it, although it's true that there is a lot of luck between the rules, classes and contenders that are assigned to you, in general I did significantly better, I won 5 out of 6 battles.
Pues bien, en mis brawls anteriores había tenido un desempeño que dejaba mucho que desear, pronto me di cuenta que era necesario volver a jugar en wild, retomar mis antiguas cartas y las alineaciones a las que ya me había acostumbrado pero que por jugar dedicadamente en modern con las nuevas cartas Conclave ya estaba olvidando. Fue por eso que invertí en el pase de temporada y volví a dedicarle horas de juego para ver los resultados en las brawls y vaya que valió la pena, aunque es cierto que hay mucho de suerte entre las reglas, clases y contendientes que te asignan, en general me fue significativamente mejor, gané 5 de 6 batallas.

Vs Mylor Crowling

I want to start with the one I struggled the most, and that was this battle against Mylor Crowling. When it comes to battles with such low mana, there are two ways to approach it: using units with opportunity/sneak or directly using magic units with weapons training. My choice was a melee attack using a tank with magic resistance. Things got complicated because our opponent used Mylor, but he didn't count on the great potential of Isgald Vorst, who, upon activating Bloodlust, went into a frenzy, and it didn't matter if he took damage from Thorns. Just one hit was enough to dispatch every member of the enemy team.
Quiero empezar por la que más trabajo me costó y fue esta batalla contra Mylor Crowling, cuando se trata de batallas de tan poco mana hay 2 formas de enfrentarla, usando unidades con opportunity/sneak o directamente usar unidades mágicas con weapons training. Mi elección fue el ataque melé usando un tanque con resistencia a la magia. Las cosas se complicaron pues nuestro oponente usó Mylor pero no contaba con el gran potencial de Isgald Vorst que al activar el bloodlust entró en frenesí y ya no importó si recibía el daño de thorns con tan solo un golpe fue suficiente para ir despachando a cada miembro del equipo enemigo.

I really appreciate this battle since it's the first time I've used Jini Guise in my lineup. I've never used her before, but last week, in a pack I bought with merits, I got the copy I needed to get her to level 3. She's my second legendary gladiator at level 3, the first being Sola Ranjell, and I'm sure that when I open the 200 packs I've already purchased, more legendaries will be added to my Golden League top list.
Esta batalla si le tengo mucho aprecio ya que utilicé en mi alineación por primera vez a Jini Guise, jamás la había usado pro la semana pasada en 1 pack que compre con méritos me salió la copia que me faltaba para llevarla a nivel 3. Es mi segunda gladiadora legendaria en nivel 3, la primera fue Sola Ranjell y estoy seguro que cuando abra los 200 packs que ya tengo comprados más legendarias se sumarán al tope de la liga dorada.
Gladius Cases
Between the merits and the golden cards I scrapped to buy more merits, I had enough to buy four gladiator packs and try a lucky draw like the one we got with Jini Guise. We rolled the dice, and this is what we got.
Entre los méritos y las cartas doradas que desguacé para comprar más méritos me alcanzó para comprar 4 gladius packs e intentar un golpe de suerte como el que obtuvimos con Jini Guise. Lanzamos los dados y esto fue lo que obtuvimos.

This time, we didn't get a legendary card, but we did get 2 epic copies of Edith Emberstar. I love this gladiator not only for her damage, but for her Cleance ability, which removes any affliction in first position. Now at level 4 her speed is increased and she will be one of the first to attack.
Esta vez no conseguimos carta legendaria, pero si 2 copias épicas de Edith Emberstar, esta gladiadora me encanta no sólo por su daño, sino por su habilidad cleance que elimina cualquier aflicción en la primera posición. Ahora en nivel 4 su velocidad es mayor y será de las primeras en atacar.
As for the rest, we can't upgrade any more cards. I have the common rarity cards at levels 7 and 8, so I'd need hundreds of copies to level them up, meaning I'd have to open a lot of packs. The rare ones are easier to upgrade. I'm halfway through getting several of them to level 7 so I can use them with epic summoners. So for now, we just have to wait and continue accumulating cards.
De resto no logramos upgradear mas cartas, las de rareza común las tengo en nivel 7 y 8 por lo que necesitaría cientos de copias para subirlos de nivel y por tanto abrir muchisimos paquetes, los raros están más sencillos de upgradear, estoy a mitad de camino para llevar a varias de ellas a nivel 7 para poder usarlas con invocadores épicos. Así que por ahora nos queda esperar y seguir acumulando cartas.

Bien amigos con esto cerramos nuestro balance inicial de Julio, quería colocar mis estadísticas de Lands pero lo haré en un próximo post ya que acaban de anunciar los nuevos requisitos necesarios y que involucran recursos de las parcelas naturales.
