A big hello, dear Splinterlands community! Welcome to my community engage challenge. We just wrapped up the season for the first half of June. I'll be honest with you, I haven't made as much progress as I would have liked this season. This is because I've been on a trial-and-error journey with the new abilities and learning everything related to bloodline mastery for the Archons in this new set of cards. However, for now, I'll continue to accumulate these glints, even though they were very few.

Voy a ser honestos con ustedes, no he progresado tanto como me hubiera gustado esta temporada, esto es porque he estado en un ejercicio de ensayo y error con respecto a las nuevas habilidades y aprendiendo todo lo relacionado con el dominio de linaje en los arcontes de esta nueva edición de cartas. Sin embargo por ahora continuaré acumulando estos glints aun cuando fueron muy pocos.
This learning process has led me to mainly handle 2 archons, mainly life and fire, which I have seen have very good synergies when applying bloodline mastery, but before commenting on my favorite combos with these 2 archons, I want to highlight the upcoming community events that are curiously related to the theme of this community engage challenge: the first is the Yaba's Pickle event, a new promotional card that we will have the possibility of acquiring depending on the amount of locked sps we have.
Este proceso de aprendizaje me ha llevado a manejar principalmente 2 arcontes, el de vida y fuego principalmente a los que he visto que tienen muy buenas sinergias al aplicar dominio de linaje, pero antes de comentar mis combos favoritos con estos 2 arcontes, quiero destacar los próximos eventos de comunidad y que curiosamente guardan relación con la temática de este community engage challenge: el primero es el evento de Yaba´s Pickle una nueva carta promocional al que podremos tener la posibilidad de adquirir según la cantidad de sps bloqueados que tengamos.

Yaba's Pickle is a card without any type of attack, but its abilities and low mana cost make it an interesting piece due to its low mana cost, high resistance, and ultimately strategic potential for combos, as it can be combined with cards with the Weapons Training ability. The second event is an upcoming card paid for with vouchers called Tasoshi Drakamoto, an interesting magic attack card that stands out for its very interesting ability: Inspire. A card that has this ability is a card that you have to take seriously and I'm going to demonstrate it to you in one of my favorite combos precisely with the fire class.
Yaba´s Pickle es una carta sin ningún tipo de ataque pero sus habilidades y el bajo coste de mana lo convierten en una pieza interesante por su bajo coste de mana, alta resistencia y en última instancia estratégica para potenciales combos ya que puede combinarse con cartas con la habilidad weapons training. El segundo evento es una próxima carta pagada con vouchers llamada Tasoshi Drakamoto una interesante carta de ataque mágico pero que destaca por una habilidad muy interesante: inspire. Una carta que tenga esta habilidad es una carta que tienes que tomarte en serio y voy a demostrártelo en uno de mis combos favoritos precisamente con la clase fuego.

But back to the topic of this post, I've spent most of this season learning the most efficient way to take advantage of the new Archons. One of the most interesting aspects is that these Archons have drastically changed the game's meta, at least that's something I've noticed at the Bronze and Silver league levels. The previous Modern meta was still heavily influenced by the Water class; you could literally face a mage lineup and obliterate it, or face the spines of Eternal Tofu and break its knees with sheer force using summoners like Possibilus.
Pero volviendo con el tema de este post, he dedicado casi toda esta temporada a conocer la forma más eficiente de aprovechar los nuevos arcontes. Uno de los aspectos más interesantes es que estos arcontes han cambiado drásticamente el meta del juego, al menos es algo que he notado a nivel de las ligas de bronce y plata. El meta anterior de moderno seguía estando fuertemente influenciado por la clase agua, literalmente podías enfrentar una alineación de magos y obliterarla o enfrentarte a las espinas de Eternal Tofu y romperle las rodillas a punta de fuerza bruta usando invocadores como Possibilus.
Now that Chaos Legion and the entropy it generated at the meta level (and also within the game's economy) has finally been moved to wild, we have a new meta that from my perspective is just starting to build because I'm mainly starting from CA, without considering the mediocrity that was Rebellion with its 3 types of archons: common, rare and legendary. Although I bought copies of these common and rare archons at the beginning of Rebellion, the disaster that was that edition and the way it mutilated the game and gave it a strong p2w component made me simply despise them.
Ahora que Chaos Legion y la entropía que generó a nivel de meta (y también dentro de la economía del juego) finalmente ha sido movida a wild, tenemos un nuevo meta que desde mi perspectiva apenas se esta construyendo porque estoy partiendo de CA principalmente, sin considerar la mediocridad que fue Rebellion con sus 3 tipos de arcontes: común, raro y legendarios. Aunque compré copias de estos arcontes comunes y raros al comienzo de Rebellion, el desastre que fue esta edición y la forma en que mutilo el juego y otorgándole un fuerte componente p2w hizo que simplemente los despreciara.
So, given our focus on CA, managing archons and their bloodline domains has been a learning exercise that has taken me almost the entire season that just ended. I don't say this in a bitter way. I've enjoyed the process, and this is precisely why in this post I'm going to share my favorite combos and lineups from two different perspectives: the first offensive, and the second primarily defensive. Let's begin!
Entonces siendo nuestro enfoque CA, el manejo de los arcontes y sus dominios de linaje ha sido un ejercicio de aprendizaje que me ha llevado casi toda la temporada que acaba de terminar y no lo digo de forma amarga he disfrutado del proceso y precisamente esta es la razón por la que en este post voy a compartirte mis combos y alineaciones favoritas desde 2 perspectivas diferentes: la primera de carácter ofensivo y la segunda principalmente defensivo. Comencemos!
Battle with the Fire class/Batalla con la clase fuego
1st combo: Fithe Bladestone & Mana Warden

Let's start with our first battle. Here I want to highlight two combos in a single battle. The first combo has a defensive purpose and has to do with the advantage offered by Bloodline Mastery. Currently, the main problem with this emerging meta (remember, I'm not considering Rebellion's despicable Tactical Summoners or Bi-Elementals) is the impact of magical units. This makes the Fire Archon shine brightly, as his Bloodline Mastery grants Void to Dwarven units, which is why Mana Warden is an essential element of our lineup.
Comencemos con nuestra primera batalla, aquí quiero destacar 2 combos en una sola batalla. El primer combo tiene un sentido defensivo y tiene que ver con la ventaja que ofrece el dominio de linaje, actualmente el principal problema que tiene este meta incipiente (recuerde no estoy considerando los despreciables invocadores tácticos o bi elementales de Rebellion) es el impacto de las unidades mágicas, esto hace que el arconte de fuego brille con luz propia pues su dominio de linaje es conferir vacío a unidades que sean enanas por eso Mana Warden es un elemento esencial de nuestra alineación.
2nd Combo: Portly Cannoneer & Stealth Cards

A second combo is found in our lineup, focusing on the Portly Cannoneer unit and an ability whose great utility I will never tire of emphasizing: Inspire. This is an ability that grants +1 to the melee damage of all our units. The combo is completed by using units with stealth abilities: Gobolano & Torch, which are some of the few useful units in Rebellion. Finally, we will also use a soulbound unit corresponding to the Founders cards: Vengeful Monk. This will be our battering ram to break the enemy secondary row.
Un segundo combo se encuentra en nuestra alineación, se centra en la unidad Portly Cannoneer y una habilidad que jamás me cansaré de destacar su gran utilidad: Inspire. Esta es una habilidad que confiere +1 al daño melé de todas nuestras unidades, el combo se completa utilizando unidades con habilidades stealth: Gobolano & Torch que son de las pocas unidades útiles de Rebellion y por último usaremos también una unidad soulbound correspondiente a las cartas Founders: Vengeful Monk. Este será nuestro ariete para romper la fila secundaria enemiga.

We begin the battle, and as you can see, our opponent uses a solid vanguard lineup and promotional magic units in the background. This is a classic lineup for millionaires with promotional cards. Still, having those cards doesn't guarantee a secure victory if you understand the potential of the cards you're using. While our tank couldn't withstand the magic attacks, it gave our units attacking the secondary row enough time to weaken them. Finally, when the Mana Warden tank falls, it will be able to withstand the damage from the magic units, giving our offensive units enough time to deal it a definitive defeat. The effectiveness here focused on understanding the synergies with Bloodline Mastery and the use of a relentless offensive combo. Next battle!
Comenzamos la batalla y como pueden ver nuestro oponente utiliza una alineación sólida en la vanguardia y unidades mágicas promocionales al fondo, esta es una alineación clásica de los millonarios que tienen cartas promocionales. Aun así, tener esas cartas no es garantía de una victoria asegura si comprendes el potencial de las cartas que estas usando. Si bien, nuestro tanque no aguantó los ataques mágicos, le dio el tiempo suficiente a nuestras unidades que atacan la fila secundaria para debilitarlos y finalmente cuando cae el tanque Mana Warden será capaz de soportar el daño de las unidades mágicas dándole el tiempo suficiente a nuestras unidades ofensiva para asestarle una derrota definitiva. La efectividad aquí se centró en una comprensión de las sinergias con el dominio de linaje y el uso de un combo ofensivo implacable. Siguiente batalla!
2nd battle
Bella Ratajowlski: The defensive combination of the Life class/La combinación defensiva de la clase vida
In the first battle, I shared my favorite offensive lineup and what I consider the new melee meta, previously held by the Water class. The second most effective class in battles is the Life class, none other than Bella Ratajowlski. This beautiful hippopotamus, with the right cards, allows us to build an impregnable lineup, but to achieve this, I realized that all units must share the Archon's bloodline domain. In this context, I decided to test it by using four units that share the same bloodline so that everyone would benefit from the Shield ability, increasing our entire lineup's resistance to ranged and melee attacks.
Ya en la primera batalla te compartí mi alineación ofensiva favorita y la que considero el nuevo meta melé que anteriormente ostentaba la clase agua. La segunda clase más efectiva en batallas es de la clase vida, nada más y nada menos que Bella Ratajowlski. Esta bella hipopótamo con las cartas adecuadas nos permite armar una alineación inexpugnable, pero para lograrlo me di cuenta que todas las unidades deben compartir dominio de linaje con el arconte. En este contexto decidí ponerlo a prueba usando 4 unidades que comparten el mismo linaje para que todos se vean beneficiado por la habilidad shield aumentando en toda nuestra alineación su resistencia a los ataques rango y melé.

Our opponent's track record indicated that he was frequently using the Earth Archon, so I assumed his strategy would be melee. I wasn't wrong, so our defensive combo was the most appropriate for this battle. Our tank, Uludin Overseer, was crucial in this battle, absorbing most of the damage until the third round. Although our opponent's second unit had a void, it couldn't withstand the onslaught of our magic units, which obliterated it, leaving Chaos Battle Mage as the only surviving unit. Being a ranged unit, it can't do anything without the close range ability. We thus sealed a rather interesting victory, since most of the lineups I've faced focus on being highly offensive, seeking to end battles as quickly as possible but neglecting defense.
El historial de nuestro oponente indicaba que estaba usando asiduamente el arconte de tierra por lo que pensé que su estrategia sería melé y no em equivoqué así que nuestro combo defensivo fue la más acertada para esta batalla. Nuestro tanque Uludin Overseer fue crucial en esta batalla pues absorbió la mayoría del daño hasta el tercer round y aunque la segunda unidad de nuestro oponente tenía vacío, no pudo soportar la embestida de nuestras unidades mágicas que lo obliteraron dejando a Chaos Battle Mage como única unidad sobreviviente y al ser rango, nada puede hacer si no tiene la habilidad close range. Sellamos así una victoria bastante interesante, ya que la mayoría de las alineaciones que he enfrentado se enfocan en ser altamente ofensivas, buscando terminar las batallas lo más rápido posible pero descuidando la defensa.

In short, the Fire and Life Archons are the ones I've been using and experimenting with the most. They synergize well with the previous edition's promo cards, are highly versatile, and the synergies are quite effective. I've been testing out the Death and Dragon Archons, but I haven't yet managed to fully utilize the Pinforge synergy. En resumen, los arcontes de fuego y vida son los que más he estado usando y experimentando, tienen una buena sinergia con las cartas promocionales de la edición anterior, tienen una gran versatilidad y las sinergias son bastante efectivas. He estado probando los arcontes de muerte y dragón, pero aún no logro sacarte todo el provecho posible a la sinergia a Pinforge pero seguiré practicando en los siguientes días para compartirles mis estrategias con estos 2 arcontes.
