The thing that I like about Splinterlands is that is competitive. And fun. Competitive and fun is usually a good mix for games to succeed, but since is relatively new and mass adoption didnt happen yet, it will be also incredible profitable in the future. So now we got fun, competitive, and profitable. Thats a good cocktail for sure, right?
Im not only bullish about the token, SPS. The fully dilluted valuation is 400 M. In the Crypto world, right now anything under 1B could be considered almost small change. You have some projects like Gala with a Fully dilluted of 9B, if that happens to SPS, the potential price of the token is 2$. Im pretty sure sooner or later will happen, but why am I so bullish on SPS?
- The devs didnt and dont plan to dump on us. The token is not listed on any major exchange, and every single one of the devs hold a nice amount of SPS/DEC/CARDS by themselves. There is no exit liquidity. They are aiming for the long term making the game sustainable, fun, and profitable for everyone.
- Is a HUGE DEFI ecosystem. You can buy cards, trade cards, rent cards, delegate cards, transfer cards, get ROI on your assets, flip your assets..., the possibilities are INSANE. There is no roof for what can be implemented in the future to the game/token.
- HIVE is difficult for the common user, but also simple and reliable. You dont need to pay 30-40$ in gas fees. You can swap, delegate, transfer, burn, sell, as many cards as you want and you dont need to pay for the transactions. How is that not awesome?
- It is not ADOPTED yet. All of your friends heard about DOT, ETH, BTC, even KSM and MATIC. How many of them heard about HIVE? The 12% APR? The power up? The blogging? The Web3 blockchain in which Splinterlands relies is extremely undervalued as well.
- Land, validators and future expansions. SPS is an utility token. Cards are as close as NFTS you can get in the game with utility as well -you earn rewards, and also in the future you will be able to put your cards to work -land- and earn rewards as well. Cards and SPS are deflationary. DEC is inflationary. Really good mix to keep the balance and a healthy grow.
Many projects BOOM -1000%- and then crash and eventually die. Im pretty sure Splinterlands is going to keep growing healthy, and when it booms, there wont be any way back. If you think that the CL packs are overvalued at 4$, the cards are overvalued, or that the token are overvalued, lot of people will regret in my opinion, one of the most profitable games in the blockchain in the next Bitcoin leg up.
