Hello Battle Wizards! I'm here once again to tell you a little about my saga in Splinterlands, but especially about the Land, which is where I'm focusing most of my efforts to make my lands productive and prosperous for me in the future. There's nothing better than having a passive income without having to make any effort, right?
Since I don't have many max level cards that are specific to put on my plots, I have to go to the market to rent them. Fortunately, it is possible to find good opportunities and now with the arrival of Chaos Legion for Wild, we can find good "promotions". In case you didn't know, there is the option of using rented cards to stake in our plot if you don't want to use them in battle.
Cutting Unnecessary Rental Costs
Almost every day I check the internal market in the hope of finding good cards with a high production, but that are not so expensive. It is undoubtedly quite difficult, but from time to time it is possible to find one, because there will always be someone who wants to get rid of their card because of some personal need.
So what I need is to have enough DEC to be able to pay the rent and thus find the best land so that it is productive for me. I made some mistakes, thinking that I would not be able to find some cards again and because of that, I rented them even though the worker could not not work. I was even scared when I looked at Peakmonsters, my rents were close to 2,100 DEC per day.
This is completely insane and this had never happened to me. Of course, with the arrival of Conclave A I had to be quick to rent better cards, but I overdid it by renting many others to be workers, even though I did not have enough DEC to let them work. So, I started to select the best ones in terms of production and that have a low cost on the market. It was not an easy task, because analyzing them one by one and looking at countless open pages to see which one was the cheapest took me a long time.
Disabling Grain Production For Now
I had to deactivate my only piece of land that produces grains for now. I realized that I was experiencing a high monthly cyst on it and that it wouldn't be worth it to keep my work team. Just to give you an idea, my team working would generate something around 530k grains for me. Of course, it's an interesting amount, because when I collect, I could transfer it to all the regions where I have land.
On the other hand, the cost of maintaining the cards is exactly the amount in DEC that I would have if I wanted to sell my grains and of course I wouldn't sell them, because my goal is to have a piece of land that produces grains without having to pay for it. But in my view, I would have to get rid of some cards. My daily expenditure is 144 DEC and I need to reduce that as soon as possible. Even if for now, if necessary, I buy more grains from the market.
It's really cool that you have your own land and you need to make choices so that you can find ways to be as productive as possible. My daily struggle is that I still need to rent cards to get workers, but I hope to be able to solve this in the not-so-distant future. Currently, I have my stone production, which is my flagship, so to speak, and my production is 144,964 per hour.
This amount is excluding taxes, so based on this, you can get an idea of how much I would have in a month if I wanted to sell all my resources, which in this case are stone. For now, this amount is reasonable for me, but I intend to increase this in the coming months since I recently acquired two more plots of land in the Tidings region. The cool thing for me is that I now have 3 plots in the same place. In the future, I intend to occupy more in this region.

This part of the game is really amazing and we are still only at version 1.75, there is still a lot to come and I can't wait for more news in Splinterlands. Estou aqui mais uma vez para contar um pouco da minha saga em Splinterlands, mas em especial sobre as Land que é onde estou me concentrando mais os meus esforços para deixar minhas terras produtivas e que sejam prósperas para mim no futuro. Não existe coisa melhor do que você ter uma renda passiva sem precisar fazer esforço de nada, não é mesmo?
Como não tenho muitas cartas level máximo e que sejam específicas para eu colocar em meus terrenos, tenho que ir ao mercado para alugar. Felizmente é possível encontrar boas oportunidades e agora com a entrada do Chaos Legion para o Wild, podemos encontrar boas "promoções". Pois caso não saiba, existe a opção de usarmos cartas alugadas para pôr em stake em nosso plot caso não queira usá-la em batalha.
Cortando Custos Desnecessários dos Aluguéis
Quase todos os dias eu verifico o mercado interno na esperança de conseguir encontrar boas cartas com uma grande produção, mas que não seja tão caro. Sem dúvidas é algo bastante difícil, mas de vez em quando é possível encontrar, pois sempre vão existir alguém querendo desfazer de sua carta por causa de alguma necessidade pessoal.
Então o que preciso é de ter DEC suficiente para conseguir pagar o aluguel e assim encontrar o melhor terreno para que ele seja produtivo para mim. Cometi alguns equívocos, achando que eu não poderia encontrar algumas cartas novamente e por conta disso, aluguei mesmo não podendo o trabalhador de não trabalhar. Até me assustei quando olhei em Peakmonsters, meus aluguéis estavam beirando a 2,100 DEC por dia.
Isso é totalmente insano e nunca tinha acontecido isso comigo. É claro que com a entrada do Conclave A me obrigou a ser rápido para alugar melhores cartas, mas exagerei ao alugar muitas outras para ser trabalhadores, mesmo que eu não tenha DEC suficiente para deixá-los trabalhar. Então, comecei a selecionar os melhores em termos de produção e que possuem um custo baixo no mercado. Não foi uma tarefa fácil, pois analisar um a um e ver inúmeras páginas abertas para ver qual mais em conta me consumiu bons tempos.
Desativando a Produção de Grãos Por Enquanto
O meu único terreno que possuo que produz grãos, eu tive que desativar por enquanto. Percebi que nele eu estava com um cisto alto mensalmente e que não valeria a pena manter a minha equipe de trabalho. Só para você ter uma ideia, essa minha equipe trabalhando me geraria algo por volta de 530k grãos, é lógico que é uma quantidade interessante, pois eu ao coletar, poderia transferir para todas as minhas regiões que eu possuo um terreno.
Por outro lado, o custo para manter as cartas é justamente o valor em DEC que eu teria se eu quisesse vender meus grãos e é lógico que eu não venderia, pois meu objetivo é ter um terreno que produza os grãos sem que eu precise pagar por isso. Mas na minha visão, eu teria que desfazer de algumas cartas. O meu gasto diário é de 144 DEC e isso eu preciso o mais rápido possível diminuir. Nem que eu por enquanto, se for preciso, compro mais grãos do mercado.
É bem legal você ter seus terrenos e precisa fazer escolhas para que encontrei formas de ser o mais produtivo possível. Minha luta diária é de que ainda preciso de cartas alugadas para conseguir trabalhadores, mas espero poder resolver isso no futuro não tão distante. Atualmente, tenho minha produção de pedra que é o meu carro chefe por assim dizer e minha produção é de 144.964 por hora.
Esse valor é fora dos impostos, então baseado nisso, é possível ter uma ideia de quanto eu teria em um mês caso eu quisesse vender todo meu recurso que no caso é pedra. Por enquanto essa quantidade para mim está razoável, mas pretendo aumentar isso nos próximos meses já que recentemente adquiri mais dois plots de terra na região de Tidings. O legal para mim é que agora tenho 3 plots em um mesmo lugar. No futuro pretendo ocupar mais nessa região.
Então é isso meus amigos, além de batalhar todos os dias, ainda tenho que me preocupar como estão meus terrenos. Essa parte do jogo é muito incrível e estamos ainda apenas na versão 1.75, muita coisa ainda irá vir e mal posso esperar para mais novidades em Splinterlands.
