A New System for Giveaways: Streaming/Posting

Greeting everyone and welcome to another Splinterlands post. I know it's been a while since we've done giveaways in these posts, but that's about to change. From now on EVERY Splinterlands post will have an HSBI giveaway element included (even if "Giveaway" isn't in the title of the Splinterlands post). This is to encourage and boost the community engagement with these posts going forward. I STILL host giveaways of Splinterlands assets on my Twitch stream, despite many not taking advantage of "lurking for rewards" very occasionally someone decides "Yes I want some sweet free assets". These prices are not the usual "actually nothing" you get for lurking on many web3 streams. You can receive DEC, SPS, Cards, Rentals, Land resources, and more from merely watching my stream itself (even if I'm not playing GU and just playing whatever else is out there). You can even decide to be given away more "across hive" assets than merely SPL aswell.

The Price Wheel: YOU decide

The audience decides what is on the wheel and which wheel to spin when they redeem their point option. Some of the prizes are gag prices or direct challenges aswell for variety and content. The audience can choose which wheel they spin from the available templates including Splinterlands, HIVE assets, Gods Unchained, Steam/GoG keys, and more! This is a way to give back and have a lot of my assets that are just gathering dust be given to those of you who may still be lurking on my stream all this time all these years later. Don't be shy, get some goodies just for watching. It really is actually that simple (must have corresponding wallets/accounts to claim prizes).

Talking Tidbits: HSBI Giveaway

So I guess this will be the prototype for the HSBI giveaway. I know this token or "whatever the fuck it is" has seen some controversy recently, I don't really know much about that but like the idea of giving engagement a boost both on HIVE and on twitch. I will probably eventually host the occasional twitter giveaway aswell to pump up numbers there before eventually "purging" it a bit more so I can get a energy sponsor for the channel (this helps make me look like "more of a streamer" and gives a long term money drip that assists keeping the stream going smoothly). Some giveaways will likely have thresholds that have to be met before the giveaway is actually completed. On twitch you have to use channel points, on HIVE you will likely have to comment on the post itself, on twitter you may have to reblog and like it. If certain engagement thresholds aren't reached prices may not necessarily be given out just for minimal engagement . Sorry, I'd rather have long term giveaways for actual engagement instead of blow the wad rewarding a tweet with one or two likes. HIVE will ALWAYS be the easiest way to receive a giveaway, you will merely have to comment most of the time (easy right?). For twitch you have to just lurk and watch me for a period of time (also pretty easy). However, for twitter it is likely that "if this tweet does X" will be the criterion but will have LARGER giveaways in an attempt to hit that criterion. In this post we are going to be giving away one unit of HSBI, the winner will be chosen at random based on level of engagement. The winner will receive confirmation of his prize as a comment on whichever comment is the winning comment after the payout of this post. I will no longer waste everyone's time reading through "last week's winners" in every single post and instead reply to the winners directly in the comments with similar evidence etc. since this is more appealing and palatable to folks who are potentially seeing this from another platform.
