Hello everyone, I would like to share my Do's and Dont's when a season is nearing to its end at Splinterlands. This is primarily a goal preparation for the seasons end rewards.
DO's
- Decide a League you want to goal and do your best to reach it.
- Prepare your rating for possible advancement of league.
- Prepare your DEC for rentals because the road to your goal league isn't smooth and win streak is vivid. Playable cards alone can bring you to silver league 3 or higher, but to move further more you need additional cards to aid you in your strategy.
- Also, prepare your DEC for possible rental cards to accomodate your lacking power to meet the requirement for your desired league.
- Keep yourself up to date about the latest in Splinterlands so that your efforts wont be wasted. Sometimes an update or announcement is release.
- If you have a friend that you can borrow a card for power, ask him/her to delegate it to you or you can exchange it for a lesser DEC for delagation. Atleast by this time, you now have a back up plan if in case you lack some power.
- Always compute your earnings from your expenses, because it will reflect how you're progressing on the game. Remember, its a play to earn game with a potential to generate a passive income for you.
- Play cool, stay calm and focus on your goal.
DONT's
- Don't rush up things especially when you decide to do it on like last 2-3 days before season ends though it is doable but a sacrife is inivetable.
Take note: your ECR is decreasing so as the DEC you get. - Don't overdo yourself on reaching your goal, cause you'll be frustrated especially when the losing streak hits you hard. Take your time and enjoy, examine the strategy other players are using and learn from it.
- Don't do the last minute dealfor power up not to mention catching up for your rating and for power. Instead you earn, you're losing due to the prices of cards are far beyond imagination!
Take note: Last 2-3 days before a season ends, there's an increase of price on cards.
