Greetings to all my fellow players around the world and to Splinterlands. Its the time of the week again for another Splinterlands Social Media Challenge.

FRONTIER

Everyone is excited with the the new update, the Frontier. Its a good thing that it was my rest day, I was able to play, not the whole day, but most part of the day I am on my mobile playing Splinterlands😊. Thanks to Frontier mode we are going to add more cards to our collection, and its transfferable and sellable! I was able to get 3 cards today, but wasn't able to reach Bronze II😟. I got these cards earlier. The Spellmonger, Nim Guard Captain, and Water-Logged Wizard. Not bad for the first day of Frontier.

TOURNAMENT

Today also ends the 2 day tournament that I joined the other day. Out of 160 player I think, can't remember the exact player who enter but its around that number, I was able to get in top 49 which will go forward to the 2nd round. I was surprised, its my first time not eliminated on 1st round. My SPS reward is guaranteed to be higher this time at top 49, by the way the entry fee is just 50DEC. I played all my battle early today, hoping to land at maybe top 20, but not expecting too much. And yes I did it, I finished number 12, and rewarded with 186SPS! A big profit for a 50 DEC entry fee or about around 7 SPS.

EPIC BATTLE

I've been meaning to share this battle for a few days now, just right in time that Splinterlands posted the new Social Media Challenge. I like this match because its a combination of an Epic and somehow funny battle with a strike of luck😝. The Combat Rules presented was a headache. Cannot use Range Attack type of card, all cards are Poisoned except for monster with Immunity, and the Magic Reflect.

I will just have to gamble here on Water Element, even if theres a magic reflect I will use the Magic Damage type of cards.

All my cards will recieve at least 1 damage in return in this battle. What I am hoping for in this battle is for Zagrul (my last card) to survive in few rounds since I have Jicarilla to cleanse him from the Poison. This in turn will give longer time for my Grimbardun Smith, he will not be poison becuase of his Immunity and he will also be heal by Anasth Soothsayer and Meriput Magician. So even if he recieve damage from enemy and from magic reflect he can survive and probably can bring me to victory. Thats what I thought was going to happen.

I mentioned above that its kinda and epic and somehow funny as well and I win with a strike of luck. Because I didn't give that much of importance to Jicarila, turns out shes going to win this for me. It was a good battle, my enemy used high level cards. But maybe luck favors me this time. Thats about it for today for our weekly Splinterlands Social Media Challenge. I hope the update will bring new and old players. Now is the most exciting time for Splinterlands. I am playing for four years, and will be battling for more years to come.
