Conclave Arcana: A New Chapter in the History of Splinterlands
The narrative context of Conclave Arcana places players at a crucial moment after the fall of the Chaos Empire. Archmage Portia Nyr and her Arcana Conclave emerge as a new force, in search of the fragments of an ancient secret of Praetoria. The plot, which involves the intervention of Kelan Gaines and the Verico League, establishes a storyline that anticipates significant developments in the Splinterlands universe.

Conclave Arcana New Abilities: The Game Changes Completely!
Conclave Arcana introduces nine revolutionary abilities that open up new strategies for playing, countering, and dominating the arena. These abilities include:
Painforge (increases power when taking damage from poison, burn, or an ally).
Reckless (attacking also damages adjacent allies).
Bloodline Tribute (upon being defeated, grants bonuses to allies of the same bloodline).
Resurgence (self-resurrection with full health and armor, removes and reapplies magic buffs/debuffs, skips turn, and damages all).
Shapeshift (is considered to be of all bloodlines), Final Rest (disables abilities upon being defeated).
Reveal (applies "Revealed" to stealthed enemies).
Relentless Strike (attacks with true damage and ignores Phase and Dodge).
Bloodline Dominion (allows summoning any unit of the same bloodline as the archon, regardless of the element).
These new abilities promise to transform the way we approach each battle in Splinterlands.

Archons and Bloodline Dominion
In Splinterlands, summoners will now be called "Archons," representing your role as a battle mage who summons units by imbuing themselves with their power. Archons, identifiable by a glowing rune, allow for elemental strategies and, with Conclave Arcana, bloodline strategies. The new edition includes bloodline Archons with the "Bloodline Dominion" ability, which allows summoning any unit of the same bloodline, regardless of the element, and grants powerful bloodline-specific enhancements, opening up unprecedented combinations.

New Conclave Arcana Packs: Options for Everyone
Splinterlands presents three new types of Conclave Arcana edition packs, available in the game store and for trading on Hive Engine.
The Starter Packs, at 1,000 DEC or $1, offer 5 cards (1 guaranteed rare and 4 with a high probability of being common or rare), with only regular foils and no potion usage. The $10 Spellbook purchase includes five of these packs.
The Standard Packs, at 4,000 DEC or $4, contain 5 cards with rarity and foil probabilities similar to previous sets, guaranteeing at least one rare or higher card, and are compatible with potions.
The Alchemy Packs, at 12,000 DEC or $12, have the same distribution as the standard packs but guarantee one Gold Foil (which can be replaced by a Black Foil) and benefit from potions.
Finally, the Legendary Packs, at 24,000 DEC or $24, ensure one legendary card and can also be enhanced with potions to improve the odds of obtaining epic, legendary, or Gold Foil cards in the other four cards.
