Hello and welcome to Splinterlands Summoners,
2 months ago, I started to write about Splinterlands summoners to educate young players about their abilities and utilization of summoners in battle. But, now I am giving this series a name to increase its effectiveness in search engines, it's a type of optimization by adding keywords that internet users often search for and find relevant content.
The suggested name for this series is given in the title of the article as "Splinterlands Summoners Syndicate". I hope you'll like the name and enjoy learning about summoners and their effective utility.
Summoners are the primary cards that you need to select before adding monsters to your battle lineup. Summoners come with different abilities and stat boosters, choosing the right summoner according to counter opponent's strategy is very important, especially when you are stuck with imposed rulesets.
In our first edition of Splinterlands Summoners Syndicate or 3S, we will talk about Brighton Bloom, a young sorcerer of Khymeria who gives wings to his allies in battles.
BRIGHTON BLOOM
This young lad known as Brighton Bloom was introduced in packs of Azmaré Dice Edition. This is a rare card and belongs to the Dragon element.
Regular foil cards are available in abundance in the open market, currently, there are 12,805 cards in circulation and prices start from $3.85. There are 920 gold foil cards in circulation and a level 2 card is sold around at the price of $60, and a level 2 gold foil has 2000 collection power (CP).

Brighton Bloom was known as an odd character among other summoners of Khymeria due to his stereotypical attitude. He studies the art of sorcery in the Shimmer School of Summoning, one of the prominent academies in Khymeria.
He was famous for birds surrounding him and sitting on his hands and shoulders. It was a sign that his magic could be used to help fighters in battle by giving them magical wings to attack from above on grounded soldiers.
When he arrived in Gloridax, he was known for his magic skills, therefore Empress Suam Khepri ordered her aerial sorcerers to bolster his flight powers and teach him properly. He became a great sorcerer in Gloridax who could assign magic wings to monsters under his control.
BRIGHTON BLOOM CARD AND SUMMONER'S ABILITIES

This is a 4 mana card that comes with "Flying" ability buff, any monster under his command receives the flying ability. Flying ability provides a 25% chance of evading melee and ranged attacks.

When you select a dragon summoner, you are allowed to choose any
element of your choice, Dragon, and other element cards can be used with Dragon summoners.
BRIGHTON BLOOM IN BATTLES
When you use Brighton Bloom summoner in battle, all monsters get the flying ability to dodge melee and ranged attacks unless they are hit by a monster with Snare ability that removes Flying ability.
Therefore it is better to use Brighton against summoners loaded with melee or ranged monsters. The best use case of Brighton is to use this card for "Earthquake" ruleset where you need to place monsters with flying ability, but having Brighton as a summoner all your non-flying monsters will receive Flying ability, this way all your monsters will remain safe from Earthquake effect which takes 2 health per round.
Now, we'll discuss some battle strategies that are best suited to Brighton Bloom.
Battle # 1 - Brighton Against Life Element Ruleset: Heavy Hitters & Earthquake
As you that one of the rulesets in this battle is 'Earthquake', so I need to either use monsters with flying ability or use a summoner that grants Flying ability to all monsters. Then I decided to choose Brighton Bloom to protect all my monsters from Earthquake ruleset.
When you watch the battle you'll observe that enemy monsters without Flying ability are losing their health points, while my team is enjoying the perks of being with flying ability.

Battle # 2 - Brighton Against Earth Element Ruleset: Ferocity & Earthquake
This is another example of bypassing 'Earthquake' ruleset by using Brighton Bloom in the battle. Here, you see all my monsters are non-flying units, but having Brighton as a summoner, all monsters can now fly.
Even though the opponent used 3 flying units, they could not do substantial damage because I supported my tank with a healer and used heavy melee attackers.

Battle # 3 - Brighton Against Life Element Ruleset: Standard
Now, this is one of the most interesting battles I had ever played in Splinterlands using Brighton Bloom. In this battle, I aimed to enhance my monster's evasion, so I selected Serpent of Eld with 'Dodge; ability as a tank. This way I gave Serpent of Eld an extra 25% evasion along with 25% from Dodge ability. Evasion chances from Dodge and Flying abilities do not stack, but they work separately.
Serpent of Eld did not receive any hits for 2 rounds, he was hit by Crystalsmith and Arbalest in 3rd round, but again he evaded all hits until 5th round.
This means that you can also use Brighton Bloom to improve your monsters' evasion chances. Mixing Flying with Dodge ability greatly enhances evasion probability.

FINAL WORDS
As I have played different types of battle with Brighton Bloom, I have observed that this summoner is good for 20+ mana battles. I tried Brighton in low mana battles but many times it did not work as expected. So, I'll suggest that you use this summoner in high mana battles or where you need to protect your monster from 'Earthquake' ruleset.
Overall, it's a nice card that increases evasion chances and saves monsters from 'Earthquake' effects
