Hey Splinterlanders :)
So this is a huge change, competition in tier 4 is much stronger, and I still try to play tiers when my collection of cards fits the best.
Of course for all data stats I will use a very useful and simple tool . You can check the full summary and more details here.
Today we will again concentrate on one guild YGG Legacy, I still playing the same frey - Gold Bronze Wild Frey. The second account plays Silver Modern Frey.

As I mentioned, our leadership of YGG guilds combine some of the most active players and we landed in YGG Fighting Illini. It is our second tier 4 brawl. Here is the general score:

As you can see we are 6 out of 9 guild. Maybe not the perfect placement, but we were very close to getting a better score this time. Overall top 3-4 guilds usually are so much stronger and it's not easy to compete with the player from those guilds.

Here is my score, I managed to win versus our direct competitors: Hurricane and Wizards. Unfortunately, some of the fights was almost unwinnable, I tried to preset them in the battle section.

Fortunately, we have also some great players, both our top playing silver-level freys and they are one of the best players in that league. You can check the scores below :).
Here is our first tier 4 brawl score, I will not go deeper into this, results are quite similar:

Some statistics from the last brawls after the roster change:

For today's battles, I choose a mix of good setups that allowed me to win close battles and some of the battles with my current collection are almost impossible to win.
The first battle, is from that latter group. I don't have access to GF Lama, and renting price is just too high for that quite situational summoner. But in this case with low mana matches and Noxious Fumes ruleset, there is no better setup. Additionally Rebirth plus martyr cards (btw we got some special episode with Rebirth ruleset on splinterlands.tv stream last Wednesday) are just unbeatable. If you know any setup without Lama which could win this fight please write in a comment.
Second battle , is a good example of how can you try to counter all available damage types. With the ruleset we have no option to play range units, so with Mylor as a melee counter, and Failed summoner as a magic counter I was quite confident that we win this fight. Of course opponent's setup wasn't bad, but with additional armor and amplify ability from Queen Mycelia opponent couldn't do much here.
The last battle , unfortunately, I still don't have GF Quora, but Captain Katie is very strong card, even with Counterspell Ruleset. Maybe the opponent's setup wasn't perfect, I usually don't like using cards that cannot attack as Disintegrator as a third monster. But it still was quite an interesting fight. Chaos Knight was MVP here, surviving till the end of the fight and taking a lot of damage gave us to victory here.

In today's post, we got more pictures than words, but I think it gives you more information than just if I try to write about it. Overall I really like this change, tier 4 is something new, for sure it's much harder than tier 3 brawls. As you can compare last brawl summary I was fighting with @davethegreat for the first place of winrate, and as a guild, we usually get first position in the brawl. Now we are below the average, and most of our guildmates fights to have a positive balance between win and loss :). Of course, it's our first attempt, the second brawl was much better and we got even a chance to get 4th position.
Additionally even with not-so-great performance the rewards for Tier 4 are usually better than from a top position of Tier 3. Of course rewards composition is different, SPS for sure is much higher, some of the other rewards are lower. But I think we have still chances to get better positions and higher prizes :). I only hope to get GF Quora soon :D.I hope you like this kind of summary and battle presentation. More strategy analysis, discussion, and prediction games you can find on my Wednesday Splinterlands.tv stream. You can check the schedule here
If you have any comments, please do not hesitate. Do you think I could improve anything just tell me :)
