Hey Splinterlanders :)
Of course for all data stats I will use a very useful and simple tool . You can check the full summary and more details here.
Today we will again concentrate on one guild YGG Legacy - Gold Bronze Wild Frey, we will check stats for the whole GAP season and check some of the most interesting battles.

As mentioned in the previous Brawl Summary, when we see another YGG guild it's a high alert for us. This time we got YGG legion again, but as I mentioned above it seems some of our players burnt out a little bit and did not pay enough attention to get better results. The last time we hit second place, Legion was first, this time we drop to fifth position with a big loss to the leader.
Last time with the brawl report I managed to get cleansweep victory, this time I was very close to achieving that. But overall I'm very pleased with my performance, recently I got a lot of distractions, usually a weak internet connection, and with some battles I had to refresh several times whole page to get the team selection screen. I was very close to forfeiting a few of them :).
Of course, the post is not about pointing out specific people, but overall our average winrate was significantly lower than usual, some of the guildmates who usually are highly above 50% got really low winrate this time :(.
And because the GAP program almost ends, let's check how its overall performance for all included brawls:
The last season of GAP was definitely better for me, mostly because I played easier fray - silver regular chaos set. Now with Gold Foil Fray (despite the bronze level), sometimes you hit a huge wall of all wild meta cards, which with a limited gold foil collection is not so easy to beat.
The first position on the leaderboard is our Bronze bully Dave the Great :), he specializes in this format and he is a very tough opponent for everyone :). I know that because I play often vs him in bronze level tournaments.

I would like to present you some of the battles from the current brawl, I will try to point out major cards which could give you more advantage, even if you play more on a budget level without any gold meta wild cards, which are very expensive even for rent.
The first battle, two main things which could help a lot with this frey is Kretch Tallevor and Djinn Chwala, quite cheap cards for rent but very powerful. Of course, Captain Katie is the main treat here, but you just need the luck to get it from gladius' packs. Overall, I concentrate mainly on magic damage; it was a good choice here.
Second battle, I was completely caught off guard here. I rarely use Serpent of Eld, I don't know if you can get it cheap on the rental market (now it cost 20 dec per day, so overall not so great deal), but I definitely want to try this strategy. Heal and speed buff/debuff was very handy here, and even my Isgald Vorst couldn't help. As you can see both of us used that card, you know I'm not a big fan of opportunity monsters, but this card with bloodlust ability is just too powerful not to use it :).
The last battle is standard reverse speed battle, where the fire team could shine the brightest. Grum Flameblade and Chimney Wallstop could win this kind of battle of their own. Mordeus was a great addition to this team. The sneak monster was maybe the best choice here, but 2 mana unit with a bloodlust ability that could grown is never bad choice and good filler to any line-up.

I think there will be one more brawl that is important to the results of GAP program. The necessary level for the higher prize is 60% winrate, so I think I will be able to accomplish that level. Overall I'm happy with the whole season, there were, of course, some poor performance brawls, sometimes I did it with a poor internet connection, where I got only a few seconds to set up the whole team.
Technically is bronze-level frey, but because it's gold foil I usually know what should I be prepared for. Of course, it would be much easier with access to all gold foil meta cards, because unfortunately, the bronze league is one, where the power level of single cards matters a lot. Sometimes if I see a player with a few million collection power I know it would be very hard to beat him, but fortunately, most players with full gold collection usually play in higher brawl tiers.
I hope for the next GAP season there could be some changes, for brawl, all conditions and rules maybe aren't so bad but in my opinion, we could have some innovation even in this field.
I hope you like this kind of summary and battle presentation. More strategy analysis, discussion, and prediction games you can find on my Wednesday Splinterlands.tv stream. You can check the schedule here
