Will in my own opinion it was good and also bad in another way with the NEW packs releasing Chaos Legion
as far as I know, CL packs give you smaller power than OLD packs with Non/Gold cards
here in the graph saying that you really need to reach Silver 3 to have good drops with the power requirement of 15k it would be a bit hard for new players but here's the catch the devs are really trying to hit the 2 birds with one stone with this move-in bronze there are giving credits that would help you with while staying/reaching silver would give you a chance to get your own power renting cards so at the end of the day BOTH new and OLD players have been given benefits with the update.
and last, this also helps people not to exploit BOTS
